We are beyond delighted with the exceptional experience we had with Mike as our wedding photographer. From start to finish, Mike and his team demonstrated an incredible vision, professionalism, and a fun, helpful attitude that made our special day even more memorable.
Our wedding day was hot, humid and had spouts of rain. Mike and his team were professionals and took it upon themselves to seek out spaces to capture each special moment of the day, to keep us from the heat as much as possible before the ceremony. As a couple who was unsure of how to pose, we were a bit nervous about the photography aspect of our wedding. However, Mike put us at ease immediately. He took the time to get to know us, understand our story, and tailor their approach to fit our personalities and style. His ability to guide us through poses naturally and comfortably was remarkable, making us look and feel our best in every shot.
Mike has an extraordinary eye for detail and a unique artistic vision. He captured every moment with creativity and finesse, from candid shots of us laughing with our guests to beautifully composed portraits that we will treasure forever. The lighting, angles, and composition in each photo reflect their expert skills and dedication to their craft.
What truly stood out was Mike and his team's professionalism and fun personality. They were punctual, organized, and always prepared, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable for us and our guests. Absolutely amazing
Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. They had a flow and creative viewpoint that helped move our day along smoothly and he made it fun. Our package also included our engagement shots where he helped us to get comfortable with the camera and get to know him so that on our wedding day everything felt so natural. I am in awe of the pictures we received and can’t stop looking at them. Choosing thank you and Christmas cards this year was incredibly hard because he gifted us with so many beautiful memories. You will be in good hands if you decide to book with Mike and his team! -

I had a ton of photographers on my potential list, but Mike was #1 and after speaking with him we didn't bother scheduling calls with anyone else. I'm so glad we found him! He is incredibly creative and fun to work with. He can work with any lighting and wasn't intimidated at all by our incredibly dark venue and made sure to share full albums with us of other dark venues he had shot at to make sure we were comfortable before booking. Our videographer "whooped" in excitement when he found out Mike was our photographer because he is wonderful to work with and is so talented. In our engagement photos, Mike expertly captured the most beautiful golden hour moments with the sun setting behind us. On our wedding day he realized the angle of the venue and woods would prevent us from getting any of the sun set SO HE MADE HIS OWN SUN WITH A BULB (seriously, see the picture, that's his assistant standing in a bush with a bulb)! I tell everyone that Mike is a magician and I mean it. In addition to being a master of his art, he is also just a great person to spend the day with and you NEED that on your wedding day! Mike also gives the best posing direction. I looked at his albums and thought, "okay these people are models, I won't look like that but it'll still be great" but every time he showed me previews of the pictures I was blown away that we looked like models too! Lastly, I had a pretty loud, rambunctious, exuberant, and large (8) bridal party and Mike handled us with the perfect amount of playfulness and assertiveness to make sure it was a blast for everyone, but we got the shots we wanted! I was worried we would be too much but Mike has seen it all! I can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough. -

If you’ve been searching and searching for your dream wedding photographer, look no further! Mike is AMAZING at what he does! I’ve known for years I’d be booking Mike for our wedding - he's a pro, he knows the flow of the day better than anyone, he's calm and professional and also a fun and silly guy who can help you loosen up for photos. I couldn’t have imagined our photos looking as dreamy and romantic as they turned out! Mike makes you feel comfortable in front of the lens and helps pose you to look like models . Mikes team is also incredible, so no matter what you are getting his LOOK even with a second shooter. The planning process with him and Tiffany was smooth (and somehow fun?!) Tiffany really helped breakdown the timeline for the day with helpful tips to make sure we got everything we wanted scheduled in. Mike is caring, fun and extremely talented. I have always said his work is straight out of a romance film, the back lighting, the glow, the perfect moment captured every time. If I could leave a million "fire emojis" I would! If you put your trust in Mike he will not let you down. Happy planning! -

I loved Mike's work from the moment I saw it, but as an indecisive bride it took me a while to finally pull the trigger. Mike was so patient with me, he never pushed me to book and spoke with me multiple times working within my budget, and figuring out my vision for the wedding. This man has a patience of an angel. We did an engagement shoot with him first and the pictures blew us away, he is a perfectionist with a vision and his work really shows that. During the stressful wedding day he again was very patient and got all of the pictures I requested and more. The pictures turned out AMAZING and he got them to us 6 days after the wedding. Do not hesitate and book Mike and his team, his work is truly incredible. -

Photos to Last Several Lifetimes!!
If you want to have walls full of stunning photographs that perfectly capture your wedding day— this is it. Not only will Mike’s photos melt your heart, but he & his team were by far the most professional, most personable wedding vendors to work with. His communication was consistent and clear from our first inquiry, and after our engagement session we felt as if we were old friends and couldn’t wait to see him again for our wedding. Mike & his team were a peaceful presence on our wedding day, perfectly navigating family dynamics while keeping us all smiling and on schedule. His portraits captured so much of my husband and I’s love & playfulness, and he immortalized so many precious & fun moments throughout our day— moments that we would never have seen without these photos! There are not enough words of praise for Mike and his captivating photographs really speak for themselves. Mike is so incredible to work with! There truly aren’t enough words to convey his talent, keen eye for detail, professionalism, and wonderful personality. Mike has become like family to us. Look no further for your wedding photography! Mike and his team are absolute MASTERS of their craft. They were so kind, creative and patient on our wedding day. My Husband and I are not photogenic people nor do we like having our pictures taken. Mike made us feel comfortable and beautiful. We were having so much fun we forgot about the camera! Beyond the photos, their professionalism is top notch. They were always quick to respond and answered ALL of my silly questions. When we found out we would have to cancel our cruise wedding due to COVID-19 and plan an entire new wedding 20 days before our date, Mike came to our rescue! He was referred to us by the James Ward Mansion. We contacted him and he was ready and willing to give us an amazing deal. Mike met with us that week and was truly amazing to work with. At the wedding he took some amazingly breathtaking photos. His photos were better than we could have ever dreamed. We are so fortunate that Mike was able to shoot for us on such short notice. We couldn’t have been luckier to find a more talented and friendly photographer. We feel truly blessed to have worked with Mike. -

I fell in love with Mike’s work the second I saw it. I knew I HAD to have him as my wedding photographer. My husband and I created a very tight schedule for Mike since we didn’t want to do a first look but also wanted to make it to cocktail hour (I know….crazy…), but it didn’t phase Mike. He was able to organize our family after the ceremony and get EVERY SINGLE SHOT from the bridal party pictures, to family pictures to the most amazing portraits of my husband and I. ALSO, it rained ALL day and Mike came prepared with umbrellas and everything else to ensure, even if the rain didn’t stop, that we would get awesome pictures. I can’t stop looking at my pictures and would highly recommend Mike. Thank you Mike!!! -

Incredibly Talented Photographer
Mike is an amazing photographer! He is incredibly talented and creates something for you that is truly art. Our photos are breathtaking! Mike is also someone who makes you feel at ease which was essential for the first time we’ve ever been had professional photos taken. The pictures are the memories and it was extremely important to us that we found someone we could trust with this truly monumental day, to capture each precious moment. Mike exceeded our expectations. In addition to all this, he’s a great guy, incredibly personable, and always there for you. My emails, texts and calls were returned so quickly, most often with an immediate response. Mike could also add therapist to this list of achievements, as he helped coach us through some difficulties with our venue, while never wavering on his commitment to making our day epic. This guy makes a parking lot look like a dream. We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with him! -

Mike and his team are phenomenal photographers that leave their clients with outstanding pictures. His work is undeniably the best and his professionalism really leaves a sigh of relief. I've known Mike for over a decade and knew I instantly wanted him to photograph my wedding, years before even meeting my husband. I'm so glad I stuck with that idea and followed through. I have no received one bad picture.. the quality, color, emotions, and real feelings he captures are exactly what youd find in magazines and photography books. His work is worth every penny and I will continue to use him in all of my future events to capture my most precious, once in a lifetime moments.
I also wanted to add that he keeps an open line of communication, answers all questions and really works with his clients. He also immediately sends some teaser photos after your special day :) -

When I got engaged and began planning my wedding, I knew that my wedding photos were the most important part to me. Mike totally delivered! From booking to the wedding day to communication afterwards/receiving photos, Mike has truly been the best. He is incredibly professional, creative and caring. I am so impressed with the photos from the wedding, along with all of our family and friends. Mike was a dream to work with. He was able to guide the wedding party and family with ease while taking fun shots. I am awkward in front of cameras, but it wasn't an issue at all. Mike told everyone exactly what to do, and it felt natural and fun. Mike is also a lifesaver/extremely prepared. My hanger for my dress snapped right before photos, but Mike was ready to go with a special "Bride" hanger, which really made the photos! His assistant, Tiffany, was also amazing and great to work with.
Mike is easy to work with, professional and most of all- his photos are absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend him enough!! Thank you Mike!!
