    Outstanding Videography

    From our very first call, Nile was keenly interested in our vision and started figuring out how to make it come alive. He communicated clearly and consistently with us throughout the process, demonstrated his breadth of experience, answered our many questions, and was generous, flexible, and good-humored.

    When reviewing other videographers, we watched example wedding videos that felt rather strung together and less connected. We chose Mendocino Photo & Video as our wedding videographer because their portfolio displays well-crafted videos that have more of a narrative.

    We’re very happy with our decision and we love the videos that Nile and his team produced. His skill with piloting drones is also quite impressive. We highly recommend Mendocino Photo & Video.

    A time machine video we will cherish forever

    It was a big decision to not spend more money on an expensive multi-hour professional photography package, but to shift more than half that budget for a wedding video from the amazing Nile at Mendocino photography.

    But my wife and I are so happy we did! The video was the best investment we could have made to memorialize our wedding. The eight minute video he did brings that magical date back to life time and time again, in full, love-drenched color! So much more so than still photos could!

    Wedding videographer

    Nile and Theresa were an absolute pleasure to work with. Nile was very professional and responsive—always willing to answer any questions and even meets with you before your wedding day to get to know you as a couple. He was very creative and “on-it” on the day of our wedding, capturing incredible content that I wasn’t even aware of! Our highlights video captured the day perfectly—I can’t stop watching it and reliving the moment!

    MPV - More like MVP

    I had the privilege to work alongside Mendocino Photo & Video as an officiant. Immediately, there was something unique and special about Nile's approach. He managed to manage the shots ensuring his ability to capture the perfect moments while not disrupting the flow of the service and the natural interactions of the couple and guests. This created a level of authenticity that seems to be missing from most wedding videos with the high quality scenes you would expect from a professional videographer. The final product was an absolute masterpiece brimming with the artistry of story telling and accurately capturing the joy and excitement of the special day. I couldn't Mendocino Photo & Video (MPV) more although they really should be considered the MVP for any wedding.

    Wonderful Videography and Fun to Work With

    Mendocino Photo and Video was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Nile took the time to get to know us as a couple, gave us great feedback along the way, and helped us come up with a game plan to capture our wedding where we could fully enjoy our day worry-free. We had so much going on at our wedding, and Nile was able to capture it all so beautifully and put together an incredible teaser and highlights video. He has an immense talent for cinematography and video editing and his work wonderfully brought out all the rich emotions during our wedding and told such a captivating story. Can't recommend enough!!!

    We love Mendocino Photo & Video!

    One of the best vendors we booked for our wedding was Mendocino Photo and Video! We weren't sure if we were going to have a videographer at our wedding, but now it is the most cherished item we have taken away from the day. Nile made us feel so comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day, and the footage he shot was unbelievable. My husband and I are so thrilled with the ceremony footage and interviews with our family and friends. We are eternally grateful for the hard work from Nile and his team.     Best Videographer!

    Nile knows what he is doing behind the camera! He genuinely cares, he creates special moments in his videos with special messages and captures all the meaningful moments. He is a great communicator. I can’t recommend him enough!!!

    Amazing Videographer in Mendocino, CA

    I was blown away by how Nile was able to capture the beauty, spirit, joy, humor and FUN of my daughter's wedding. Words hardly do his work justice -- here is the link so you can see for yourself. On top of his artistry, he's just a really cool, chill guy who brought a sense of calm and fun to his work (which rubbed off on the nervous bride and groom).     A wedding videographer with lots of options and a human, personalized experience! Nile is awesome!

    Nile was wonderful to work with and took time to learn about my wife and I, our vision and the importance of our ceremony/venue space to our family. We really appreciated that he took time to meet with us in person well ahead of the wedding and we were impressed with the wide array of video footage/packages he offered.     Truly Extraordinary and Professional Experience

    Working with Nile on our video project was a dream. He was thoughtful and creative as well as go with the flow and flexible. We had a general idea of what we wanted, which Nile was very receptive to, and then he expanded on our ideas and produced something that was truly breathtaking. I cried twice when I watched his first cut of our film. I am a Marketing Director and have worked with many different types of creative contractors – Nile is one of the best.     Mendocino photo review

    Nile is such an amazing videographer, he turned our wedding into a true cinematic masterpiece. To say we are more then pleased would be an understatement. He was professional and asked about all the different shots we wanted, and made an amazing day into a fairytale!

    Pure Magic!!!!

    Beyond grateful that we found Niles. His work is pure magic! He puts so much thought and care into what he does. Honestly, I can't imagine not having him part of our special day. I am so thankful he caught so many special moments. I would recommend him to anyone. I will treasure his videos forever.

    Amazing Wedding Videography!

    There are no words to describe how happy we are with our wedding video! It completely took our breath away and and brought back every emotion from our day! Nile is a true professional; very talented and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to make our video perfect. Also, his friendly and calm demeanor made us feel at ease on our special day and friends and family continued to comment on his professionalism for days after the event. We could not be happier.     Magnificent photography!

    I highly recommend Mendocino Photo and Video.  For someone, like myself, who is shy, I could not have been blessed with a better photographer.  Nile, in addition to being professional and truly talented, was a delight to work with and be photographed by.  His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and his soft clear directions and affirmations supported me in feeling seen, taken care of and beautiful. In his photographs he was able to capture my unique spirit, the tenderness and excitement of the day and the beauty of the nature that we were surrounded by.     We had a summer wedding in Mendocino and Nile did our video ( we had an additional photographer for stills). He shot footage of ceremony, candid interactions, interviews, and some amazing drone shots, then produced a really beautiful piece blending everything together with a sense of narrative. We couldn't be happier, and the video feels like it will be a family heirloom - it's just such a special day with so many people and memories in it.

    Very culturally sensitive

    Nile was not only extremely professional and competent, he had an eye for the tender candid moments and memorable aspects of our special day. We had an intercultural wedding and he would listen keenly to what we wanted and stayed very sensitive to cultural differences throughout. We got married a few years ago and we weren’t sure if we wanted to do a video. So glad we went with Nile who was so affordable for what he offered. The video we have our wedding allows us to look back on all the poignant moments and we enjoy it very much. I would recommend him without hesitation!

    Fantastic video

    We were so happy with Nile's work and service. His documentary style captured not only the sounds and sights of our wedding, but also the personal stories from many of our dearest guests. He was very responsive, and worked closely with us to understand our vision.

    We were originally unsure whether we needed the drone footage of our site, but since we ended up getting married on a beautiful scenic farm in Mendocino County, we couldn't imagine NOT having the aerial footage! It's hard to capture the beauty of the place we got married, but Nile did it.

    We would definitely recommend Mendocino Video again and again!
