  If you don’t hire Melanie, you’re making a mistake!

  Melanie could quite truly be one of the most special humans on the planet. From the minute my husband and I started planning our wedding she was on board with us, and because of her every single item of our day was perfect. She helped us in every way, everything from a listening ear to helping us iron out contract details, Melanie was there. She always kept great notes on what we wanted, and made everything we were looking for happen. Melanie also was over seeing the whole set up and breakdown so nothing was missed, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her detailed eye. I honestly don’t have all of the words to proficiently say how incredible she is, but I do know that if you have her plan your wedding or event, you will be immensely grateful.

  As close to perfection as it gets

  Melanie and I only had one in person meeting. We lived several states away but when we met I knew she had to be the one. From her bubbly personality, to our vision, timelines and attention to detail, she had to be the one. We had so many FaceTime calls with a plan each week to review what we needed to cover, this annoyed my now Husband (who was only on a few important ones) but I wouldn’t change a single part about it. The more communication we had the better the planning was, the calls were so easy, helpful and and every one was important.
  
  We got married at Rockwood Lodge which is a beautiful blank slate but everything you needed to make a wedding happen there needed to come from outside vendors, in a busy wedding town, during covid times, with weddings pushed back and vendors booked out. But she made it happen!! And more seamlessly than I could have ever imagined. I know because I tried to start planning by myself and the emails and declines and price comparisons was all incredibly overwhelming (and I’m a planner). Melanie helped to source the most incredible wedding vendors and I cannot thank every single one of them enough. Each of our vendors came up to us and told us how wonderful our wedding planner had been to work with throughout the process and that’s an incredible achievement and well deserved!
  We had weather delays, we had wardrobe malfunctions, we had cell service challenges. Melanie and her team, resolved everything that came up in a timely and professional fashion.
  Melanie listened, truly listened to everything that I wanted. She made it happen and I’m forever grateful that she was a part of my favorite day ever. If I had to do it all over again, i wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Melanie!!

  Hire Melanie for your wedding. That's all I have to say. This girl is amazing, she thinks of everything and provides the service every bride and groom think of on their wedding day. She made everything easy and seamless and was always around for us to hand things off to or bounce ideas off of. I work in the event industry myself and could not have been more pleased or honored to have Melanie as part of our day. Our friends, family and bridal party raved about her. She doesn't miss a beat and is hands down the best out there!

  Woods Wedding 3/12/21

  Melanie was incredible. I never thought about anything, Melanie covered every detail and went above and beyond. She is so easy and encouraging to work with. She put out fires I didn’t even know were happening and over communicated with every vendor so there was never a hiccup. My whole wedding party adored her. I could not have gotten married without her.

  Wonderful!

  My experience with Melanie was one of the best I've ever had. She was helpful, friendly, amazingly talented, and always there for anything we needed. Our wedding was a tremendous success primarily because of her professionalism and willing to help! HIGHLY recommend Melanie - best of the best!!

  After months of painstakingly crafting our wedding day and being nose deep in every little detail, we knew we would need someone to orchestrate day-of so we could take a step back and enjoy. I was thinking we'd just need someone to keep us on schedule, but Melanie far surpassed all our expectations! The energy and confidence she brought to the day were fantastic. She knew the in's and out's of a wedding day so well, kept track of all the little details, and made sure we soaked up every little bit the beautiful day. She even had plates of food delivered to our hotel room so we wouldn't be hungry after the the whirlwind of a day! Although I've known and loved Melanie for a few years, my friends and family who met Melanie day-of felt comfortable with her and trusted her right away. People still comment to me about how friendly she was and how seamlessly she coordinated all the events of the day! I'm so thankful for the essential role she played for our wedding day and would hire her again in heartbeat.
