  Exotic Charcuterie

  We are a meat and protein obsessed family. We were able to fully customize our grazing table to include 10 types of meat: Wild boar salami, peppered salami, Elk salami, Whiskey salami, coppa, duck prosciutto, beef bresaola, hard salami, jambon and then some duck mousse pate! Our guests went wild for all the exotic meats. The cheese variety was on point too. I loved how they worked with our dietary preferences and were so flexible to make everything perfect for us.

  An artistic & delicious masterpiece!

  We wanted a visually stunning, tasty, artistic, masterpiece for our cocktail hour reception. Courtney & her team worked with our venue and florist and created a delicious and jaw dropping 10 foot grazing table! Our guests were so impressed and everything was perfectly portioned and cut and displayed where people could take what they wanted without it looking bare or messing up the design. They were able to incorporate some of our flower arrangements in the graze so everything looked cohesive and we opted to upgrade our package and add some of the hot appetizer bites in with the traditional cheese & charcuterie graze. We had our wedding in the fall and wanted to stay within a certain color theme and seasonal items and it worked out so well. We would totally work with Miami Cheese Shop again.

  Tasting class night & Brunch after the wedding

  I am so glad we found The Miami Cheese Shop. We were looking for a private tasting class to entertain the families and bridal party after the rehearsal dinner. Courtney and one of her cheesemongers were able to come to our hotel, set up an entire class and then educate us as we tasted through the different cheeses and wines. Super fun and relaxing. It was a great experience and a fun way to spend the night before our wedding. We also used Miami Cheese Shop to cater the brunch the morning after our wedding. They worked with the hotel to transform one of the conference rooms into a breakfast bar. They made a variety of quiches, bagels with hand made cream cheeses (their veggie cream cheese was so good), various pastries like croissants, danishes and fresh breads, cheeses and fruits. I still daydream about their bagels and cream cheese!

  customized & curated cheese selection

  Working with The Miami Cheese Shop was the easiest part of our wedding planning process. They were so professional and helpful and thought of things we didnt even consider. They made our wedding catering a breeze (and so delicious)! My husband and I are foodies and have traveled the world eating cheese- The Miami Cheese Shop had a diverse cheese selection and were able to bring in every cheese we wanted to share with our guests! Although they had a beautifully curated menu, they gave us flexibility and we decided to hand pick each cheese in our graze. We had a cute little note to our guests explaining why we picked each cheese for them. Our guests loved the personalized experience and my husband and I got to relive our travels by having cheeses from each region we vacationed in. Such special memories. Thank you for making our wedding so special and making it so easy to work with.

  Raclette Chef Station

  WeI used Miami Cheese Shop for my sisters rehearsal dinner. They did a beautiful Raclette station and the families loved it. We had about 50 people for the rehearsal dinner and Courtney and her team were very professional, listened to what we wanted and curated a great menu of items that they had at the raclette station for each guest to customize before being slathered with cheese. They worked great with the event hall as well and were able to communicate easily with the rest of the team. Everything was fully customizable so they were able to stay within our budget and get some of the Swiss and French cheeses my sister and her husband wanted.
