  Michael is the best! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our engagement and wedding. My husband and I were comfortable with him, and he never pushed us to do anything but be ourselves. Our engagement pictures were beautiful, and I can't wait to see the ones from our wedding. He had the engagement pictures back to us within 1-2 weeks, and I anticipate the wedding pictures being done in 4-6. He was always willing to meet with us to discuss shots we may want or the picture schedule for the day of. He was even willing to stop by when my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done at a separate venue, just so he could get a full photographic collection of the day. His second shooter at the wedding, Laura, was amazing. My bridesmaids and I loved being with her.
  
  Overall, we had a great time working with Michael, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer!

He listens to your concerns, is very organized, and helps out with the planning of your big day! He is a very involved photographer, anywhere the bride and groom move, he’s right there capturing the moments you most desire and more!   We did not know Michael Kaal prior to booking him as our wedding photographer. We had briefly looked at his website and were impressed with his work, so we made an appointment! From the very minute we met, he clicked with us both! My fiancé and I felt so comfortable around him, and it was as if we had been friends for years! He not only does amazing work though, but he is more than willing to build you a custom quote/contract based on your specific needs! He is solely focused on making your Photography the LEAST of your worries! He absolutely loves what he does and is amazing at making candid and formal shots! If you need a reliable, fun, funny, kind, friendly, and professional photographer, Michael is definitely it! You won't be disappointed and your money will not be wasted.
  So far, we have just done engagement sessions (in another STATE I might add! He traveled there for us!!!) and they turned our INCREDIBLE. We were astonished. And we have had so many compliments even from people we don't know that have seen our pictures through our friends!
  We are so blessed to have Michael as our photographer, and we can't wait to see the pictures from our wedding day!!

  He went above an beyond to make our day the best day of our lives! He did an excellent job on our engagement pictures and I have no doubt that our wedding pictures will be just as beautiful too! Michael and his partner made sure that we got every picture that we could have imagined on our big day. We can't wait to see the results and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer!!! He also traveled to Knoxville for us for our big day, which was awesome!

  I just got my daughter's wedding proofs back, and they are phenomenal! I highly recommend Michael. He is patient, courteous, and professional! If you want a top notch photographer I suggest using Michael. You will not be disappointed! Seriously, the pictures look like something out of a magazine!

  Michael made our wedding day amazing! He is so fun, easy going, knowledgable and professional! Neither me or my husband are big into having our pictures taken but Michael made us feel comfortable and always had us smiling! Michael is great to work with! Our pictures are so beautiful! I'm so glad we have such great pictures to remember our wedding day forever. We highly recommend Michael Kaal Photography for weddings!

He is passionate about what he does and puts all his energy into capturing every moment of your dream day. Our pictures were breathtaking! And, I really appreciated how hard he worked getting the photos to us so fast! Chris and I were sitting in the airport coming back from our honeymoon watching the slideshow he put together. I was crying in the middle of the airport and watching it over and over. I still cry to this day watching it. We not only hired an amazing wedding photographer, but found a life long friend.   What I like about Michael is that he gets people, he understands what you're going for and puts your preferences into photographs. He really captures what you are about, it's amazing. I felt like I was working with an old friend instead of a photography professional, although he was completely professional the whole time. He was great with everyone, from my goofy wedding party to my eighty-two year old grandma. He was also very helpful and encouraging when I had a mini-panic attack thirty minutes before my wedding, even capturing my bridesmaids fixing my makeup afterwards as a beautiful moment, rather than a near disaster! I would, and have recommended him to other people as a quality photographer who will capture your wedding (or any event for that matter) with skill and artistic sensibilities while being easy to work with for hours on end. I love my wedding photos and couldn't be happier with the service Michael provided!
