    This is the place!

    The Modeana Ranch is absolutely beautiful. Maria is amazing and so are the staff. From beginnng to end it was perfect. Don't miss out on this place!

    Best venue to have your wedding at!

    Maria & David have the BIGGEST hearts and the best customer service of all time. The venue is beautiful and Maria goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make your day the best and to make it look perfect for your day. It is so relaxing and they have everything you could ever need. The grooms/bridal party suites are amazing and roomy to relax in. All of our guests were in awe of this venue. PLEASE consider booking at Modeana. We love them so much and they made our day phenomenal!!

    Amazing venue

    Had daughter's wedding Oct 2020. Beautiful place! They have wide variety of decor to choose from. It was absolutely perfect even in a pandemic. Very helpful owners. So happy we stumbled on this venue!! Highly recommend!!

    A Hidden Treasure!

    I had been to 2 weddings at Modeana, Texas and loved both! When my daughter and her now husband, were looking for a venue, I told her of this little hidden treasure. They went to meet David an Maria and left with a date and wedding to plan!

    The great part about the planning is that Maria has anything you could want...BIG closets full of items to make your vision come true. She takes so much time with you to bring your dream to life!

    Lupe is their incredible assistant who is there every step for you during your special event! He took care of any need or request that popped up that evening...we never had a worry in the world!

    Without a doubt, David, Maria and Lupe made this experience a wedding of a lifetime for my baby girl. All three weddings received so very many compliments...I hear our guests in shock and saying "this is the best wedding I have ever been to!"

    It was so beautiful there! The staff were so nice and helpful! Everything was taken care of for us and I was blown away by the set up!

    David and Maria were the best! They were so helpful with anything I requested. They wanted to make sure it was my absolute dream wedding and it was! The venue was a perfect mix between rustic and vintage. Exactly what me and my husband were looking for! They allowed a rehearsal at no extra cost and for me to bring item early. Fantastic venue! Beautiful day and night! If we host another celebration, it will definitely be at Modeana!

    David and Maria are amazing people. The went above and beyond for to make sure pur wedding was a dream come true. Would recommend this venue to anyone getting marries. It's an absolute hidden jewel worth every penny we spent.

    It was absolutely amazing. The servers were right on top of everything and super helpful. Owners were awesome and willing to go above and beyond.

    Absolutely perfect!!

    The venue is gorgeous and the owners are amazing they have an amazing selection of decor to choose from and they make everything as simple as possible and they will work with the weather so if you are planning on an outdoor wedding and it rains they will move things around to have it in doors and it will look just as amazing 🤩 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE 😍😍

    Want a perfect wedding venue? That is exactly what we enjoyed on July 16th, 2017. Maria and David were the perfect hosts. In their expert hands, Modeana TX, becomes a magical place where bridal dreams come true. The pictures from our special day will make our memories of Modeana remain in our hearts forever. Thank you Maria, it was your special design touches that brought me to tears and made everything more beautiful than I could have ever hoped. This place is a Burleson treasure!

    María and her husband were very experienced and were able to help us out with picking the color scheme for our wedding and recommending us vendors

    This venue is worth every penny! David is so easy to work with and will do whatever he can to make the experience first rate! Maria has amazing decorating Skills! I didn't even expect the service they provided. They were there for any little Emergency and handled everything first rate! They are worth the extra money! Trust me! SONT even think about it you won't regret it!!!
