Mark and the DJ Nick were both top notch! I can't say enough about both of them. So professional and just really nice guys! I had so many compliments on my ️wedding and was even told by a guest that the music in particular was fantastic! Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone consistently says the music was the best part. Mark and Kevin were great from start to finish. Our family loved the Mark's live piano music during the cocktail hour. Kevin the DJ, was on top of things and had a great playlist along with spot-on volume control, allowing guests to have conversations without yelling. The rest of the wedding was wonderful- Kevin really knows how to get the crowd dancing and having fun. We had a wonderful time, our guests danced and laughed the night away and everyone agrees that the music provided by Mark & Kevin really brought everything together. Creating a Friendly Atmosphere
In 2002 LIMVA was reorganized and Marken Music offered to provide musc for our events as people would enter the room they would be greeted by Mark,s playing of familiar songs. The effect gave the meetings a sign of a friendly place. I think it enhanced our image and was greatly appreciated.

Wrong Choice..
Working with Marken Music would have been the biggest mistake of my wedding. Mark and I were actively discussing details for my wedding, and when I was ready to make the payment the next day, he suddenly told me that somebody made the payment the day before and took my date, telling me that "this is how the business works", without letting me know that somebody else was interested in that date. I was more surprised because we were communicating so actively for the past couple days before this happened and I told him that I am going to work with him. However, he was so angry for no reason (I was still being so polite even with this unprofessionalism).
Still, I asked to see if I could work with him for the other portion of my wedding. However, he started to be more rude and told me that he can't secure my contract unless I give him the exact "time" I need him. I gave him the time and told him that it could just vary by 30 minutes, and I was willing to pay the whole amount up-front, but he started to be more rude and even said "I know you called me because I am the most reasonable option out there".
Looking back, I clearly haven't done anything wrong at all and still have no idea why a potential customer like me should get this level of unprofessionalism from a vendor. I was rather being such an understandable person.
