    John is very friendly and did a great job at my wedding. He brought elegance to the room with his uplighting and had huge screens for everyone to watch my montage videos! He also gave me a few extra photos because he wanted to crop them a few different ways!

    My husband and I used MIrage for our wedding Jan 4 2015 at the STroudsmoor inn in the poconos and let me just say they were amazing. My dance floor was packed all night long the video montage had us in tears and the dancing on the clouds were great! John rocked that wedding I can't stress it enough they made my day. Thank you the Mirage crew!

    We hired Mirage Entertainment Group for their DJ, Photography, and Videography package and it was tremendous. It was extremely convenient dealing with one company and everything came out excellent. The package was very affordable too. Would recommend them to anyone. Great Value!

    We chose Mirage Entertainment Group to provide several services for our son's wedding. We had already signed another photographer, but changed our minds, based on recommendations for Mirage. We met with John Nola, knowing that we would lose money if we switched at that point. From that initial meeting, we were sold. The professionalism we were shown and the quality of their work spoke for themselves. We immediately changed our minds, never looked back, and were never sorry. Mirage provided our ceremony music, the uplighting for the reception, the photography, and the videography. The ceremony music was well done. The different songs were blended flawlessly and the volume and quality were perfect. The uplighting in the room created the best ambiance for our guests. Both the photography and videography captured every special moment of the ceremony and reception, although we hardly noticed that they were there. Finally, we had our pictures back one week after the wedding. From beginning to end, our experience with Mirage Entertainment Group was positive and professional.

    They did such a great job with the music that ask my guests said it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to!

    John and John did a great job at my wedding reception! I could not ask for a better dj and mc. They had everybody dancing from the moment they entered the ballroom, to the 1 hour overtime we did. As far as the video Kevin did a great job! I already had 2 friends ask me who did the video and I passed on Mirage to them. thanks Mirage for a great Day!

    Mirage came preferred from my wedding venue( Shawnee inn) and they had great all inclusive packages and not only did they come preferred but they also did my sisters wedding a year and a half before and I knew that I wanted them then. They were on point with everything my photos were awesome and my video was like a movie and not boring like otherwedding videos that I have seen, also Ian was my mc and he was fantastic he had everybody up and dancing the entire night, Kevin was my videographer and Jeff was my photographer and they were so personal with us and always made sure if there is anything else they could do for us. Two words true professionals! Thank you for creating fun and preserving our wedding memories! I would highly recommended then to anyone looking for a company that could do it all for a great rate! Thank you

    Mirage did my wedding and Ian and Tom was my djs and they were great.they were out in the crowd and was very professional and the music was blended we'll. my wedding photos are beautiful and the video wasn't boring and didn't look like the same old wedding video. They also did my sisters wedding based on the way my wedding came out.

    This is a "you get what you pay for" company. Their prices are great, but their service is okay. John harassed me to sign the contact for days after I told him I was waiting for other quotes. He was willing to work with us, though.

    My biggest complaint was during the wedding. The actual dj mispronounced my husband's parent's names and completely forgot to announce my mom. He had assured us he knew what type of music to play for my husband's Dominican family, and then proceeded to play a very dirty and inappropriate song in Spanish. My husband was mortified as his whole family, especially his abuela, was present for this. He also played any request he received instead of staying on track with what we had requested he play.

    Overall, I would use again, because of price, but would have much more specific instructions.

    Its a shame I have to write this review-but hopefully it will help others. I couldn't say enough great things about this company at first--the owner John was very good about contacting me, keeping me updated with what I needed to do, he even met with me in person to go over how things would work (at a time when none of my other vendors were contacting me). I was very happy. He was very flexible in terms of adding services--this company did my video, but they also did a special photo slideshow at the reception. The issue came after the wedding. I was told that a highlight of my video would be posted to their Facebook page so that I could share it. That never happened. Okay, fine, I don't really need a highlight video even though I would've loved to post it for the people that did not attend. Weeks passed, and I had not received my video, even after I was told it was mailed out. I was never contacted to make sure I received it, nothing. I contacted John again, who said he would send it out again. Still never got it. To this day, I'm not sure what happened with it. It ended up being delayed so long, and John stopped returning my calls in a timely manner, that I thought I was being ripped off. Because of this, my mother in law, who paid for the video, placed a dispute on her credit card for the charge. As you probably guessed, that caused action. John delivered the video to me in person, then proceeded to bombard me with calls and texts about the dispute being removed. It was a long, frustrating battle, and one that I hope doesn't happen to anyone else. The product I received is great, but was it worth the frustration? I'm doubtful.

    Hi Wendy, We thank you for your feedback. I'm head of the videography department and personally edited your video. I do want to clarify a few things. First off, I was waiting for pictures from your photographer to put in the video. You then informed us that she wouldn't release them, not a problem, but I couldn't move forward. Video editing is time consuming and we have multiples being worked on at the same time. Second, I first heard about your concern via a Facebook comment on someone else's video. I then took ownership and had John delivery it in person. It was until that morning, that we find out that you placed a credit card dispute on your payment. We also have record of mailing it twice to an incorrect address and received one set back. Also, your highlight was posted and is still on Facebook. Please contact me directly if you have any concerns. I take pride in my work. I am delighted to hear that you are happy with our product. I will make sure these confusions do not happen in the future. Thank you!

    So disappointed, paid but no video, no return call

    Ok fellow brides, I am hoping I can change this review to a better one. We were married June 2017 AND IN THE PLANNING STAGES THEY WERE GREAT AND COMMUNICATED. We have paid in full the night of our wedding, received our pictures but not our video, I have spoken with John in November 2018 and he said they were working on it. I have left numerous messages , emails and voicemail and have not received a call back. This video is very important to us, even more then the pictures I will be happy to change this review if we ever hear from them again, I am truly disappointed and never expected this to happen, our wedding was simply beautiful. If you are reading this John, please call us.
