I was lucky enough to find Melanie on Instagram and was immediately drawn to the soft, romantic aesthetic of her photography. Aside from their photos being gorgeous, Melanie and Manny are so kind and amazing to work with. From the moment I spoke with Melanie on the phone, I knew I could trust her with our wedding photos. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and thorough. Our wedding was postponed due to covid and they were so accommodating and flexible with us every step of the way. When we finally had our wedding day, they made us feel comfortable and kept the vibe fun and light. Melanie and Manny really go above and beyond when it comes to wedding photographers- from the detailed planning/ informational booklet they gave us after we hired them, to the beautiful and plentiful photos we received from our wedding day- everything was amazing! I genuinely feel like we gained two friends by hiring Melanie and Manny, and I look forward to more gorgeous photos and time spent together in the future. -

Melanie and Manny are absolutely the best!!
We knew from the beginning that finding the right wedding photographer would be one of the most important decisions and we could not have been happier with our experience working with Melanie and Manny! There are so many reasons why we love them and I want to highlight two areas.
First is their love and depth of knowledge for their craft which really shines through in the most stunning photos. From our initial engagement shoot session at Land’s End in SF to our Sonoma vineyard wedding, they had expert knowledge in all the best areas and lighting to ensure we had the most beautiful shots in a variety of different scenery. They are able to so easily put us at ease to create the most natural and dreamy shots! They are true artists that have honed their skills over years of experience and I am so obsessed with all our photos and have gotten so many compliments from everyone that has seen them.
Secondly, not only are they amazing photographers, they are truly also the most sincere and sweet people you can meet. Covid has really derailed a lot of couples’ wedding plans where we had to postpone our date 2 times, and they have been the most understanding and helpful during this time to make sure things go smoothly. My husband and I are so grateful for their hard work and the most gorgeous photos that we will treasure for a lifetime!! -

Best photographer ever!
I would give them 10 stars if I could! We are beyond happy to have found Melanie and Manny as our photographers for our engagement and wedding photos. From our first call with them, we knew they would make us feel relaxed and capture us perfectly - and that's exactly what they did.
For our engagement photos, they found an amazing, hidden gem location that was exactly what we were looking for. We laughed so hard the entire time and they made us feel so comfortable.
When our original venue canceled on us three months before our wedding, Melanie was a huge support system for us. She was quick to jump in with venue suggestions and resources that we could tap into. It was a huge help and relief to have her on our team.
Once we found our new venue, Melanie and Manny scouted to find an amazing location for our bride and groom photos. Our wedding day turned out perfectly thanks to their guidance and support.
The attention to detail, organization, responsiveness and professionalism that Melanie and Manny demonstrate speaks volumes.
You want them on your team - we are so so happy we had the opportunity to work with them and can't wait until our paths cross again.

When my now-husband and I got engaged, we agreed that one of the most important components of our wedding, and therefore an area in which we were willing to invest, was the photography. We spent HOURS over several months researching and contacting dozens of photographers, with the hope that we would find a two-shooter team with a soft, elegant, and timeless style who would also be willing to go along with our extensive, detailed wedding plan and bring elements of fun and calmness to our day. Our expectations were high, and Melanie, along with her awesome husband Manny, soared way above the rest. We came across their work by accident when searching for beautiful engagement photo locations in Northern California; upon discovering that they are located in Southern California, just south of where I grew up (they had even shot weddings at my home church), I knew I had to get in touch. Melanie immediately quashed my concerns about the distance, expressing that they are often up in Northern California and they would happily take care of both our engagement and wedding photography. After several phone calls to get to know each other and discuss options, we were elated to officially sign the contract with Melanie and Manny, a decision we never once regretted! Throughout the planning process, Melanie kept in touch to stay on top of our desires and plans so that she could be adequately prepared; we know she spent hours of her own time scouting locations that would be just perfect for our afternoon portrait session as well as golden hour. I could go on forever, raving about our experience with this fabulous duo, but I will leave it here - if you are looking for photographers to capture an important event in your life, HIRE MELANIE AND MANNY! You will not regret it! Every photo you get back will be your favorite, and the hardest part will be choosing which photos to print and post :) THANK YOU MELANIE AND MANNY! We are eternally grateful to you for capturing the love and beauty of our relationship and wedding. -

Melanie and Manny are not only truly wonderful people to work with, but they are also incredible photographers. The photos of my husband and I, our families and friends, and our Napa venue turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. I have framed so many of them that I'm running out of wall space! Melanie is kind, patient and very communicative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Although we were on a budget and had to keep our ceremony very small, they worked with us on a package that met our needs while still capturing every important moment. Finally, they are just lovely, genuine people, such a sweet couple and a great team - they added to our wedding day and felt like friends by the end of it! Of all the vendors and expenses we had for our wedding, Melanie and Manny were by far the best investment! -

Melissa Sent on 12/12/2017We cannot say enough good things about Melanie & Manny's talents! They are the ultimate dream team! Our wedding photos we just got back last week totally blew us away. They are classic, romantic, light & ethereal, & truly captured the pure love, joy, & magic on our day. They will be hanging in our home forever in the biggest frames we can find. ;) We have had sooo many people tell us that our photos are beyond even beautiful but that they are just exquisite...they belong in a magazine..they are breathtaking. Even our friends have been showing literally everyone they know (even people that don't know us)! I can't imagine that shooting a wedding with film is that easy either but the result are just beyond from these two. Worth every penny.
M & M are also always so professional & sweet & we felt we could completely trust them with everything! You will seriously love your decision booking with them. -

The softness of her photos and how she captures the emotions between moments - a quick look, a loving touch, a burst of laughter - all won us over. From the first time we met them, there was a deep trust and connection that was immediate and lasting (which fellow Type A personalities can understand is not an easy fete). They put us at ease in front of a camera, and kept us constantly laughing, which enabled our personalities and our true selves to be captured in her photos.
From the engagement session through our wedding day, Melanie and Manny brought a continual calm to a journey that can often feel like whirlwind. Every interaction was just easy and so delightful. This
statement may sound like a small point, but to have complete faith in these two gave use such a sense of comfort during the whole process that words are unable to express our gratitude. Additionally, they were incredibly organized, with comprehensive planning worksheets, detailed guides, and on-going, close coordination with our day of coordinator.
They truly went above and beyond to ensure our photos would look incredible, including visiting our ceremony location at the time of our ceremony to scope lighting, as well as driving around Sonoma to find the perfect spot for our sunset photos. This dedication and time investment made us feel so valued.
If you are considering Melanie Osorio Photography – do it. You will NOT regret it. I am hopeful to have her photograph other milestones in our life as we reach them! -

User2252819 Sent on 08/02/2015Melanie did boudoir photography for me as a wedding gift to my now husband. She made me feel so comfortable and has a serious eye for detail. I can't speak high enough of her. She is very easy to reach and so helpful with any questions. The pictures turned out better than I would of ever thought and I can't thank her enough!
