    Milestone Events Group helped us make our wedding planning journey perfect and memorable! We got married on 9/23/23 at Villa Chanticleer and couldn't have done it without them!

    Our coordinator Liliana was incredible in every way and on top of all the details. We enjoyed working with her so much and she truly was such a major part in helping to make our wedding run smoothly and look amazing!

    You won't regret it!

    Milestone is an incredibly professional and well run organization. They set expectations well telling you when you'll meet, what you'll go over, and how to keep up with all of the important task for planning a wedding. The best part is you know you're in good hands and that they will help you cover all the bases and even the smallest of details. Our coordinator was Lili (Liliana Ochoa Islas) and she was a dream. She was so attuned to our style and what we like, and made great suggestions when we had no idea what to expect or how to decide. We chose Sbragia Family Vineyards, one of their vineyards they work with. This spot is a dream and reasonably priced. The benefit of working with an organization that knows the space well, has recommended vendors, routinely uses the space, can't be emphasized enough. Furthermore, the way their recommence vendors and any we chose fused their styles and worked together cohesively was tremendous and they resolve so many decisions or coordination logistics without us having to get super involved. Day of our wedding, even when little hiccups happened, the Milestone team lead by Lili adjusted gracefully and we never had to stress, worry, or manage. They even packed up everything for us so we could literally ride away into the sunset (evening). If you have a full time job or just are generally a busy person, Milestone, Sbragia, and Lili are the ones for you. Oh! And their entire catering staff etc was remarkable too.

    September 2019 Wedding

    We could not imagine having our destination wedding without Milestone! They were outstanding throughout the entire process. Our coordinator, Dayna was absolutely perfect! She was friendly, organized, calm and listened to all of our questions and concerns. During the wedding Dayna, made sure that my groom and I were always taken care of and was always there when we needed her. We can’t thank her enough for her outstanding job! Thank you!

    Highly Recommend!

    Milestone was a pleasure to work with from the first day we visited several of their properties to our wedding day. Everyone we met and worked with was extremely professional and responsive. All of their venues are beautiful and we ended up getting married at Trentadue Winery and used their wedding coordination services - Macenzie and Leslie helped us with the planning and day of and we couldn't be happier! About a week before our wedding, we realized that there was going to be a high chance of a rain storm and all of our plans had to be redone. They were able to alleviate a lot of our stress by coming up with backup plans quickly and by taking care of a lot of the last minute coordination with my other vendors. They also magically found us a tent so that we could have the outdoor ceremony we had originally planned for. Hiring Milestone as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stress free wedding!

    Outstanding!

    My husband and I could not be more thankful to Milestone and Samantha! We got married at Trentadue winery in September 2019 with a large welcome party at Sbragia Winery the night before the wedding and planned the wedding from afar in the Midwest. Samantha went above and beyond to help us coordinate every last detail for both events. We are both physicians completing our fellowship training with busy schedules, and Samantha was beyond accommodating with phone meetings typically occurring between 6-8pm PST. My husband was all about the details, and Samantha was so kind and patient with all of our million questions. She was very quick to respond to e-mail, organized, and energetic. She has great relationships with vendors, was honest in all her recommendations, and was conscious of our budget at all times. Most importantly, I cannot being to explain the comfort she brought the day of the wedding. She took care of everything the day of the wedding! She allowed my husband and I, and our mothers, to just relax and enjoy the moment. We already miss our regular phone calls with Samantha and feel like we have made a life long friend. We cannot recommend Milestone and Samantha enough!!

    Personal and Professional

    If you are a newly engaged wedding couple and looking for a place for your wedding then Milestone Events Group is the best place. All of the sites that MEG offer are superb and the nice bit is each site is unique and equally special. Milestone’s venues range from rustic to romantic and intimate to catering for a large group.

    When it comes to wedding planning the MEG ladies are so helpful and kind. Each coordinator has a lot of experience and can direct you to helpful vendors who are familiar with your site and will take good care of you in the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Best of all the wedding planners work together as a team.



    My name is Heather and I am the business owner of Floral Designs by Heather Hendrickson and I have been working with Milestone since day one. Each planner is a good communicator and quick to respond to your questions. Before each wedding I receive layouts and a time line that helps me plan my deliveries. On the day of the wedding each planner is always professional, helpful and polite to all the vendors and the guests.

    Would absolutely recommend MEG!

    We got married on 10/20 at Viansa Winery and worked with Milestone Events Group as our coordinator. I honestly do not know how I would have narrowed down vendors, ordered rentals, or navigated through the planning process with them. We specifically worked with Briana- who was AMAZING! She answered my numerous e-mails in a timely manner, and made me feel supported and assured that she had everything taken care of. She was also super helpful the day of and made sure everything went perfect (so I didn't have to!) Not to mention they are so cost effective for how much support they provide.

    Highly recommend!

    We are so glad we booked a Milestone property for our wedding. Not only are the venues beautiful (we chose Trentadue), but the folks at Milestone are such a valuable resource throughout the whole process.

    We opted for their event coordination service and were paired with a site coordinator, Dayna. I honestly do not know how we would have pulled off a wedding without her. She answered all of our clueless questions in the months leading up to the wedding and helped us put together the entire day-of timeline. She communicated with our vendors and made sure everything ran on schedule. She brought so much valuable logistical knowledge that we just had no experience in. On the big day, it really felt like we could just show up to the party and Dayna would make sure everything else happened. And she did!

    In addition, Dayna had an amazing ability to take all of our half baked ideas and turn them into something even more magical than in my imagination. A seating chart and favors we had no clear vision for ended up looking like something out of a magazine. Dayna took my extremely vague and rushed instructions for a Chinese tea ceremony and executed it beautifully.

    At the end of the wedding, when I could hardly keep track of my own shoes, Dayna got all of our things (decor, beer, gifts, etc) back in all the right cars, not a single thing forgotten. Incredible.

    We highly recommend Dayna and Milestone Events Group for anyone planning a wedding! They are pros.

    My husband and I got married at Sbragia on 9/22/18. Selecting a Milestone Events property was the best decision we could have made!! From the initial phone call, I felt so at ease by their eager willingness and care to help with the decision making process. We absolutely fell in love with the views for an outdoor ceremony/reception at Sbragia. Our total guest count was 125 and we couldn't have loved the venue more. Milestone Events provided us with an amazing preferred vendors list! Another perk was the Aisle Planner software to keep track of details and deadlines. At the point of booking, we were beyond lucky to be assigned to Briana for the rest of the process! I can't put into words how amazing she was! She was consistently so responsive and helpful with all of my questions and requests. She was such a pleasure to work with - so professional, sweet and great attention to detail! Her "day-of" coordinating and assistance was also phenomenal. The day went so smooth and I can't thank her enough for taking care of every little detail! We couldn't have done it without her and were so thankful to have the time to mingle with all of our guests with such comfort that she was keeping us on time. :) We even received many compliments from guests on what a rock star she was. She really went out of her way and we are so appreciative to have had this experience to work with her on the best day of our lives. Thank you, Milestone and Briana! Do yourself a favor by booking them. :)

    As the Mother of the Bride, I expected planning to be very stressful. Having Milestone to work with my daughter every step of the way, made this the easiest, best experience ever! To have the luxury of just showing up to the venue (Sbragia, which was amazing as well) with confidence that EVERY little detail is taken care of, was a big weight off of us! We absolutely LOVED Briana and could not have survived the day without her! We will definitely recommend this company and use again when our youngest daughter gets married! :) Thank you!

    Outstanding Company - Beyond a Pleasure To Work With!

    We got married this past September at Trentadue Winery and the day and days leading up to it we worked with the fabulous Macenzie at Milestone Event Group.

    Milestone not only pays attention to every tiny detail, but they are there to consult and guide you from day one to give you exactly what you want and need. We can’t commend the team, especially Macenzie, at Milestone as they always went above and beyond what they were asked without question. They truly treat you like gold from day one to the big day. Our wedding would not have been the same without Milestone and their heartfelt, professional, and attentive team - and our day because of them was as special as it could have possibly been.

    We cannot recommend Milestone highly enough - the company they have built deserves all the praise in the world!

    PS - There are even a couple of our friends already stating that they’ll be using Milestone one day when their big day comes. Thank you again for your services, it was an honor working with you!

    The best money you will spend on your wedding will be with Milestone Events Group. We were lucky because we knew the venue we wanted - B.R. Cohn Winery - and they are managed by Milestone. We booked a tour with BR Cohn and one other Milestone property just days after our engagement because we wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months and we were terrified that with the Sonoma Valley being such a popular wedding destination, everything and everyone would already be booked. From our first interaction with a Milestone representative, we stopped worrying. During our tours, the answered every question and gave us a realistic understanding of what we’d be getting at each venue. When we decided that our gut was right and we’d go with BR Cohn, we were assigned Briana for our Day-Of Coordination and she went above and beyond for us every step of the way. There were some last minute shifts at our venue due to unforseen construction, and the Milestone Group worked around the clock to make sure that our vision was still executed to perfection. They went the extra mile with accommodating us and coordinating with our vendors to make sure that when our wedding day arrived we were relaxed and excited instead of stressed out. I found that when interacting with vendors around my wedding, some folks like to treat brides as high-maintenance and needy before even getting to know them, putting their energy into “appeasing” someone rather than actually communicating, problem solving and meeting the needs of their clients. Milestone was the opposite. They addressed every concern and always made me feel genuinely understood and taken care of - even in the moments where I was feeling defeated and frustrated with how overwhelming the planning process can be.

    Stunning wedding venue

    We were glad that our venue, Viansa Winery in Sonoma, required us to use Milestone Event Group (MEG) to coordinate our wedding. MEG works with a network of preferred vendors which means if you're easily bogged down by analysis paralysis like us, selecting vendors was a much more guided process.

    You are required to use one of their coordinators for the wedding day and have the option to use them for full planning services. We opted to use her services for just the wedding day, which comes with 6 weeks of planning prior to the wedding day. Having MEG as a partnered coordinator with Viansa was so valuable.

    We were blessed to have Teina as our day-of coordinator. Although she was new to the team, she was well-acquainted with our venue. This came in handy as she could advise us with great recommendations on the best layout for the reception, maximizing our dance floor space. She was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Her calm attitude put us at ease.

    Our only complaint was the framework budget we were originally provided when we first toured Viansa. Based on averages for their vendor network, they supplied us with a budget that we well surpassed. Granted, it was an average budget, but from what we researched, we would have had to select all the cheapest vendors in order to come close to what they proposed. In the end, it was worth it, but be prepared to be liberal in your spending (that is, in essence, a wedding, I suppose). Overall, we would still choose Milestone, but we wished we would've had a more realistic budget from the beginning.

    Picking a venue through Milestone was the best decision my husband and I made around our wedding. We worked with Macenzie at Trentadue and she made planning our wedding so easy and so fun. She was there from our first site tour and helped make it the best day of our lives. She worked with all of our vendors from the caterers to the DJ and event rentals to create a timeline and make sure we had all the moving pieces sorted. We had a bunch of family serving as vendors too - my mom did our flowers, my cousin was our photographer and my brother married us and she was so patient with them and made them all feel comfortable. And for the actual wedding day - I didn't have to worry about anything. She made sure everything ran smoothly, made sure my husband and I were all taken care of, and just made the day so easy and perfect. I literally didn't worry about a thing! Everyone in our wedding party loved Macenzie and my recently-engaged maid-of-honor got home the next day and booked a couple of site tours through Milestone. We were raving about them from the very beginning- we picked the venue in part because Milestone seemed like such a great team - but after our perfect wedding day I am even more in awe!

    My wife and I were very happy for our youngest daughter when she was engaged to be married to a young man who fell in love with her. It would be our second trip down the aisle, so to speak, after our first daughter’s wedding.

    The usual concerns of where and when immediately surfaced.

    The kids loved everything that the Trentadue Winery had to offer and so did we but we had no idea where to start.

    Enter Macenzie Campolito, the Site Coordinator for the Milestone Group, which oversees events at Trentadue Winery.

    She was great!

    The moment we met her we knew we were in good hands. She had a checklist that covered every concern we had, made herself available to answer all of our questions, provided us with a seating chart, and an exact timetable for the event starting with the night-before practice all the way through the final vows.

    Macenzie was present on the day of the wedding which was a big help because this is the day you want to get things right and, thanks to her and her staff, we did!

    We won’t be planning any more weddings, but if we did have that option Macenzie Campolito would be our first, and only, choice!

    (Interesting to note that, during this time, Macenzie and her staff were faced with the effects of the one of the worst fires in history that absolutely devastated the surrounding communities. This, along with the possibility of rain on the day of the event, never shook her resolve because she had contingencies for everything!)

    Milestone was an awesome company to work with. Leslie, our coordinator was on top of everything! From the very beginning when we were first looking at venues, I felt confident in my choice to use Milestone. I was not disappointed. I was never stressed out at any point in the planning process. Leslie was amazing! As for the day of, everything ran smoothly. Leslie made sure that everything was better than perfect for us. I highly recommend using Milestone!

    Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, thanks to Milestone Event Group, Krista, and Macenzie! They really helped my vision come to life, and took all of the stress of the day away. Krista & Macenzie were so attentive and handled everything with professionalism and class. They truly made us feel valued throughout the planning process!     Krista, the on-site coordinator for Milestones at Trentadue Winery was amazing. She always took the time to respond to my many e-mails. It was so comforting to know that she was there to handle all the logistics of getting married…the very things I new nothing about. For the entire process, Krista was very efficient, yet composed and always had a smile on her face. On the day of our Wedding it rained, of course every brides worst fear. Krista, without me even asking her, created multiple plans for possible rain. I cannot even begin to express how fortunate I was to have chosen a venue where my indoor/outdoor wedding could be moved entirely inside. Krista always had a positive attitude, and helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. Our indoor ceremony was beautiful and the indoor transition from ceremony/cocktail hour setup to dinner/dancing setup seemed seamless. When I walked into the venue for the first time, my heart was overwhelmed with warmth and love. The ambiance inside was breathtaking…warm candlelight, flowers, smiling faces, and love filled the room. Krista and my vendors, did a tremendous job on the decor. When I saw how Krista took my vision for how I wanted the room to look, and then put her twist on it to accommodate the indoor set up, I was blown away. She truly has a gift. If anything went wrong at my wedding, I wouldn’t have even known. Krista is so calm under pressure, and always greets you with a warm smile. My family also made many comments on how great she was. Despite the rain, our wedding was magical. Rain or shine, Trentadue Winery is an incredible place to get married. My husband and I still got great photos outside, because all the old redwood trees provide an overhead canopy for protection. I highly recommend Trentadue Winery and Milestones, because of the beauty and versatility of the venue as well as the outstanding wedding planning team. No wonder people from all around the world get married here.

    When searching for wedding venues, we honestly made the final decision based on the fact that Milestone Events Group was part of the equation. We opted to not have a wedding planner but instead used a representative at Milestone for day-of coordination at Trentadue Winery. We initially were in contact with Jessica (who was incredible), but she left in the middle of my wedding planning...which would normally be a HUGE stress for a bride-to-be! However, Krista was quick to swoop in and get caught up on everything. She was always very prompt in getting back to me, which was greatly appreciated, as we were planning our wedding from Dubai.

    Krista patiently listened to the many things I had to say, and she was such a detail-oriented, supportive person to work with. She had several suggestions for flow/timeline/layout that were completely helpful, and I 100% trusted her knowledge and experience! I utilized several vendors that are Trentadue "regulars" and a few that aren't, and everything came together magically day-of! The evening ran extremely smoothly thanks to Krista's calm, positive demeanor, and I was so happy to have her on my side. Thank you again to the Milestone Events team!

    The team at Milestone is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! They consistently went above and beyond their call of duty as a coordinating team, helping us plan and execute on our dream wedding for more than 8 months before the big day.

    Kelly especially was absolutely fantastic and our wedding would not have happened without her. She helped make every single dream come true and helped to think about everything that we had not already thought of. She was perfectly patient but held us to decisions and timelines when time got tight. She is the perfect person to help plan a wedding.

    Our daughter's wedding took place at Trentadue Winery the last weekend of March 2015. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of the event. Our wedding coordinator, Jessica Hartington, who is affliated with Milestone Event Group, oversaw and executed all our plans and arrangements for the evening perfectly. The list of recommended vendors for catering, music and flowers provided by Milestones,were an added asset as we weren't from the area. Our choices in vendors proved to provide excellent service and product. It was a beautiful and most memorable evening thanks to Jessica and Milestone.

    We got married at Trentadue and worked with Krista. She was a great coordinator, handling the logistics seamlessly and helping us plan the event. Krista answered all of my frantic questions and handled the critical communication with vendors on the day-of. Our tasting and final walkthrough could not have gone better. She helped us pick the perfect wines and developed a detailed timeline of the ceremony and reception. Throughout the rehearsal, she helped our wedding party feel relaxed and confident and made sure everyone's questions were answered before the big day.

    On the wedding day, Krista was there early - setting up everything as I had envisioned. She helped the groomsmen with their boutonnieres and kept us on pace with our timeline.

    We could not recommend Krista enough. You will not regret working with Milestone and Krista.

    Helpful in our long wedding planning journey!

    My husband and I booked a venue with Milestone in 2019 when we were originally planning our June 2020 wedding. With the pandemic, everything got turned upside down, but Milestone was so helpful and understanding along the way. Throughout our planning process, they ended their contract with the venue we had booked. Luckily, they work with a ton of beautiful venues in the area and we were able to shift our celebrations to another site. Everyone from Milestone was great to talk to, and because we were working with them so long, we really got to talk to a lot of their staff members. We appreciated that every time we connected with a new person, they had been informed of all of our planning progress and knew right where to pick up. Leslie took us on tours of venues and ultimately we worked with Brodie at Sbragia for our “rehearsal dinner” and welcome reception. She was so patient and kind. Brodie met with our caterer at the venue to give him a tour a few weeks before the party, helped us pick the wines, and set up so many decorations – she really helped make the evening spectacular.

    My husband and I got married at Trentadue Winery and had the opportunity to work with the Milestone team leading up to and on the day of the event. I was a type-A bride, very organized and detailed oriented and had high expectations of the team to ensure that our day of was perfect. The team at Milestone, especially Krista and Macenzie, were fantastic to work with and did an especially amazing job executing my vision. Everything was seamless and completely exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. With so many variables that could potentially go array, having Krista and Macenzie's execution and professionalism completely mitigated our risk and fears of something going wrong on one of the most important days of our lives. We absolutely would recommend working with Milestone for any event, and especially one as important as your wedding day!

    Macenzie is an amazing coordinator!

    We chose a Milestone property, Trentadue Winery, for our June 2018 wedding.

    Working with Macenzie as our coordinator was definitely the highlight of our experience. She was absolutely wonderful, anticipating every need and ensuring the day went off smoothly. It seemed every time I said "I don't think I told you that I wanted x" Macenzie was already a step ahead of me, telling me how she had already planned for x. On the day of the event I didn't worry for half a second about how things would be set up, if we were running on schedule or anything, because Macenzie was so ON IT that I knew I didn't have to. That was truly a gift and my husband and I are so grateful that we got to just be in the moment due to Macenzie's hard work and awesome organizational skills. I can't say enough fabulous things about her and I hope Milestone knows just how lucky they are to have her!

    In terms of our overall experience with Milestone, we were pleased but there were a few things that could have been better:

    1) The budget estimator they provided us when we were starting to consider their properties was not very realistic in terms of non-Milestone expenses. For example, the estimates for catering, DJ, floral, photography and rentals were all considerably lower than any of the actual quotes I received--in some cases by many thousands of dollars, and I requested quotes from multiple vendors in each category. So, definitely do not count on that budget estimator to help you set a realistic budget!

    2) The biggest issue we had on our wedding day was that the AC in the bridal suite did NOT work---we had asked multiple times from the time we were first looking, up until the week of the wedding (where it was forecasted to be 109) about the space being air conditioned because I did not want to be hot/sweaty for the ceremony, and were frequently reassured that the suite would be comfortably cool and air conditioned. During our rehearsal we checked the room and it was freezing (which we thought was a great sign!). Unfortunately, it turns out that because it's in the same building as the kitchen, that when the kitchen is in full swing the AC to the suite gets reduced substantially. On my wedding day the worst part was the 25 minutes leading up to the ceremony when I was hiding out in that room, putting ice on myself and using handheld fans trying not to overheat. It was warmer in there than it was outside even though it was over 100 degrees outside, at least there was a breeze. I know I am not the first bride this has happened to as it seems to be a known issue with that space, so I highly urge Milestone to work with Trentadue to come up with a better plan for that space in the future--perhaps a separate AC unit can be installed in that space specifically?
