A makes or breaks the wedding reception. DJ McGrayson exceeded our expectations and did a GREAT job keeping the party going. He played our must hear music, and made the few announcements we asked him to. I have no regrets! -

What’s a wedding day and reception without music? Glad we didn’t have to find out this answer. Our Dj delivered from start to finish. He was on time, communicated with our coordinator when needed and was great with using the microphone as needed. Our crowd absolutely loved him. Before hand he ensured he understood what was wanted and delivered. Our day wouldn’t have been complete without him. Also, our 1st dance will be forever memorable from the smoke on the cloud. I truly felt like I was in a fairytale floating. Everything was just perfect. If you want a memorable day with no hiccups, look no further. Still waiting on our final pictures, but attached is a couple photos someone snapped. -

I connected with Charles via a Facebook group for brides in the Dallas area and he was very quick to respond, answered all of our questions, offered a competitive and very reasonable rate and was very professional. We continued to connect and touch base in the months leading up to our wedding. We had SO much fun at our wedding, he helped guide the evening, kept our timeline in check, and our guests told us that it was “the most fun wedding we have ever been to!” And I know it’s because of Charles! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of DJ, MC, or music/entertainment services! -

DJ & Photo Booth
Charles was awesome! He was on time and kept the party going. I had a vocalist Phil C who he met the same day and worked seamlessly with. His assistant worked the photo booth and everyone loved it! He is affordable and worth every penny if not more. I would highly recommend him. -

Dj charles was super professional through the whole process. He has a great selection of music and has a great feel for what the guest wants to hear. You know you have a great dj when the whole time he is playing music the fance floor was packed and people were dancing. He was also able to get all song request in frombthe guest which i thought would fluster him because of the amount of request, but it didnt this man just kept it going. I will definitely be using McGrayson Entertainment in the future and will be referring them to anyone who needs there services. Super flexible on selection of music. Didnt only play music for the younger crowd was a point in tthe night i came to him and said i would like some older r&b music and he asked for what type of music so we took about 5 minutes getting it together and we had about a good 15 -20 minutes of aunts and uncles dancing the night away. I know it makes a dj happy when you play a song and people run to the dance floor or everyone yelling out "ayyyyyeee" lol. If you want a flexible Dj who is truly there to cater for you and your guest who is not biased on music because we also had some country music played that everyone loved. Book with McGrayson Entertainment. Made our night one to remember for the rest of our lives. -

My husband and I used McGrayson Entertainment to DJ our wedding 7/3/2020. They were absolutely amazing!!! Charles was our dj and he was so accommodating. He took song request from wedding guests, edited the music for our mother/daughter dance, and interacted with the crowd. The energy in the room was great! I'm so happy we chose McGrayson and will definitely use them for future events. -

Where do I start? My husband and I booked Charles months in advance. He was so professional and always kept in contact with us to see if there was anything that we needed. He made calls to make sure we were on the same page. He was so patient at the wedding and was so flexible! He had to make a few changes to the timeline at the wedding and he did it so effortlessly! He also prompt! I will forever recommend his service! He made our day special! Thank you again!!! -

(I would not recommend hiring Mcgrayson).
My wife & I hired Mcgrayson for our wedding in September '22. In preparation for the wedding we documented the songs (& genre's) we wanted to hear, songs for the dance off and provided the overall wedding schedule. The document was reviewed & provided to Mcgrayson well before the event so he would be able to prepare.
During the wedding he:
1) Called the Bridesmaids & Groomsmen the wrong names when entering the reception AND played the wrong music. We had a groomsmen actually stand with him to help call the names correctly.
2) Played the wrong music during the dance off (even with it being provided). Causing us to lose precious time during the wedding.
3) Did not MC the wedding at all, leading the guests to wonder if/when they would be called for dinner.
4) Did not take ANY accountability for issues that he caused during the wedding. Even though we had documentation showing that all information was provided.
Now is my experience a one-off? Potentially but let me tell you this was a terrible experience. If there's any chance that you could experience what my wife and I did, it could make or break your wedding experience.
I WOULD NOT recommend hiring McGrayson for such a pivotal role at your wedding.
