We are beyond grateful to have had Tanvi and her incredible team at Mint2Be Events as our wedding planners. From the moment we started working with Tanvi, we knew we were in the best hands. She was incredibly patient and understanding, listening to our constant rants and carrying all of our stress for us. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable.
Tanvi truly listened to what we wanted and envisioned for our special day and always found a way to make it happen, no matter how challenging the request. Her creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our wedding. Tanvi was immensely helpful in coordinating every detail for our Hindu ceremony. We cannot emphasize enough how highly we recommend Tanvi and the Mint2Be team! After 2 years of planning, lots of set-back with COVID, and everything in between, Tanvi and her team have been an absolute rock for us with our wedding. Their professionalism is unmatched and her care goes above and beyond expectations. From day 1, Tanvi and her team worked tirelessly to give us the wedding of our dreams.
Tanvi went far beyond her calling for our wedding and we are so very grateful. After hearing about my struggles planning a wedding without my late sister, Tanvi and her team put together the most beautiful surprise for me and my family on our wedding night. Tanvi generously donating to a charity close to our hearts in honor of her, and we still do not have words that adequately express our gratitude. Throughout the last two years Tanvi and the Mint2Be team has become more than our wedding planners, they are our family! -

We chose Mint To `Be Events for our November 2018 destination wedding at the Hard Rock Punta Cana in the DR. We worked with Tanvi weekly for 1.5 years before the wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is wonderfully attentive to detail, and has the experience to really make the difference to make your weekend spectacular. We were in London, Cyprus, New York while planning while Tanvi was in Boston, and she made our weekly meetings easy and was able to accommodate our schedules and time differences! She was also great at navigating the concerns my mother had and was able to balance them with my own concerns and was always able to find a middle ground and a solution to every problem. She also provided valuable feedback and weighed on helping us with our budget and cutting down on costs where we could and the advice throughout the décor process and working with vendors from the Dominican Republic is something we could not have done without Tanvi and her experience with previous destination weddings.
If you’ve every planned a wedding, or even if you are in the early stages, you know how much work really goes into every little details of the planning process. Choosing an amazing wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made. Planning a one day western wedding is an undertaking, but planning a 4-day destination wedding is different beast altogether. Not only did we have 3 pre-events before the wedding, we had two ceremonies (a Hindu & Buddhist) in two separate locations and a full reception the day after. I can only say that everything went flawlessly. Almost all our guests told us that it was the most organized and thoughtful wedding they had been too. Attention to every detail was taken, and the biggest compliment we can give Tanvi, is, if anything went wrong, we didn’t hear about it. All we know is that she handled everything without worrying us one little bit! Most of our parents, and us (the couple) got to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding week. We got to soak in every moment of spending time with our family and friends which was the best gift.
I’ve seen a lot of brides and grooms running around the weekend of their wedding worrying about everything that is going wrong instead of truly enjoying it. And I can say we had the best time thanks to Tanvi & Mint To Be Events! If you are thinking about, trust me, it really will make all the difference, stop thinking about it and just hire this wedding planner already, she is the best! -

User2679904 Sent on 07/09/2016Like clockwork. Mint to Be made our wedding flawless. They had the challenge of two ceremonies and two breaks. Everything went smoothly and on time! Everyone was where they needed to be all day. Best decision we could have made. We originally thought about not having a planner to save money; however, there’s zero chance the wedding would gone smoothly. Things just happened without your knowledge. We hired a videographer late in the game and when we shared Mint2be’s timeline with him, he literally had no questions. They accounted for everything. They unburden the stress of worrying about all the details. Enjoy your wedding and allow Mint2be to take care of everything else! -
User2576381 Sent on 04/13/2016Ever since we got engaged, our wedding planner Tanvi and her husband DJ Yogz, have been helping with our wedding planning. We had originally picked out a destination wedding in Cancun, but after the site visit we had changed our mind about Cancun altogether.
Tanvi had suggested checking out the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana since she had been there before and found it to be a nice location. My now husband and I visited for a few days and immediately found places we'd love to have our wedding events. From the beginning, communicating with the hotel to find vegetarian food options was a challenge. There was a lot of bureaucracy in trying to get what we needed, but without the help of Tanvi, we would have been frustrated and stressed out. She asked all the questions that we would not think to ask.
On our site visit, she was available to call in with our meetings with the different vendors. It was just the biggest help to have a professional ask the appropriate questions at the needed times. She really went above and beyond to take responsibilities for each event and making sure we ran in to no problems. Before the events she was there to help organize the hotel staff on what needed to be made sure of, and even during she would always be on the lookout to make sure everything went as we planned.
I would sincerely recommend using Mint To Be for their exceptional services. -
User2370801 Sent on 10/16/2015hired Mint to Be for my wedding. best decision we made. made the entire events go smoothly and seamlessly for us and our guests. had thought about not having a planner but with the number of things that need to fall in line for an event to go well, and your unavailability to do those things personally because of preoccupation with actually being in your wedding, planners are a huge benefit. so glad we chose Mint to Be and will recommend to anyone who wants a professional company to assure their events are a success!
