Destination Wedding
I used a travel agent/wedding coordinator to book travel, lodging, and transportation for my group! Michael was very knowledgeable about the entire process, he communicated with guests frequently as well as my offsite and on-site coordinator! It took us appropriately 8 months from start to finish, he made this all very seamless. We had approximately 40 guests traveling from all over the country to Jamaica, and international guest coming from Korea. Michael assisted with EVERY aspect of travel. He was professional, punctual, and well organized. Michael went above and beyond for absolutely every part of our wedding trip. He had a great relationship with the resort as well as private contact throughout Jamaica. Anything we asked for…HE MADE IT HAPPEN! He even attended the trip, greeted, and assisted every guest for the entire weekend! We highly highly recommend working with Michael! Easy, Awesome Customer Service

Wedding Renewal
Michaels Destination Travel coordinated the travel arrangements for 45 of my dearest family and friends to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic last fall. His customer service was amazing from start to finish. He checked in with me every step of the way from the initial booking, once I arrived at the airport, once we landed in Punta Cana and on our way back. He made sure our flights were secured, our hotel stay at the hard rock hotel was up to our expectations and made sure we got back safely.
