  a masterpiece

  scarlett's cakes are BEAUTIFUL and among the best i've ever tasted. the tasting experience was lovely, and scarlett did an amazing job at bringing our vision to life. don't think twice and hire her!

  Amazing Cakes that travel

  I contacted Scarlett from Miam Cake to do the impossible and she delivered! I live in Ohio but had a wedding in Jamaica in April 2019 and was having a difficult time finding someone to execute a bas relief cake overseas. Scarlett not only designed a gorgeous, delicious cake with details that incorporated my roots from North Carolina and my husband's Jamaican roots but also created one stable enough to fly to Jamaica. It made it in one piece and all of my guests were amazed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miam Cakes to anyone.

  I cannot say enough about Scarlett and her masterpieces. I have SO many food allergies and Scarlett was an answer to prayer, in more ways that we can count. We didn't just have a cake I could eat on my wedding day....I had the BEST cake I have EVER eaten in my entire life. It was DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL and baked with so much love. It touches my heart to know how much love goes into Scarlett's creations. I enjoyed everything about working with her. We were blown away by the detail in our Venezuelan orchid and will eventually frame it, as a keepsake. That detail meant so much to our family.
  Oh, and I must add that one guest at our wedding does not like cake and couldn't get enough of Scarlett's creation.
  I don't know what our day would have been like without Scarlett's masterpiece and great care. We are forever grateful!

  Scarlett did a five-tier cake for our wedding on 1/16/16. It was my favorite part of the wedding. Her designs are stunning and unlike any other cakes I have ever seen. The design was modern and the colors were exactly what we wanted. All of the guests and even event staff were completely in awe of the beautiful edible artwork that was part of our special day. I could not have been happier!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Scarlett Kilzer of Miam Cake - we absolutely LOVED our cake and thought it was perfect. Honestly, cake initially was pretty low on our priority list...until I ran across her work. Unique beautiful and delicate works of art. And my husband whole-heartedly agrees that not only are the cakes stunning, they TASTE INCREDIBLE. Where I really think we were pleasantly surprised though was when she shared her ingredients in our initial consult. My husband is a foodie and loves to cook and bake - and is also largely grain-free (we both are). Anyhow - she makes her cakes with almond flour which may explain part of the unique flavor. She spent so much time with us, and met us at a coffee shop and brought 3 amazing flavors to sample - of which we chose all 3! We did 2 smaller cakes and a medium main cutting cake. Personable, accommodating and professional. I'd like to give her 6 stars :) Wish I could post a pic, it was so pretty!

  When thinking about my wedding day the first image that pops in my head is my beautiful wedding cake (and then my husband, in that order hah). Scarlett exceeded our expectations and provided my husband and I with the most beautiful and memorable wedding cake. It also tasted fantastic! From scheduling the first tasting, to the day of the wedding, Scarlett was great to work with and took the stress out of wedding planning. Her creativity and ability to make your ideas a reality is amazing! I would highly recommend Miam Cakes.

  Scarlet was AMAZING! We asked her to make a special Brazillian pastry that she had never even heard of. It was a very specific pastry with very specific packaging. and she nailed it!
  Without every having made them before, she made them PERFECTLY! and she packaged them up and tied bows on over 150 of them and they looked gorgeous as our favors.
  
  I would highly highly recommend this vendor! I only wish i could have eaten more! I will definitely order from her again!

After everything was done, all my friends could talk about was the cake and how amazing it looked and tasted! Scarlett is just as sweet as her creations. I highly recommend her! You will not find any one in central ohio that compares to Scarlett, her work deserves to be in museums!
