Amazing Dinner and Dessert!
I cannot say enough great things about Mila's Mesa! Myself and my wedding guests are still going on and on about how amazing the food and desserts were at my wedding. They do such a beautiful set up and are so easy to work with. Their staff was very pleasant as well! Would highly recommend them for your weddings and/ or events! -

Mila mesa was able to work with us every step of the way from changing our menu, to adding people and more plates. The food and service was amazing and at an amazing price point for what is received. -

The perfect meal
Chef Mila, Vanessa, and team were top notch when it came to catering our October 2022 wedding! The food was INCREDIBLE. We also added on a small cutting cake (fig pistachio) and my gosh was it tasty! From the detailed planning calls to the seamless day-of set up and buffet style serving, we could not have asked for a better team to cater our day. Our guests are still raving about how juicy and delicious the chicken was and the perfect flavors of the tri tip. Vanessa was so meticulous and easy to work with. We also did a tasting just before booking and Mila actually invited us into her home to make this happen. We felt like we were taken care of by family. Highly recommend for any catering event you have! -

We found Mila’s Mesa right here on the New Mexico Wedding Collective and we are so happy we did! Mila and her incredible team catered our NYE wedding and from start to finish did a splendid job! As a vendor, Mila is professional, kind, creative, talented, and so much more! The whole process couldn’t have been easier, from consultations, to tasting, to payment, everything was so easy, which is such a breath of fresh air during the wedding planning process. Mila and her team created a menu that fit our wedding vibe and personal tastes perfectly. We wanted a twist on a traditional, warm New Mexican winter meal with some decadence befitting of NYE and it’s exactly what we got. They catered our entire menu, from appetizers to cake, and every morsel was delicious. Thank you, Mila, Vanessa, and everyone who helped us create a feast fit for kings for our wedding. Gotta love the magic of a woman-owned small business! ♥️✨🌹🥰

Mila’s Mesa served their Mexican Mesa dinner for my son’s outdoor wedding in Albuquerque. Originally, the buffet was planned for outdoors, however, the day brought intermittent rain, wind, and cold. With help from our wedding planner, the serving team expertly was able to set up in a covered area. The service and food were fantastic, and many returned for seconds. Karin from Mila’s Mesa had suggested Blue Corn Bread muffins as an addition to the meal, and Mila’s Mesa even made an extra 1 dozen diary free muffins for some who were lactose intolerant. We also had the grazing station before the meal as appetizer, and Mila’s Mesa assembled a separate tray for gluten intolerant guests. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Hydration Station.
