Michael did the flowers for our wedding on June 14th at the Hawley Silk Mill. He made personal flowers for our party and hydrangea vases for table flowers. Everything was so beautiful and elegant. He was so kind and thoughtful. I really cannot put into words how beautiful our flowers were! He never once tried to talk me into things that were out of my budget. He's a class act! He knows exactly what will and will not work and he goes above and beyond to deliver this finished product personally. He is prompt and so professional. Being in the industry myself I always recommend him because he did such a phenomenal job on my wedding flowers!

Marilyn Sent on 01/01/2018I absolutely LOVED working with Michael. My original plans for my flowers fell through. Luckily Michael was able to accommodate us with only a few months notice. I believe he also had two other weddings that weekend and everything went smoothly. He provided flowers for the church, our bouquets, boutineers, and the centerpieces for the tables at the reception. His prices were very reasonable and the flowers were stunning! I also requested that he use as many locally sourced flowers as possible (for a July wedding) and he was able to do that for me too. I highly recommend!

Tristian Sent on 11/23/2016I cannot recommend Michael at House of Flowers more! He met with my fiancé and I for the first time a month out from our wedding. I'm not big into flowers and he made the process of "designing" the bouquets and boutonnieres so easy and fun. Michael made a special trip to our venue the day before the wedding to drop off the baby's breath we used in the mason jar centerpieces which was so sweet of him. When he showed up the day of the wedding with our flowers I was absolutely blown away.. I completely fell in love with my bouquet and plan to dry it, so I can save it forever! Michael is an angel, such a pro at what he does, and I cannot recommend him enough!

From the very fist day of working with him, I felt confident that he would capture my vision and he far surpassed it on the wedding day. Everything from the bouquets, centerpieces and other decor was BEAUTIFUL. He understood exactly what I was envisioning, and turned my dream into a reality.
While working with him, we never felt rushed, pressured or like we were taking up too much of his time. He truly has a passion for his work and his work ethic shines through every detail. Last minute, I asked for a few extra things, and it was no problem at all. Every detail that we discussed was exactly in the location it was supposed to be. He went above and beyond to make our day magical and completely transformed our venue space.
I would not hesitate to hire him as your wedding florist. My husband and I highly recommend him. The quality of flowers is outstanding and his prices are very reasonable. He will work with you to stay in your budget, without compromising your dream. I wish every vendor could be like him! He is great for everyday flowers as well. =) -
User2324246 Sent on 09/19/2015I cannot tell you enough how happy I was with Michael's House of Flowers. He arranged all the flowers for my wedding just this past August and he did a fabulous job! He went above and beyond what I expected. He was so organized and you could tell he loves what he does and takes pride in it. He made outlines of all the different arrangements for the day and would continue to check in with me every couple of months to see if anything had changed or if I needed to add anything else. I can't say enough good things! I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a florist! -

Lizzie Sent on 08/14/2015Michael is a fabulous florist and I’d highly recommend him. When we first met, we had close to a two hour meeting discussing exactly what I wanted for my August 2015 wedding. He listened patiently, then showed me what he would put together (telling me the exact flowers, the amount and sizes of each piece.) He even crafted special Birchwood vases for my flowers and provided flower petals for the recessional for free! He was always readily available for any questions or changes. Within the week before the wedding, I had to change the number of centerpieces and Michael had no issue doing so. He also put together a flower kit to decorate my cake. I absolutely loved his designs – there were exactly how I envisioned! I received a lot of compliments on the flowers and most of the centerpieces were taken home by guests. Overall, Michael truly cares about your wedding and wants you to have the floral arrangement you want. He does not disappoint! -

Michael was easy to work with and helped me plan my vision for flowers for my wedding. He even made a special archway just for me because I had this idea in my head of what I wanted for the ceremony. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the different types of flowers. He was caring and made alot of realyl awesome suggestions that made my bouquets so beautiful! I would highly recommend working with Michael's House of Flowers for your wedding day flower arrangements. -

It was worrisome to have to switch florists so late in the game but he talked me through it and confirmed everything, I was very happy with his work. I got so many compliments on the color and texture of our arrangements. -

We had just checked in a few times beforehand so he was on top of it and delivered them on time. Everyone was raving about how great the bouquets and centerpieces were, and I could not have been happier. -

Naoko Sent on 09/04/2012I wish that I could post photos of the bouquets and floral arrangements Michael created for the wedding. If you could see them you would know why we chose House of Flowers. The arrangements are fresh, original and elegant. He will work within your budget to create memorable flower pieces.
