EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR AND MORE!! I would give them a higher star rating if I could!
You cannot go wrong with husband and wife, Ryan and Sarah, as your photographers. Their pictures are stunning and really give you that "wow" factor!
Ryan and Sarah's equipment is like no other photographer's, providing you with high quality photos and lighting, which is spectacular. Not to mention, their captured scenery is an added bonus! I wanted my engagement pictures/wedding pictures to include the architecture of Chicago since it was a Chicago Themed Wedding and I could not imagine another photographer capturing this with such perfection, as did Ryan and Sarah. They truly want you to be...EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR AND MORE!! I would give them a higher star rating if I could!
You cannot go wrong with husband and wife, Ryan and Sarah, as your photographers. Their pictures are stunning and really give you that "wow" factor!
Ryan and Sarah's equipment is like no other photographer's, providing you with high quality photos and lighting, which is spectacular. Not to mention, their captured scenery is an added bonus! I wanted my engagement pictures/wedding pictures to include the architecture of Chicago since it was a Chicago Themed Wedding and I could not imagine another photographer capturing this with such perfection, as did Ryan and Sarah. They truly want you to be happy and pleased with their work in the end.
Not only are they amazing photographers, but the most impressive thing about Ryan and Sarah is how personable and helpful they are with the entire planning process. In the months leading up to our wedding, Sarah and I on average emailed back and fourth at least once every couple of days, if not once per day. She provided me with tips and suggestions prior to my wedding day, which neither my wedding planner nor I even thought of! She is very knowledgeable with the industry and especially creative when it comes to what you are envisioning for your special day.
The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is if your photographers will capture all of those important details and moments you've worked so hard for. I can honestly say I did not worry about the photography at all and was very confident that Miller+Miller would capture every single detail. When I received my wedding photos I was not disappointed. Ryan and Sarah put their heart and sole into them. I continue to get compliment after compliment on my wedding photos, which is more than I could have ever asked for :) -

I can't say enough good things about Sarah and Ryan. They were very knowledgeable, very professional, and their photos are absolutely gorgeous. I actually worked with my wedding date around their schedule because when I found them, I knew I had to have them as my wedding day photographers! We were lucky enough to have Ryan and Sarah provide us with wedding pictures as well as our engagement pictures.The pictures turned out AMAZING!!! It’s so fun to look back at such an important day through the eyes of two of the most talented photographers I know. Living the day as the bride is obviously amazing and special, but looking at the day in pictures is a whole other experience, and I am soooo greatful that I was lucky enough to have such amazing people provide me with the most beautiful pictures of the one of the most important days in our lives. We will, without a doubt, be able to look through our wedding album and truly be...We were lucky enough to have Ryan and Sarah provide us with wedding pictures as well as our engagement pictures.The pictures turned out AMAZING!!! It’s so fun to look back at such an important day through the eyes of two of the most talented photographers I know. Ryan and Sarah are truly talented artists. When I clicked on the link to Ryan and Sarah’s website, I knew immediately that we had found our photographers.
It was such a privilege and a gift to be photographed by them. During our engagement session, we had so much fun that day! When we were taking photos by the Lake, we whispered to each other that this will be a day that we’ll remember 20 years from now. Hustling around the city, wardrobe changes, grabbing dinner at the corner store, stopping for photos in “middle of the street” shot - it was a great adventure that we’ll never forget.

On our wedding day, it’s was fun to watch Ryan + Sarah scout out shooting locations while whispering to each other. You can see them working out their vision to each other and then they go into action. Some of my favorite wedding day shots are in front of the fireplace. The amazing thing is that if you saw that fireplace in person you’d think there’s no way you could get any photos remotely stylish in front of that dirty thing. But Ryan and Sarah did their lighting magic as always and we love those pics!
Thanks again!! The photos really were something that we have always dreamed about. Ryan and Sarah – you were able to capture our love and affection for each other; the laughter and tears. It will be forever captured in your beautiful photographs. Thank you a million times! -

We are so glad we chose Sarah and Ryan to be our engagement and wedding photographers. What a dynamic husband-wife duo! I spent a lot of time researching photography and their collections really stood out from the rest. Not only do they work great together to achieve the perfect lighting, angles, and backdrop, they also do wonderfully solo with their own points of view. They captured twice the moments and twice the memories during several important parts of our wedding day. They went above and beyond with my photo requests - staging a Christmas card photo during the wedding night as well as sunset photos during the perfect time in the sky. Sarah and Ryan are absolutely amazing. Our photography budget was a little under their pricing but I knew that the one thing I wanted to splurge on was our wedding pictures and I knew that they were so great because a few of our friends had used them. I could not have been happier with our choice to go with them. We did our engagement session with them which took a whole day. This was great because it gave us a whole day to get to know them before the wedding and it also left us with TONS of amazing pictures to choose from. From day one Sarah was so responsive to any questions I had and I never...Sarah and Ryan are absolutely amazing. I had researched every single photographer in the greater Chicago area and Miller and Miller by far were the winners. I only met with two of them, since I was so certain just from looking at their blog that they were perfect for us, and they were. Not only are Sarah and Ryan just amazing and funny people who I would like to be friends with if I lived in Illinois, but they are SO talented. They did our engagement photos and every person I spoke to told me their were the best e-photos they have ever seen. One glance a Miller + Miller's website and I knew I had to have them. I will admit, there was a bit of a heart attack when I saw the price for their services, but I knew I couldn't walk away without them doing our pictures, so we made it work. It meant a little more DIY on some other things, but it was worth moving our budget around for. Think about it: the only thing that lasts from your wedding day are the pictures!!! You NEED quality! We just completed our engagement and wedding day photos this past week with Miller+Miller, and we were absolutely blown away. We couldn't recommend this husband & wife team of Ryan and Sarah more highly, and here are just a few of the reasons why ...
One: They are highly skilled photographers with tremendous talent. Just great technical skill and great eyes and instincts for lighting, angles, etc. Two: They have a terrific work ethic. They are detail-oriented professionals who go the extra mile to obtain the shots you want. Whether it was Sarah responding to every email and constructing an ambitious but practical shooting schedule down to the minute during the planning process, or Ryan climbing a bridge...We just completed our engagement and wedding day photos this past week with Miller+Miller, and we were absolutely blown away. We couldn't recommend this husband & wife team of Ryan and Sarah more highly, and here are just a few of the reasons why ...

Three: They are very knowledgeable about Chicago and navigating its landmarks, and they know how to execute an ambitious shooting schedule. Everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Four: They are just really good, decent people who are a pleasure to spend time with. If you think about it, other than your spouse, the wedding photographer is the one person you will spend your entire wedding day with at arm's length. It's really important to have someone you enjoy being around. Sarah and Ryan are nice, thoughtful, funny, relaxed, and work so well together. It was fun to work with them. Five: The stellar finished product. Just a day later, Miller+Miller shared a few of the photos from our engagement shoot--they look spectacular, like something you would see in a magazine, but without any photoshopping or other enhancements. Book them for your wedding--so worth it. -

I cannot begin to say how AMAZING this duo is. I had the utmost pleasure of having them as one of my wedding vendors. As soon as I saw their photos on their website, I was amazed at how BEAUTIFUL and perfect the photos were, and I had to book them! These people are fantastic, unbelievably professional, and very organized. We flew to Chicago because I refused to have anyone else take our engagement photos. And we flew them from Chicago to Newport to have them shoot our wedding, I couldn't have had it any other way. Sarah and Ryan are such a great, easygoing couple to work with and I cannot begin to say how spectacular the photos...I cannot begin to say how AMAZING this duo is. - good, trustworthy, down to earth, people (its hard to find people in the wedding industry who isn't out to rip you off)
- always goes the extra mile. Ryan balanced (rather precariously) on a tiny rock in a muddy lagoon to shoot our engagement photos. While holding his very expensive camera. Some others might not want to risk their fancy equipment just to get a good shot but he did. Just so we could have some pretty pictures. Awesome, right?
- they don't make you do shots of your wedding party holding hands and running in a circle around the couple, totem pole, all the groomsmen carrying the bride on her side, etc. I'm sure they can do those shots brilliantly if that was your thing but their creative skills are way beyond that. Put your wedding vision in their hands and they'll have you looking like you're on the cover of Vogue.
- THE ABSOLUTE BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS TO HIRE IF YOU WANT AMAZING CHICAGO SKYLINE SHOTS. Actually, all their photos are amazing!! But their skyline ones make your heart stop!

Leading up to the weeks before the wedding, Ryan and Sarah communicated frequently to ensure a stress-free wedding day and get a feel for our "must-have" photos. Sarah is an excellent listener and even remembered shots we discussed for the wedding day over a year earlier! The week of the wedding, we provided an extensive list of required pictures, all of which they captured beautifully. Once again, Ryan and Sarah dedicated their entire day to us and delivered phenomenal photos that embody the emotion of our wedding day. We can't help but smile each time we look at our photos!
The quality of photography produced by Miller + Miller is outstanding and unsurpassed! So if you're looking for friendly and professional photographers willing to exceed your expectations, this is your team. We are so grateful to have found the dynamic duo that is Miller + Miller. I found Sarah and Ryan and knew instantly that I needed to have them for my wedding photography (before I was even engaged!). Not only do they take awesome photos, but they are awesome to work with as well. They were by far the best investment we made for our wedding!! Anytime I had a question they were there, even in the midst of being super busy during the wedding season. They also provided great feedback and advice for making the day run smoothly. We also used them to create our wedding "Save the Dates" and we couldn't have been happier....everyone commented on how beautiful and different they turned out! I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! The high quality, vibrant colors & lighting that they are able to capture clearly put them in a class of their own. We live in California and took our engagement pictures downtown Chicago~they were so easy to work with and were very responsive/flexible! In my opinion it is vital to have a female (spend time with the bride) and male (spend time with the groom) photographer to capture all of the "details" on your wedding day. We were so pleased with the quality of both our engagement and wedding pictures.

Miller & Miller are high class, top-notch professional photographers and we couldn't have been happier!! While planning our wedding, we decided that the photographers were one of the most important components and we really searched for the ones that fit our personality as well as had a unique style. They were it! They were extremely easy to work with and helped us make our special day truly memorable. The wedding pictures were amazing!
The day after our wedding, they spent the next day with us shooting a "Trash the Dress" session which was so much fun! They had such great ideas and they pictures are amazing! Truly works of art!

Their passion, calming presence, and meticulousness are invaluable at such an important time in a bride's, groom's, and family's life.
We are a Chicago couple who planned a Wisconsin wedding, and their willingness to travel to accommodate our wedding was another deciding factor. Sarah and Ryan spent the whole weekend with us, not only as our photographers, but as friends and guests of our wedding as well. Their creativity and professionalism turned every dream and detail of our wedding into a reality; and, I continue to be amazed to at the end result! Everyone who looks at our pictures is so overly impressed by their work, as you will be!
Most importantly, their communication and responsiveness is unmatched- which allowed our wedding to go much more smoothly than I could have ever hoped. As a disorganized, carefree bride- I had no plan for pictures, and they were able to organize and capture all of the images we had hoped.
All in all, I would like to thank M + M for being more than a wedding photographer- they provided so much more than our dollars could ever match. It is evident in their service, communication, and loyalty that their superior level of service is unmatched. They are truly contagious and have not only affected my life in a positive way, but have created the life-long memories by setting the standard in expert service and results! Therefore, I have and will continue to confidently recommend them to be a part of any couple's wedding day! -

When we hired Ryan and Sarah as our wedding photographers we were very excited. We loved their pictures and knew we wanted something similar. Everything started off smooth. We loved the pictures from our engagement session and our wedding. Things got bad when we decided we would like to order a wedding album and they just decided that they are not going to make wedding albums anymore. Would have been nice to know from the begininng! Extremely unprofessional.
