  Best Wedding Coordinator in Milwaukee!

  If you are getting married in the surrounding Milwaukee area, you need to book Jenna to coordinate for you. I simply cannot say enough about her. From her attention to detail to her ability to calm nerves and anxiety she is beyond worth trust your day with. She is as professional as they come, and comes with a plethora of ideas when it feels as though you can’t think through any more details. Jenna also handles issues that arise behind the scenes and without adding stress and worry which is worth every penny day of. She actually found several mistakes in contracts we had signed and got us a major credit towards our final payment with our venue. Again, I cannot reiterate, invest in Jenna…you will not regret it!

  Hire them both

  Mitch was our officiant & Jenna was our coordinator for our April 2024 wedding in Milwaukee's Third Ward. They both were truly the best money we spent on our wedding. We were slightly skeptical and didn’t think a coordinator was absolutely necessary (being the DIY-ers that we are) but Jenna’s expertise was truly money well spent. She kept us on track, thought of all the little things that I didn’t to make sure the whole night was fluid, and that no details were missed. She also was on-top of it and quick on her feet that we managed to have our first dance out on the riverwalk (not pre-planned) after she noticed all of our guests were outside anyways and it made for the most romantic touch. Mitch was also amazing and reminded us to stay connected to each other throughout all the stress. We had so many people come up to us after the ceremony and ask who’s relative he was because of how personal & well thought out his ceremony/speech was. They both put a professional cherry on top of our day and we cannot thank you both enough!! If you are unsure if you need a service such as this, just TALK to them!

  Best decision we made for our wedding!!!

  We hired Jenna as our month-of coordinator for our December 2023 wedding. Our friends recommended Jenna and Mitch after using their services for their wedding a year prior and we are so glad they did, because hiring Jenna as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the beginning, Jenna was super easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable and confident about our wedding tasks. Leading up to the wedding I would always look forward to our weekly calls because I felt like I was chatting with one of my good friends. Jenna is very organized and is always on top of things, so I never felt worried about anything because I had the utmost trust in her! Our wedding day was perfect and everything ran smoothly. I know that everything went so well because Jenna was the driving force behind everything that day. She was calm, professional, and there was no doubt she had everything under control. Her and Mitch worked hard to set everything up and help make our vision of our wedding come true and we cannot thank them enough! We would recommend Jenna and Mitch to anyone getting married! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

  Everything you're looking for!

  We can't express how wonderful it was working with Mitch and having him officiate our wedding! He was exactly what we were looking for in an officiant. From the beginning he took the time to get to know us, and it showed during our ceremony. He counseled us through the whole process, from giving great words on marriage to working through the nitty gritty details of the ceremony. Having him with us before the ceremony was so special and the actual ceremony itself was flawless - we had countless guests, family and bridal party members tell us how impressed they were with him! Him and Jenna have a truly incredible business and we highly recommend them.

  Best Investment of Our Wedding

  We highly recommend working with Jenna for your next event -- she is a real-life superhero who truly went above and beyond! We simply cannot express how grateful we are for her and her team. Having Jenna as our coordinator was by far my favorite investment for our big day.
  
  Leading up to the wedding, Jenna communicated with our vendors, attended some of our vendor planning meetings (even 6 months in advance), kept us on track, and gave us countless advice. Jenna has impeccable communication and organization skills. She truly thought of everything which made our lives so much easier; plus, it was great to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask those silly questions. Her fun, easy-going attitude made us looked forward to our weekly meetings during the last 6 weeks!
  
  On our wedding day, Jenna and her team did it all and executed our day flawlessly! It's impossible to list all of the tasks she completed but some notable ones include our entire wedding setup, coordinating with our vendors, end-of-the-night cleanup, late night snack execution with Ian's Pizza, and general wedding shenanigans. We received countless compliments from our guests on how perfect our day was and how lucky we were to have such an amazing wedding coordinator.

  Mitch & Jenna - Officiant & Day-Of Coordinator

  We’ve both said to ourselves multiple times, and to anyone that will listen, that investing in Mitch & Jenna was the best money we spent on our wedding. We cannot recommend them enough!
  
  Jenna was the guiding light that kept our wedding planning on track, our budget in check, and the hair attached to our heads as we worked towards our special day. She was constantly available for questions and set up frequent touch point calls to make sure we were hitting our milestones and had an opportunity to pick her brain prior to making any major decisions. She attended the majority of our vendor meetings, asking logistical questions we never considered and helped us navigate the sea of decisions to make sure things were exactly as we envisioned them.
  
  We cannot speak more highly of Mitch in serving as our officiant. The most consistent compliment we receive about our day is how personalized, professional, and profound our ceremony was, and the role Mitch played in it. The services he brought to the table started way before the day of the ceremony as well. We met with him on several occasions prior to the wedding, getting to know each other, sharing stories about our lives, how we met, what we loved about one another, etc… he even had us fill out a marriage compatibility test. All in all, by the time our wedding day came around, it was clear that Mitch understood who we are both as individuals and as a couple, and he was deeply invested in making our ceremony perfect. Mitch gave us very creative ideas for our unity ceremony, told personal stories that had the crowd laughing and crying in equal measure, and walked a fine line of including religion in our ceremony without making it the sole focus, which was important for us as a couple because we come from different religious backgrounds. We still have guests asking if Mitch is family or a close friend because of how intimately he knew us, and how passionately he delivered the service. He’s an outstanding speaker and has a way of putting you at ease from your first conversation with him to the moment you say ‘I do’.
  Finally, the convenience of having a quality planner and officiant covered with one vendor cannot be understated. They play off each other perfectly and were one of the most essential elements to making our day what it was. Whether you use one or both of their services, rest assured that you cannot go wrong.

  Mother of the bride here. We chose Jenna to be our wedding coordinator and were so pleased with her services! The wedding was wonderful. She handled everything so competently and was an excellent communicator. Our venue required a room flip from ceremony to reception and Jenna managed it beautifully. She communicated with vendors, offered wonderful advice and dealt with everything we needed or asked of. We recommend her highly.

  Best wedding vendor investment

  We got married in Sept 2023 and used Mitch and Jenna’s “month of” coordination package. This was by far the best investment we made during our wedding planning process. From start to finish, Jenna and our lead coordinator Miliana were professional, organized, and amazing to work with. We met at 6 months and then weekly starting 6 weeks leading up to our wedding. They walked us through our timeline and made sure every detail was accounted for. Miliana even joined me on our final venue walk through. On the day of, she made sure all decor and people were in the right spot at the right time. Our day was truly perfect, and if there was a mishap I didn’t know about it because Miliana must have taken care of it. Then, towards the end of the night they started the packing up process which was a huge help after our event ended. I cannot recommend this team enough!

  Jenna is the BEST!

  Jenna was AMAZING and we can’t recommend her enough!!! From our initial planning call up until the wedding day; she was so helpful, organized, and really helped our last minute wedding stress/nerves go away. She is professional, makes sure you have everything taken care of, and super sweet!! We truly couldn’t imagine our wedding day going smoothly without her. Her attention to details, help with setting up/day of coordinating, and being there for anything we needed allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day, knowing everything was taken care of. If you are hesitant about a wedding planner, DO IT! Working with Jenna was amazing and one of best things we did for our wedding! Thank you, Jenna, for all your help and for being part of our special day. We appreciate you SO much!!!

  Jenna was AMAZING and we can’t recommend her enough!!! From our initial planning call up until the wedding day; she was so helpful, organized, and really helped our last minute wedding stress/nerves go away. She is professional, makes sure you have everything taken care of, and super sweet!! We truly couldn’t imagine our wedding day going smoothly without her. Her attention to details, help with setting up/day of coordinating, and being there for anything we needed allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day, knowing everything was taken care of. If you are hesitant about a wedding planner, DO IT! Working with Jenna was amazing and one of best things we did for our wedding!   Jenna was my saving grace throughout my wedding planning process. She was beyond helpful and made sure all communication with my vendors was handled leading up to the wedding. She made a wedding checklist with everything you could think of and put together day of timelines. On the big day, she helped with everything! From setting up the reception room to transporting flowers to making sure our bridal party was organized and ready, she was on top of everything. Not only was she helpful, she was genuine, kind and thoughtful from the very first phone call we had and felt like a friend. I am so thankful I had Jenna as my wedding coordinator and highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! Truly the best!

  Exceeded expectations!

  Jenna was by far the best investment I could have made for our wedding. I knew having a month of coordinator would be worth it, but man! I honestly would not have enjoyed myself on my wedding day without her. We had an issue with our shuttle, and I didn’t even know about it because she handled it! There are a lot of month of coordinators out there, but what sets Jenna apart is her professional yet relatable personality. From the beginning, I felt like I was talking to a friend and when it came to dealing with vendors, she was on point. I will refer her again and again to anyone getting married!

  Jenna and Mitch's services are worth EVERY penny. We hired Jenna as our Month-of wedding planner and it was the best decision I could've made. Jenna reached out 2 months before the wedding so that we could discuss what still needed to be done as far as wedding preparation and review all the vendors we'd be using. She then took everything into her own hands and became my quarterback, taking so much off my plate.
  
  She is extremely detail oriented, very communicative, friendly, and overall just really on top of things. She's also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so confident about everything leading up to our wedding weekend. She even was patient with my groomsmen (LOL) and made sure the rehearsal and our special day ran perfectly.

  Worth Every Penny

  Jenna did so much in helping us prepare for our wedding day in the month leading up to it, as well as on the day. She was thorough is asking questions to make sure that we were prepared and took on the responsibilities that she could tell were stressors for us. If we were to do it over again, we would 100% choose her services again and recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

  It is evident Mitch and Jenna are dedicated to their clients and go above and beyond; they took time out of their busy schedules to meet with us numerous times before the wedding to help mentor us and get to know my husband I better. They also made a point to connect with our parents at the rehearsal dinner which was very thoughtful and appreciated by our parents.
  
  Mitch did a fantastic job officiating our wedding. Our ceremony was truly unique and personalized for us. We had numerous guests tell us how great our ceremony was and we owe that all to Mitch!
  
  Having Jenna as our day of coordinator relieved me from many stresses and allowed me to enjoy my wedding day.
