Dennis was great to work with and provided a beautiful space for our wedding. He worked with us on changing the date due to my stepfather’s deployment being extended during Covid. The food is always delicious there and his staff is always friendly and on point.

The own was very professional. He answered all of my questions and showed me all of the venue.

This is a great place to have your wedding! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The day of the wedding, I didnt have to worry about anything because it was all taken care of. It turned out to be a beautiful ceremony and reception, even more amazing than I imagined it would be! I would definitley recommend this place to anyone!

The Mohegan was the perfect venue for our wedding. We got married January 2016. The owner, Dennis, was very professional and helpful. We had no idea about the typical events of a wedding and Dennis was great with our planning. The food was excellent (his staff even made sure we ate) and we had a lot of flexibility with the menu. I loved that there were four floors and we had access to everything. The building is beautiful and made for great photos.

We looked all over the greater Syracuse area for a venue that would meet our unique needs. Neither my groom or I wanted a cookie cutter wedding and Dennis and the staff at the Mohegan were able to meet our needs. Not only is this one of the more affordable options, but the venue itself is one of the most beautiful and classy. It is private and they are extremely flexible with whatever the request may be. They also are cooperative with many vendors and I heard from everyone that the Mohegan is a "great" place to work with. The food is fantastic and the house DJ is personable and works with your requests. A great experience and a venue that I would 100% recommend.

Wonderful place. Our original wedding venue fell through 2 months before our wedding, and Laura at the Mohegan Manor made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was amazing and the venue is beautiful. Special kudos to the wedding coordinator Laura who is simply amazing.

Mohegan Manor was a wonderful place to have our ceremony and reception. They helped make our special day a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Mohegan Manor to anyone considering them as their ceremony or reception venue.

The only thing I was disappointed with was our Wedding Cake. We had Mohegan Manor make our cake and it was the worst thing ever...it didn't look or taste how I imagined. The cost was a little hefty. Would of liked more negotiation on open bar. But it was a beautiful venue for our reception.

We had our reception at the Mohegan because of their packages. Received a discount for having it on a Friday. The DJ they provided is not the greatest because he would play the whole song so he didn't get to all of the songs we requested. He is a good person though because he sat down and went over the songs we wanted and how we wanted things to flow through the night. The food is delicious even though it's small portions; we had stations. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something not too expensive and local.

The venue is nice. However, the professionalism of staff needs improvement. Our initial consultation manager left and so did the items he promised us. Everytime we went in for an appointment, the price went up but what we recieved went down.
Dennis nickel and dimed us to the end when i literally refused to pay anymore. If we had not paid most of it off, i would have tried to find another venue.
The wedding planner was nice but had no idea what was going on. We only met her once at the 10 day meeting. She again tried to get us to pay more. I was so nervous about them getting everything setup right, that we went over nd basically set up a demo table.
On the wedding day, the place looked nice and the waitstaff was good. However, the food was not exactly what we had agreed on. Chicken parm cane out just a chicken breast with no side of pasta as requested. Steak was supposed to be served with rice or risotto, but came out over vegetables. Family told me some chicken breasts were still pink inside.
Honestly, for the price, it was not a good experience!
The whole process was a constant battle and I felt screwed over in the end. I have what we agreed on via emails and still did not get what I thought I was payig for.
Will not recommend.

If the same staff were there as when I signed that contract, I bet it would be 5 stars. I'm quite disappointed, not with Mohegan Manor, but with their MANAGER! Dennis seemed nice at first, but on my wedding day I was proven wrong. When I booked the Venue, I was told they only book one event a day, so you can choose your time slot & not worry about other events. To me, that was HUGE! So imagine my surprise when I show up an hour ahead of time [which I thought was awesome] to find a party going on! Now I could get over it as it looked like a luncheon, what really bothered me was the fact that Dennis came upstairs, to THE BRIDE, &chewed me out & yelled at me for showing up early! He ordered that we either stay up here & be quiet or get out & wait outside until our assigned arrival time of 2! I was appalled! It's bad enough what he did but he came to find me & yelled at the bride on her wedding day! I was so offended & confused. I hadn't thought it would be an issue to show up early since my wedding was supposed to be the ONLY event that day.

Also, I received quite a few complaints from guests afterwards that barely anyone received hour de vours during our cocktail party & again that not many people got cake. Apparently they only brought out a couple trays at a time & people kept getting missed.

On top of that, we did family photos in the upstairs ball room as it was windy & rainy outside, I found out after from the photographer & family that Dennis was trying to force us out of the room so they could set it up with tables! I'm sorry, you have the whole dinner time to do that! We pay you! I was becoming increasingly furious with Dennis.

Dennis was the huge problem,&it's a horrid thought that he is the manager & treated my family & I this way. He had the audacity to yell at my grandmother &try to stop her from coming up & joining me while I was getting ready.

At this time, I can't say I would recommend ANYONE to have an event here, not until Dennis is gone.

The service was very horrible the earlier the owner was not attentive at all do not help us plan our wedding at all the placesettings and the chair sashes were supposed to be put on before we arrive the day of rehearsal. it was very horrible! The ceremony space was dirty when we arrived for rehearsal I was very upset. Also
The owner was trying to Control the music and how we set things in order but overall the waitresses were very polite and attentive to us.

Very unprofessional, disorganized and did not honor their obligations and commitments. Dennis was more concerned with putting our money in his pocket then the quality of the event.
