  Mohan from Modimel is professional and patient

  Modimel - Mohan is very patient. This is the one vendor who I connected with from the beginning and she never changed. I loved her energy, her creativeness, patience and professionalism. We went back and forth about over a dozen times. But with all my changes and nervousness she never rushed me to make a decision. In fact, she would send me pictures of different hair styles. I'm sure I was the most indecisive bride in the history of all her clients, however, she allowed me to take my time and reassured me every step of the way. The day of, she did my hair quick and effortlessly and she melted all my anxiety as we got lost in conversation. I really love her!

  Mohan did my hair and bridesmaid's hair for my wedding a few weeks ago and "EXCELLENCE" may just be an understatement. She and her assistant were extremely professional, she kept me abreast with her plans from the onset of the process - consultation to the day of - and she delivered on my vision for my special day. I got compliments ALL DAY. Thanks for being one of those vendors that provide ease for brides during one of the most stressful yet exciting times in their lives!!! ????????

  Wedding Day Disaster

  For my wedding trial and wedding prep appointments I saw many red flags. However, the biggest disappointment was on my wedding day.
  
  Her assistant was amazing and came on time. However, Mohan showed an extreme lack of professionalism and respect. During my prep appointment (a weave install), 2 days before my wedding, Mohan and I confirmed the amount of people getting their hair done (6 people including me). I showed and sent her my wedding schedule and she assured me she would be arriving to my hotel by 1pm for a 3pm end time.
  
  Around 12:50pm her assistant informed me that Mohan will no longer be doing my hair because she is commuting from another wedding in Pennsylvania , keep in mind my wedding was in Long Island. Mohan never communicated this with me and I had to reach out to her to get more information. She then explained that she would ARRIVE at 3pm to “style” my hair and attempted to change my plans to better accommodate her lateness.
  
  Due to her assistant being the only stylist present for six people, we ran an hour behind. When Mohan finally arrived past 3pm she was neither remorseful nor apologetic and did not take responsibility for being late.
  
  While I was supposed to arrive at the venue at 3:30pm, I ended up arriving at 4:20pm. I missed out on time to take pictures and had to rush to the very last minute to leave my hotel room and get to the venue. I would not recommend her services and hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake I did.
