    Clear Top Tent dreams

    These guys were great. Wouldn’t have been able to pull off my dream wedding look without them! Also, I’ll save you the time to let you know you literally cannot find a clear top tent this size in the area anywhere. I made at least 30 phone calls and other vendors didn’t even believe me when I said these guys had a 40x100. They had the highest quality for the best price I could find anywhere from napkins to farm tables. Definitely recommend!

    Perfect for an outdoor backyard wedding

    Great Service

    I barely had to think about my rentals, which was. perfect. They were very helpful with helping customize and a few last minute adjustments. They arrived on time, helped set up and then picked up on time. They coordinated with the venue so I barely had to do anything. All of the rentals were in great condition and exactly as listed. We had a great experience renting.

    Solid, Beautiful.

    The team at Michael's party rentals were totally stellar in supporting us with our wedding day. The sailcloth tent and farm tables were BEAUTIFUL, and we were grateful to have Michael himself come out for a site visit to make sure that the large tent would fit in at a venue they hadn't been to before. Nicole was always responsive, clear, and supportive in making sure that we had everything we needed. The day went without a hitch regarding the rentals, and for that we are grateful!     Best Rental Company Ever!

    I’ve worked at Michaels for 8 years so when I got engaged there was no questions on who was going to handle my wedding rentals. I personally saw how their crew invested into protecting their products, handled them with care and took pride in their job.
    I moved out of state shortly after getting engaged so all my planning was done remote. Both Nicole and Alyssa were very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. (Which involved two postponements and three season changes due to covid.) Throughout all of these changes, they were always quick to answer all my questions and made the many adjustments to my order a breeze.
    When it came down to the finals days prior to the wedding, they reached out and confirmed my order making sure I didn’t forget any final details. The delivery crew was wonderful and made sure everything was accounted for and in pristine condition. If you're looking for rentals for your big day, Michael's is the only company to use!

    Beautiful rentals!

    MPR provided many of the rentals for my June 2021 wedding, and wow they were beautiful. They have a variety of options for rentals and at great prices. I did much of the coordination with Alyssa and she was very quick at responding to my questions and gave good recommendations when needed. Thank you, Michael's Party Rentals for making my wedding vision come true!

    Great company to work with!

    Used Michael's Party Rentals for our daughter's backyard wedding. They were easy to work with. Very flexible with changes. Prompt delivery and pick up. Quality tent, tables, chairs. Courteous and helpful employees! I would definitely (and have already) recommend Michael's Party Rentals!

    Great Experience

    Our popular 10.10.20 wedding date made it difficult (pre-Covid) to find a vendor in our area due to other events that weekend. We met a rep from Michael's at a mini bridal expo and we are so glad we went with them after visiting their warehouse to check out some of their options. Nicole was especially helpful during the whole process and through every change we had to make. Our backyard reception ended up being better than we imagined and the farm style sweetheart table was perfect. Everything looked amazing! I would highly recommend their team for future event needs!

    Really impressed!

    We had such a great experience with Michaels. We completely changed our wedding plans just a four weeks before the big day due to COVID. Michaels provided our tent, tables, chairs, glassware, and linens. Alyssa was so amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly during planning. The crew that came to set up was really efficient and clearly well-educated on what to do! Overall, we had a very positive experience! Would use Michael's again!

    Excellent company!

    I recently rented a tent, tables and chairs, dance floor and linens through Michael’s and would strongly recommend this company! Melissa was extremely friendly and helpful and was excellent to work with and helped make sure we took care of all of the details we needed to know. She answered all of my many emails with questions right away! The company also came out to survey the area where the tent would be and make sure everything would fit as needed. Rentals were delivered a few days in advance, which gave us time to get everything ready. Thank you Michael’s!

    Recommend for Linens, Glasses & China!

    Michaels was responsive through our many changes of numbers of linens and glassware, and everything we got was exactly what we expected. Which is what you hope for with rentals! We highly recommend working with them.

    Wonderful to work with!

    Working with Melissa made things easy! We were able to rent gold flatware from them as well as gold chivari chairs and a few other things. They have a great selection of rentals and I would highly recommend them!

    I worked Melissa very often, she was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed, down to every detail. When they came to set up the guys were kind and professional, they even took extra time to set up the tables etc to the exact floor plan Melissa and I had discussed. We had a beautiful and fun reception. I would happily do business with them again.

    Working with the staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a very small budget, and did end up going over a bit, but it was all well worth it in the end. Everything was delivered on time, set up perfectly and any questions we had were answered immediately. Pick up was just as efficient. We thought we would drive the staff crazy with all the changes we had trying to save money. Ours was an outside cookout, we rented the grill from Michael's and it was so nice not having to have someone clean it before it was picked up. We were all so exhausted by the end of the day and we were told, by Michael's staff, end your day and we will take care of the rest. It was a great experience. We will definitely use Michael's again for a special occasion and we will recommend them to our friends.

    I can't recommend Michael's highly enough. From when I first reached out to the day they came to pick everything up, they were nothing but professional and helpful. I was DIYing most of the wedding, and was constantly emailing the event coordinator to inquire about various rentals, adding and removing items from our order. She always responded quickly and graciously. She was also a lifesaver at finding other vendors from the area, which was invaluable since I was planning from a different state. When the crew came to set up our tent and rentals, they went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to string up some cafe lights we bought to go inside the tent. If you are looking for a huge selection of rental options, Michael's might not be the best option, but for basics, they are by far the best company I came across for both price and customer service.

    When my husband and I booked our wedding at the Carriage House, we did not know that we would need to book every vendor ourselves! It made for a stressful planning, but when I met Melissa, my stress level became a lot less! Melissa and the staff at Michael's helped us to make our wedding the most beautiful it could be. The linens were great quality, and there were many colors for us to choose from to make our September fall-like wedding possible. The China we rented was also a great quality, making our "budget" wedding sophisticated. September 6, 2014 was also the hottest day of the summer, and Melissa was quick to add on fans to the contract, which was a godsend! Thank you Melissa, Michael, and your staff for making the day a memorable one!

    Wedding 2019

    I looked for a vendor for my wedding ceremony that was going to meet my high standards. The wedding ceremony and reception was going to be in our back yard. I met with Nicole late February for a June 1st wedding date. I told her what my idea was and she quickly printed out a floor plan with what I had told her. Then it changed from 50 guests to 100 then to 140 and lastly to 169. Every time I called her and met with her she was patient, flexible and very accommodating. I rented everything: the tent, tables, chairs, dinnerware, wine glasses, dance floor, etc. Each time she was able to come up with the floor plan showing where the tables were going to be in relation to dance floor, the bar, to serving tables. It turned out exactly what I envisioned. Guests were amazed at the transformation and almost two months later I still am getting compliments on what a beautiful, fun filled wedding it was. Nicole was amazing and in her absence Melissa stepped in and assisted me. I highly recommend Michael’s Party Rental you will not regret their service.

    My dream was to have a lakeside wedding in a huge tent outside my husband's house with no flowers, lots of lights, paper lanterns to match my invitation, and a water stage (because who gets married on land these days?). Michael's helped make all my dreams come true. Speaking of dreams, Melissa their wedding coordinator was fabulous. She sat down with me a week before the wedding and helped iron out every detail with me. She was patient and innovative and a real joy to work with. Michael and his crew were also excellent. They set up everything perfectly, even in the pouring rain. Not only that, they were always professional; on time, positive attitude, great results. They are super attentive and friendly as well, a great addition to any special occasion!!!

    There aren't enough good words to say about this place, it is evident that they have been in this business a while! Melissa provided exceptional service and helped to create a wedding that I have been dreaming of. They have a large selection of linens, furniture, and accessories to make the day very special. The men who delivered and set up were quite professional and efficient. We even had a visit from the owner to ensure that that the tent was set up the way we intended. I will continue to recommend this place to all those who need to rent for parties.

    My husband and I enjoyed working with everyone at Michaels Party Rentals very much! While I like to think I wasn't too crazy of a bride....I did change my mind and add things up until the last minute. They were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating to say the least. The day they set up, they came when I asked them to so other vendors could set up a few things in the yard first. On the night of the wedding we had a small issue with one of heaters and Michael was at our house on a Saturday night and fixed it before any of the guests even got chilly! Clean up was great too, they were very careful of my mom's gardens (which was essential), and they left the yard like they were never even there! They helped make our wedding day exactly what we wanted. I would recommend using them for sure!! Thanks again!

    Our backyard Belchertown wedding was absolutely perfect. The tent, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting were provided through Michael's. They had the most perfect shades of lime green and purple for our tablecloths. Using tables of different sizes and heights, we had the exact, "layered" appearance that we wanted. The weather allowed us to use the "patio" space outside the tent where we put tall cocktail tables during the afternoon and early evening, then the side panels easily went up and we were toasty warm underneath the tent at night. Michael's helped with all the "what if's" and "what else's," helping us plan for anything that might go wrong during an outside wedding and making sure we covered every detail. Melissa and Michael were both professional and very easy to work with.
