  Max Dales was fabulous! I could not be more pleased. My husband and I got married in Bellingham and looked at several vendors before choosing Max Dales. Paul was incredibly accommodating and the food and presentation was amazing.

  The food from Max Dales was amazing!
  
  We were able to do a tasting before the wedding which was so helpful in making our choices. On the wedding day, they set up everything for the food and had an amazingly helpful staff. There was a ton of food and we had extra at the end. Everything was high quality and delicious!

  Paul and Jill from Max Dale's were fantastic! They were extremely accommodating and worked within our budget. The prime rib and salmon were amazing, all of the side dishes were delicious, and when my now husband asked for a special crab macaronie and cheese, Max Dale's had no problem fitting that into our price range. Their staff was professional, friendly and well dressed, keeping our event super classy. Max Dale's Catering was efficient, clean, and had our food out on schedule. They provided all the linens, served the wine, and worked with our venue to ensure everthing went smoothly. My family has been so impressed with Max Dale's that we have used them for several other parties as well. I would highly recommend Max Dale's Catering for their great food, exceptional value, and superior all around service!

  Max Dale's has been a family favorite for many years. Over the past few year, they have been on the top of the list for all of our family events. They were very flexible with the menu and allowed us to taylor it to fit the style of our wedding, a casual summer family reunion feel. The amount for food for the price was a great value. We kept the leftovers and had a small family gathering the next day with them. The food was just as wonderful the next day.

  Paul and the Max Dales crew were great to work with. They made it easy and painless to serve a large buffet dinner to 200+ guests. A few months before the wedding they had us in to sample several dishes of food choices for our menu--a fun experience I recommend to everyone! After deciding on the menu we didn't have to worry about a thing. Paul ordered our table linens for us, which arrived 5 days before the big day for setting up, and the catering truck arrived on wedding day a few hours before the ceremony. The food was out of this world! The display was lovely and the service was unbeatable. Four thumbs up! (I only wish we didn't have to leave the left-overs behind when we left on our honeymoon!)

  We chose Max Dale's Catering. The food was good, the price was great for the value, they had a ton of food so nothing ran out and they would replenish quickly so guests were not waiting for anything. Very on top of things the day of.

We went on a 'good word and a handshake' which felt fine at first, but then amidst all the details, became confusing because we didn't have anything in writing to refer back to when the final total was given to us. Thankfully, we were able to negotiate the price back to the original 'verbal' quote we were given for the food.
  
  The linens, flatware, china, etc were very affordable and you won't have to look elsewhere to rent everything you need for your event. As catering goes, Max Dale's was delicious, clean, efficient and affordable!
