  Wedding Coordinator

  If you are looking for a wedding/ event planner, hiring Laura and the McArthur Wedding and Events team should be step one. It will be the best decision you make. Laura is the woman! From start to finish, Laura was professional, responsive and organized. Most of all, she was calm, kind and excellent at her job. She rolled with any punches thrown her way with grace and a can-do attitude. For example, we had day-of signage that was delivered to a wrong address. She was able to find and retrieve it from the wrong porch in another neighborhood. Since I was not able to make an extra trip out to Colorado for linens and rentals, Laura facilitated all of this, even though it wasn’t originally part of her responsibilities. Laura helped us plan our wedding in 4 months. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our minds were blown and our wedding was down-right gorgeous! She helped bring together our abstract ideas and put all of the pieces together beautifully. Our guests raved about how beautifully things came together and how much fun they had. My family and wedding party had so many great things to say about Laura, her smile, and her ability to stay calm, focused and organized in the wedding whirlwind. We are so glad we landed in Laura's hands. You will be too! We are forever grateful for Laura and the McArthur team for all of their hard work and efforts to make our wedding day a great success.

  Above and Beyond

  I can't recommend Laura enough! From our first meeting to our wedding day, she was easy going, extremely professional, prompt, and handled our complicated day with perfect ease. If I could do it all again, Laura would still be my first call.

  Professional, caring, and experienced

  Laura coordinated our 350+ person wedding in Denver, and we couldn't have been happier with her help! She is the perfect combination - organized, caring, and experienced. Her wisdom was a help to me in so many ways, and she took such a load off of my plate!

  People thought I was crazy when I said I wanted a short engagement, but a big wedding. McArthur Weddings & Events was the only reason our dream wedding was made possible. Not only did Laura take care of everything from start to finish, she made the wedding planning process so easy. There were so many moving pieces, and she handled it all calmly and gracefully. Laura is organized, prompt, thoughtful, and professional. My husband and I were able to just be present and soak in everything around us all weekend long because of Laura's harmonious and extensive service. She was the glue that held everything together. Looking back, I can't imagine the Wedding process without her. This investment was more important than my husband and I ever began to realize and I am forever thankful we hired her for our big day!
