Marta is the BEST!
Marta was an absolute dream to work with! We had met Marta at a friend’s wedding the year before and after seeing how she worked and how amazing their photos came out, we knew we had to book her for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable during the shoots and really took to heart all of the things we told her we wanted out of our wedding and engagement pictures. Marta is an exceptionally talented photographer and editor, she truly captured our wedding in such a way that felt so much like “us”. We were so elated to get our photos back and see all of the amazing moments she captured in time for us. She took the time to have multiple pre-wedding chats with us and also worked in perfect sync with our videographer and other vendors. Marta is an incredibly wonderful person and we are so lucky to have had her be a part of our special day. We can’t recommend Marta enough for all of your photography needs! -

The Absolute Best Experience with Marta!
The best decision we made for our wedding was to book Marta as our photographer! We were so thankful to have found someone who made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and who is an awesome photographer, as well! She shot both our engagement photoshoot and wedding; both times the photos were delivered quickly and with more photos than we could have ever asked for. On more than one occasion during the wedding, a moment happened and we thought to ourselves that we hoped it was captured and sure enough Marta was always right there to capture it. She never missed a moment. When there were some issues with the venue and their timeline, Marta was super flexible and accommodating, even staying a bit longer than the scheduled time to capture every shot! All of our guests loved her, so much so that my best man is using her for his wedding in 2022. With the multiple photoshoots and the pre-wedding video calls, we really feel like we got to know Marta and she is really a wonderful person. You would be lucky to have her as your photographer for any occasion. The highest recommendation! -

My fiancé booked her for our proposal in Central Park, NY. She was so easy going, responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Our officially proposal date got rained out, so we had to change it. She did it without hesitation, which really reflected her kindness. We weren’t familiar with the area since we are from Alabama and she suggested the spot for my fiancé to propose. She came out as surprise and did a great job hiding herself so I wouldn’t spot her. After the proposal, she suggested doing more couple pictures. We aren’t great at pictures and always feel awkward. But Marta made us feel so comfortable. She came with her own ideas, which made the whole experience fun and easy. My proposal pictures are one my favorite pictures. She did such an amazing job! If you’re looking for a photographer, don’t hesitate to pick Marta. You won’t regret it!Marta Zapardiel Photography's reply:

I've known Marta for a few years now and I enjoy her work so much that when it was time for me to choose a photographer for my wedding I didn't even hesitated: she was my first and only choice. Luckily for us she could make it and we're very grateful because now we have an amazing photo collection of our wedding day.
She's a top photographer but most importantly, she's an amazing person that guided us throughout all the wedding craziness and answered all our questions. Marta is not only our wedding photographer: she's now a friend. Forever grateful! -

Marta is so sweet and talented! We changed our elopement date last minute and lucked out with finding Marta. She was incredibly flexible, patient, and kind -- which was especially appreciated when eloping in a pandemic! Marta made us feel relaxed and was go with the flow while providing great direction and suggestions. She got in all of the shots we requested (including working with a horse) and we were thrilled to see the memories she captured when the finals came through. Beyond Amazing and went way above and beyond
We cannot thank Marta enough for her professionalism and expertise. All the photos came out amazing and she took literally thousands of them. Very fast turnaround and very reasonable priced. Marta's the best!
Marta was a dream to work with. She does such incredible work, and makes your feel comfortable while doing so! It's no surprise that unless you're a model, or taking far too many pictures of yourself, the whole experience could be awkward - not with Marta! She talks to you the whole time, plays music, and makes you feel at ease! Because of this incredible environment she creates, she able to actually capture your emotions through her pictures. When you see a picture of someone laughing, it's almost as if you can hear them laughing. I loved working with Marta and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!!Marta Zapardiel Photography's reply:

She captured the moment perfectly, and had it not been for her, we would not have these incredibly special moments to look back on. Marta was tucked away inconspicuously during the proposal and then so enthusiastically, stood by to capture pictures of us thereafter. We could not have asked for anyone more fitting for this day and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to capture the moment of their proposal. -

Authentic, down to earth, & talented!
From the moment we met Marta, me and my fiancé (now husband) KNEW she was the person to photograph our wedding. She immediately put as both at ease and had us laughing. We had an untraditional NYC rooftop wedding and she captured the day and our relationship perfectly. She got along with our family and friends and EVERYONE was chatting about how cool she was. She even stayed later than her contract required because she wanted to get a few extra shots of us dancing the night away. And the pictures... well, they can speak for themselves! -

Julian Sent on 02/09/2018We took Marta to Stone Barn Upstate to get some portraits of my wife and I done around the end of October. Perfect location to see New York's foliage. Once there Marta took charge since we really didn't know what to do. We walked and talked getting to know each other better and with that she snapped some genuine reactions to some of our great stories. It was a blast working with her and hope to use more of her services in the future. Pricing was reasonable and within our budget.

Cecilia Sent on 02/02/2018I've never been photographed by a professional before our session with Marta. She was wonderful!! She made us feel super at ease. It was freezing the day of our shoot, but you could never tell. She was a true professional. Took the time to coach us out of our discomfort.
