Pastor Al did a phenomenal job for our wedding. For the wedding rehearsal, he was organized, assertive, and friendly. For our wedding day, he knew the material very well, was a clear speaker, and gave our ceremony the respect it deserved. We would also like to add that he was responsive to all of our questions via email and was a great help finding the right wording for our hand fasting ceremony. Thank you so much Pastor Al Paulauski! -

Great Officiant!
Al did an amazing job with our wedding on 09/19/20. He made the planning process so simple with his create a ceremony form, he coordinated our rehearsal, and even worked with us with our date change. The words he spoke at the ceremony were so beautiful that everyone was in tears! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Highly recommend! -

Made our day Perfect!
Al was wonderful! We got married November 9, 2019. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! He made the day perfect and did exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. He did a perfect job! We didn't have to worry about delivering the marriage license or anything. He took care of it all! -

When we were planning our wedding, one of the last things we were even considering was our officiant. With all of the other "important" things there are to lock in, this is an easy part to overlook. In Al, we found that this is a detail that should NOT be undermined.
From first meeting, Al was nothing short of amazing with his friendly, outgoing personality leading the way. We could see his strong attention to details and his organization is second to none. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Al was in contact with us, gathering all of the details that would help him help us make our day go as smoothly as possible. We were given many options for stages of the ceremony, and we knew exactly what we would be said as our wedding went along.
Al was prompt and the utmost professional in all that he did for us. He commanded our rehearsal just as he had given us the confidence that he would, and beyond. Everyone in our party knew their role, and it showed the next afternoon thanks to Al. We would choose Al over and over again to re-live the day! -

Al was everything my husband and I could have hoped for, and then some! We, along with our guests, really enjoyed his message. Our guests were really impressed by his ability to project and enunciate loud enough for those in the back to hear, even despite microphone issues. Al really took the time to listen to what it is we wanted to say on our special day and wrote a beautiful ceremony from it. He is highly recommend in our book. -

Pastor Al made our wedding amazing! From the first meeting to customizing our ceremony exactly how we wanted it, he was great to work with! He was professional and personal at the same time and really cared about our wants and needs for our ceremony. During our outdoor ceremony it started to pour down rain... Pastor Al rocked it and moved all the guests under the gazebo with us. He did all this without missing a beat and the ceremony continued. It ended up being intimate and special due to his quick reaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to officiate our ceremony! Thanks Pastor Al for making the most important part of our day, the ceremony, wonderful! -

Al is a great guy! He made the ceremony process as easy as can be! He takes the time to meet with you, write the whole ceremony outline, and answers any questions. We had a great experience with him as our officiant! We highly recommend him. -

Best officiant hands down
Having Al officiate our wedding was one of the best choices that we made! From the initial meeting all the way through the rehearsal and day of he was fantastic! We had so many compliments from friends and family about our ceremony and also how well our rehearsal was run by Al. He lets you plan out the perfect ceremony readings to fit your wishes and makes everything super easy. We can't thank him enough for the amazing job he did. We chose him initially because he officiated my sisters wedding and saw how great of a job he did at hers we knew we wanted him for ours! You will have zero regrets if you choose Al as an officiant! -

Working with Al was completely effortless and put us at ease on our big day. From the first meeting, we immediately felt comfortable with Al and his warm nature. I loved the interactive "create your ceremony " process that allowed us to tailor our ceremony to our own style. We also ended up doing a love letter box ceremony which we had never heard of before but our guests haven't stopped raving about how unique and thoughtful it was. A few have already told us they plan on doing it themselves on their next anniversary. Overall, you can't go wrong in hiring Al and you'll be thankful to have him as part of your own special day as well. -

Al was everything we wanted and more as our wedding officiant this past August. He was very friendly and organized. He brought up details we wouldn't have even considered. He was easy to contact and responded quickly. Our ceremony was the one thing we weren't sure about what we wanted- but he helped us put together the details. We appreciated the examples he provided for us and how he was willing to customize everything. It was also a huge plus being able to read through our ceremony before the day of so we knew what to expect. He coordinated our rehearsal and was so kind to everyone! Our wedding party felt comfortable with their roles. Our ceremony went smoothly and he did such a good job that multiple people asked if we knew him personally! We are so thankful we found him and highly recommend him. -

We seriously could not have picked a better officiant. He took the time to go over every detail with us to make it the best wedding ever! We had the pleasure of having Al as our officiant for our wedding on July 5, 2019. What we loved about working with Al was how personable he was and how he really cared about our special day and what we wanted. Al creates your ceremony to fit you as a couple and is very organized. He was very supportive of us as a couple with our meetings leading up to the big day. We appreciated that there were multiple meetings along with very open communication. Al was an absolutely wonderful officiant for our wedding. From our first meeting, to our details meeting, up to the rehearsal and the day of he was incredibly organized and on top of things. The Build Your Own Ceremony tool was great and allowed us to customize our ceremony to be just the way we wanted it without having to do a lot of excess work. He made us feel like he had known us forever even from the first time we met him. He brought up aspects that we would have never even thought about and ran the rehearsal for us to ensure things went smoothly on our wedding day. I have received numerous compliments from our wedding guests about the amazing job that Al did and I completely agree with them! I would highly recommend him to anyone. -

Great! Couldn’t imagine another officiant for our wedding
Al was very professional! When we first met up with him, he told us he lived in Canton. My now husband and I live in Royal Oak and we met us in Southfield. This meant a lot as it showed how much he cared to just sit down and meet with us even before we chose him! He ran through everything he did and gave us a good price for his services. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. When I needed to text him about any questions or concerns I had he always got back to me in a timely manner. When it came to the rehearsal he was very professional and we really appreciated how patient he was with our bridal party (we had pretty rowdy groomsmen haha). When it came to our actual ceremony he did a great job. When Drew and I would get nervous or maybe forget something he would politely cue us. He made us feel very comfortable on our big day! I honestly am so glad we picked him to be our officiant and anyone else who picks him to be part of their big day will be very happy. Thanks Al 😊 -

When I first started searching for an officiant it was difficult, you think in your mind how am I going to connect with someone minimally and have them marry me? It's a weird thought if you're not getting married in a church. We found Al's information on the knot and thought to just give it a try. At our first meeting I cried in a Panera Bread and knew he was who we wanted to Officiate our wedding. He made us feel at ease and like we were in good hands. His 'Create a Ceremony' site was extremely easy to use. We met with Al a total of 4 times, including rehearsal and ceremony and I would have him marry me again! He's extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of whether email or text. Thank you Al for marrying Kevin and I!
