  Mimi catered my wedding in September and she is just amazing. From the moment we had our first conversation, to our tasting and finally our wedding she was an absolute delight. We spoke constantly and she honestly made me feel like we were old friends. I had some bumps on the road with the wedding preparations and she would always always calm me down and reassure me that everything will be fine. We had to work with a venue that didn't really like having outside vendors but her professionalism and personality won them over and everything turned out perfect. She would listen to everything we wanted and also suggest some dishes that we wouldn't have thought of that went with our style. I honestly couldn't have been happier with how she managed everything. And her food is to die for! Seriously delicious. Everyone raved about the food and how great it was. She is the nicest person you can possibly work with and she will make and do anything you ask her to. She truly is special and her passion for making meals is extraordinary. I highly highly recommend her and her staff. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

  Amazing caterer....before I hired Mimi I went through many catering companys the prices and the quality were no up to my standards. I found Mimi and the second I engaged with her I knew that she was going to be the caterer me and my fiancé were going to hire for our special day. We did our tasting and we were delighted by her food and her genuine personality she truly made us comfortable. Once we tasted her food we fell in love with the rich and tasty food she offers. Through our journey she was helpful and very attentive to our needs. My guests and I were stun by the presentation of the tables and food the day of the wedding. The food was delicious and fresh. All of my guests and I were so happy with the high quality of the food. Mimi's staff was very professional and nice. She's truly committed and a delighful person. I would recommend her and hire her for any future events.

  Mimi and her staff are very professional. I was recommend to Mimi by a friend since I wanted a Latina caterer. Our first consultation with her was so nice and very professional. Mimi eased my way to my wedding. I was a nerves reck since I wanted to make sure that everything was nice and amazing for our day. Mimi and her staff helped set up my decorations and they went above and beyond to make sure it was beautiful...which they really didn’t have to do it since, I just hired them to caterer. The day of wedding she made sure I was comfortable. The setting was beautiful and breath taking. My wedding guests were extremely happy with the food and with the professionalism that Mimi’s staff offered. Mimi is an honest and beautiful soul. I will hire once again next year for my special anniversary!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to help me with my anniversary. You will not regret if you hire Mimi Fusion Catering. My rating for her is beyond since she made everything.

  BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! I never write negative reviews but I would never want anyone else to have my horrible experience. A friend of mine referred Mimi for catering. I immediately fell in love with her food pictures. I called her and she reassured me that she could make it happen. After a follow up conversation with her "Assistant" she confirmed that she could cater our wedding which was in 4 weeks. We then set up a time to meet in person. Mimi was 40 minutes late. Never apologized. She tries to sell herself as this ultra assertive, confident & capable person. We created a menu at our meeting. She refused to offer us a tasting. Saying "there's not enough time". She's not flexible and overbearing. Literally the next day my dad called me to say Mimi sent an email saying she would not be at our event all night. She would leave her staff. At our meeting she assured she would be running the whole night. and she wanted all $10,000 up front. Absolutely absurd! My dad even offered her half the money. But In The next email she said she quit. The most unprofessional person I have ever met. We were left with no caterer 2 and a half weeks before my wedding. I don't know what Mimi is but she is not a legitimate business. She is shady and vague. Her quitting was the best thing she could have done, because she definitely would have ruined our wedding. If you're looking for a caterer look elsewhere. Even if you spend a little more with someone else it's worth it. We ended up using Abigail Kirsch! Who I can't say enough amazing things about! A true catering company! Perfection! Good luck to you all.
