  Awesome awesome awesome everything went perfect we didn't feel rushed and melissa was so good with the small kids. She had so much energy and great ideas it was so much fun! The pictures were so awesome and unique I loved them!

  Melissa was so wonderful from the first time I spoke to her on the phone to the day of the wedding. She was so fun and energetic and helped keep the wedding day moving and on time. I feel that of all the shopping around, Joy Studios offered the best value and photography packages. We are so happy with our experience.

  After pricing out 4 or 5 photographers, my now wife and I decided on Melissa Joy Photography to shoot our wedding in May of 2012. We ultimately decided Melissa’s portfolio was the most creative and professional. More importantly, after just one meeting with her over coffee, Melissa asked us details about the wedding that we hadn’t even thought of yet. It was clear that her experience was going to be a huge asset to us. Her warm, friendly personality was what sold us.
  
  Melissa made us feel like we were the only client she had. We felt she was devoted to making our day perfect -- not just the photos. The day of our wedding she had a special way of making everyone feel at ease and relaxed. She made it fun. Her advice, energy and determination to please was amazing. The level of customer service, professionalism and personality she has is unmatched in her field.
  
  I recommend anyone looking for family, group, wedding, engagement etc. photos to schedule a meeting with Melissa Joy Photography. The experience she provides will be as beautiful and memorable as the photos.

  I was incredibly happy with the photographs that Melissa took! Everyone had so much fun taking Bridal Party/Family pictures! She was such a joy to work with! I will gladly recommend anyone to have her as their wedding photographer.

I was sooo happy with my wedding photos that I couldn't decide which one I liked best because there were too many fantastic, intimate shots to choose from.   Wow! Melissa comes to your wedding day prepared to make it a magical day. She becomes more like a friend throughout the day rather than just your photographer. We had a winter wedding and did outdoor photos and guess who came prepared with hand and foot warmers! Thanks Melissa! I feel like our photos truely tell a story of the day...she seems to capture every moment.

  Melissa was a wonderful photographer! She helped our day progress smoothly by acting with friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. She worked to accommodate our own ideas for pictures as well as creating the structure for some classic, casual, and personalized shots.
