  Delicious cheesecake and the best customer service!

  I got my wedding cake for my micromony from Minooka’s and it was perfect! We got a cheesecake for 12 people and it was decorated to match our inspiration photo. Not only was the cheesecake absolutely delicious, but Minooka’s was such a pleasure to work with! I ordered the cake just a few weeks before the wedding and Minooka’s even delivered the cake to the restaurant after our ceremony. That was huge for me because we had so much going on that day; it would have been extra stress to go pick it up. I am not from the area (my husband is) and I called many local pastry and cake shops that either wouldn’t deliver such a small wedding cake or didn’t make cheesecakes. I am so glad I found Minooka’s! Thank you!

  Wedding Cake

  Minooka Pastry Shop designed our wedding cake this past October. Not only did it taste good, but it looked amazing. People kept commenting on how beautiful our cake was. I’d recommend them to every bride needing a cake.

  A Tasty Experience!

  Minooka Bakery provided us with an AMAZING wedding cake! Not only was it tasty but it was also beautiful! Absolutely elegant and it fit my Disney theme perfectly! They were so kind and understanding when it came to the tight delivery time I gave them. I will be ordering from them for all of my special events in the future! 💕

  Perfection to detail!

  JOE!!!!! absolutely NAILED our Wedding cake! I had ordered a 3 lb solid white chocolate topper for our cake and Joe did not bat an eyelash about working with it while other bakeries were too intimidated...he even hand painted details of the chocolate with metallic gold paint for us. Being a huge sweets person, our cake was one of the more important details of our Wedding day for me and i could NOT be more happy with how it turned out. Joe and his team at Minooka literally catered to all of our specialty baking needs and made my dream a reality. Thank you so much for your kindness, time, and talents!

  Delicious Cake

  The wedding package that we had from our venue, the Radisson Lackwanna Station, included a cake from Minooka. We are not local to the area, so we trusted that this was a good thing. We were not disappointed - our cake was lovely and tasty!

  Minooka Pastry Shop came highly recommended by our caterer for our July 28th, 2018 wedding! It was very easy to set up a meeting, communication was great, and the tasting was delicious and laid back! We knew we made the right choice right away! I had different design elements from different pictures for our wedding cake and he made my dream a reality! The cake was absolutely beautiful, delicious and the guests still comment on how great the cake was! Delivery was quick and easy! We chose different flavors for the different tiers and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! We can not wait to eat the strawberry top of our wedding cake next July! Thank you for making our perfect wedding cake!! ♥️

  My husband and I are not really into cake, so we decided to go with pies for our wedding. Originally, we were going to get them from a place near where my husband grew up, but we decided to switch last minute to Minooka Pastry Shop last minute because it would be easier to pick the pies up from there, even though we never tasted them or had anything from their bakery.
  
  I called and placed my order a few days before I needed 15 pies. They took the order over the phone, and I picked them up the night before our wedding.
  
  Later on I found out our caterer also uses Minooka as part of their wedding cake package. Once I heard that, I knew I made the right choice.
  
  These pies were absolutely delicious. We had plenty left over with 15 pies and about 135 guests. I would go back there just to get some pie again.
  
  Also, the pies were relatively cheap compared to other places in the surrounding area.

  I have been getting all my cakes from Minooka since I could remember, so there was no doubt I'd get my wedding cake from them. We were not disappointed! We worked with Joe and he was amazing! Even though we were states away, Joe was there whenever we had questions. We sent pictures of what we wanted each tier to look like and he did exactly that. Our cake turned out beautifully and the cake itself was so moist and flavorful. We fully recommend Minooka Pastry Shop for all your cake needs!

  Our wedding cake and cupcakes were amazing! And Joe was such a sweetheart to work with! We had so many compliments on our cupcakes and I know our wedding cake was delicious! Plus their pricing was very reasonable! They also have a large selection of tasty gluten-free items. Please use Minooka Pastry for all of our bakery needs!

  The guests could not say enough about how the cake was delicious and moist. They were very flexible in allowing each layer to be a separate flavor with different fillings. And the price was extremely reasonable. I have used them for other occasions, and they did not let me down for the wedding.

  Can't say enough great things about Minooka Pastry Shop!!! I really wanted a beautiful dessert bar for our wedding and they really provided perfection!!! We had a large cupcake tower and then several trays of dessert miniatures. I joking referred to it as our "Marie Antoinette Dessert Display". It was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious!! In fact, the guests managed to eat ALL of it before my husband and I even got a change to have any!! We had several types of cupcakes, cookies, eclairs, and other miniatures pastries and desserts and it was everything I had hoped for and more! We live out of state, but this bakery is so outstanding that we make a point to visit a couple times every time that we are in town!! Hands down the best bakery I have ever been to or dealt with, and Joseph (who is in charge of the wedding cakes) is an absolute dream to work with- very professional and very patient with all my crazy requests! I was an out of state bride too, but they were so accommodating in their efforts to help us plan, do tastings, etc!! I am so glad we chose Minooka to do our wedding cake, cupcakes and desserts- they were absolutely fabulous in every way possible!!!! And soooo incredibly delicious- we got tons and tons of compliments from our guests!! They are very reasonably priced, but their desserts are both so delicious and beautiful that it probably looked like we spent a ton more money on our desserts than we actually did!

  I actually spoke with the baker and left a picture of what I wanted. She altered the cake and provided great finishing touches. It was 2 layers - cherry nut on top and chocolate on bottom.Everyone raved about the cake.

We went around to all of the wedding cake bakeries that worked with out reception vendor, and a few that didn't, and Minooka Pastry Shop had, by far, the best prices and designs. Joe made us a cake which alternated tiers of cake and flowers, which was just beautiful! He was also extremely flexible and allowed us to have 2 different cake flavors when we couldn't settle on just one.

  The Green Ridge Club actually included a cake in our price from Minooka Pastry Shop. We were very please with our wedding cake. We showed the baker a basic picture of what we wanted, and we asked that he do the detailing on the cake to match our invitations, he topped the cake with beautiful leaves made from gum paste! It came out great. And an added bonus, my mom is allergic to wheat/flour and cannot eat regular cake, so he made a smaller version of the cake especially for her. We chose a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, it was delicious! I loved our cake and would definitely recommend this bakery to other brides!

  If you book your wedding through Constantino's Catering and Events, your wedding cake is included in your package from Minooka. We've been going to Minooka for birthday cakes for years and were thrilled to discover this while booking our wedding. The decorators matched our vision perfectly and it was delivered on time with care. It was also delicious as always. Yummy cake and great buttercream.

  We really wanted a cannoli cake for our wedding and this place really made it happen and it was very tasty. I sent a color of the bridesmaids dresses so the border of the cake would match that color and they did a great job with that. They also did a great job decorating with flowers and pearls. They offered us to specially meet with them but we decided to do most things over the phone for our cake and they really did a great job.
