We had the opportunity to celebrate with Melissa at the Evergreen Country Club. Her photo's are amazing! Her passion for capturing those once in a lifetime moments is obvious in her art.

My husband and I loved being photographed by Melissa for our engagement and wedding photos! She gave clear direction while allowing us to be ourselves. She was open to trying new things like smoke bombs, which came out beautifully! I particularly love her aesthetic and her fun, laidback personality. Excellent Experience!
Melissa Batman was very professional from start to finish. Not only that, but she sincerely cared about my budget and other fine details. Melissa shot both our engagement session as well as our wedding day. She was punctual to each event, and made sure she was able to get the shots that I requested. Even though it was during a busy season, she managed to get my photos to me before her deadlines! Perfect Wedding Photographer!
From the planning process all the way to the end, Melissa was absolutely fantastic. On the planning and prepping side of things, she was always prompt about returning our messages and getting in contact (in fact, she was better about that than we were, and was understanding that we couldn’t always respond right away). She worked well with our day-of coordinator as well so everything ran smoothly during the wedding itself.
The quality of her pictures speak for themselves. Melissa is a fantastic photographer. Our ceremony was outdoors, and she did a fantastic job of working around the natural lighting and making use of the natural scenery. She also beautifully captured our indoor reception despite our worries over the low lighting levels. Her instructions were clear and effective, which saved us both worry and time and allowed us for more pictures before the sun set. She’s so dedicated that she persevered through being stung by a wasp in the middle of taking pictures of the bridal party.
After the wedding she kept in touch during the editing process, and at the end provided us with over a thousand pictures, all quality. My wife still looks through the photos a few times a week and we’ve been married for four months. Melissa was a joy to work with and a true professional, we wholeheartedly recommend her!Melissa Batman Photography's reply:

Jenna Sent on 07/10/2018Melissa is such an amazing and talented woman!!! From meeting her the first time to saying goodbye at the end of the wedding, it was such a great experience! Melissa put in so much time, effort, and energy into every single picture, engagement session and wedding. She even had a piece of paper with all of the pictures I wanted in her pocket and as she took them, she would mark them off. Melissa is just the absolute sweetest and you will not regret your decision in having her as your photographer. She has given us beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!!!!!!

Beth Sent on 11/27/2017My daughter doesn't enjoy having her picture taken, and Melissa did a fantastic job of putting her at ease for her engagement photos, and on her wedding day. She was so wonderful about making her, and her new husband, feel relaxed and comfortable, and helping them to strike the perfect poses.
From the first time my husband and I spoke to Melissa, we knew we were making the right choice. She was more than patient in dealing with our questions and concerns. She was so professional, and yet such fun to be around. We were totally at ease as she helped us set timelines and answered all of our random wedding day/photography questions.
As for the pictures, they are truly amazing!! Honestly I don't know how she managed to so perfectly capture their personalities, and the whole tone of the day. When the mother of bride gets teary looking at pictures, you know it's a job well done. It was extremely important to my husband and I that we had a photographer that would capture the details of our wedding. We honestly cannot put into words how happy we are with the pictures. They are all stunning and I'm not sure what else to say about her other than WOW! Melissa is a true professional, has a true passion for what she does, amazing at taking lead in setting up poses, and extremely talented.
