  Saved my wedding!

  Marya helped save my wedding! I got married in June 2024 and I had to buy a brand new dress two weeks before my wedding. My original wedding dress was altered by another tailor and ruined. That’s when I reached out to Marya as I needed a new tailor for my new dress. I explained the situation and she miraculously squeezed me into her schedule. We had 3 appointments in those two weeks and throughout each, you could tell she has such amazing attention to detail and extremely good at what she does. I ended up loving my new dress better than the original one and it’s all thanks to Marya! I highly recommend her for any brides looking for alterations in the area!

  Miracle worker!

  Amazing!!! Marya is extremely talented and her work is flawless! With only six days until my wedding, Marya graciously made time for me and altered my dress to fit me to perfection. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Marya! I absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking alterations!

  Marya is a godsend

  I am beyond grateful for Marya, who was able to squeeze me in with little notice and provided beautiful craftsmanship. She made my wedding dress fit like a glove! I had to have several alterations due to sizing up when ordering my dress: tighter straps, taking fabric in at the waist, shortening the length (a LOT of length, I’m 5’1), closing the neckline slightly to make my dress more appropriate, and adding a bustle. I wish I would have thought to take some “before” pictures, because it truly is a night and day difference. I was feeling a little insecure before the alterations since it was not fitting anything like I had hoped, and after her alterations I felt beautiful, confident and “snatched”. Marya is also incredibly kind and radiates good energy and will make sure you leave happy. Please do yourself a favor and book your alterations with Marya Design, you will not be disappointed.

  Highly recommend!

  Marya did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. She was very clear about the amount of time it would take and the cost. She even added some detachable shoulder sleeves to my dress, which was originally strapless. It really completed the look and I was so happy with how I looked on my wedding day!

  Marya Design and Wedding Gown Alteration

  Perfection!! ..The only word to describe Marya’s workmanship! this woman is so much more than a seamstress.. Marya knew exactly where to make very minute fitting adjustments (and there were several) …. The delicately embroidered lace work ….the chiffon bodice, and even the tiny satin waist ribbon all required subtle changes …and all were made flawlessly. Marya is an accomplished design artist as well… Using only a picture of the top of a separate gown …Marya then redesigned and meticulously cut and reworked the embroidered lace neck and sleeves on the gown in order to craft a new top having a V-neck and no sleeves The end result is an exquisite and perfectly fitted gown uniquely created for my daughter!!!
  Few people possess Marya’s talent! She is truly an artistic genius!!! For complete satisfaction and for the perfect dress or gown…. go to Marya!!

  Marya is a magician!!!

  I found Marya by looking on Google desperately for someone to help with a wedding dress I’d bought off the internet sight unseen. Marya’s reviews were incredible - this lady is an incredibly skilled, talented, knowledgeable professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done to my dress to first just make it fit so much better - it’s incredible what exactly the right tailoring can do for how a dress looks. Then on top of that, she was able to completely reconstruct the sleeves and neckline, turning it into essentially a different dress. I am in love with it. Her work is impeccable, she knows just by looking exactly what needs to be done even if you don’t have a clue, and produces miracles. My mom came to her for her mother of the bride dress and I’m sending 2 bridesmaids. I’ve been telling all my friends about Marya because she is such a treasure. Catch her while you still can, because this professional is a superstar and her wait list is already getting longer (as it should be)! Thank you so much Marya!!!

  My Wedding Day!!

  Marya is amazing!! Before i went to Marya, i knew there was something my dress needed but i couldn’t figure it out. Marya saw my vision and made me feel amazing in my wedding dress! I would definitely recommend her!!
