Monica was a key part to our wedding. I am a wedding photographer myself and wouldn't trust anyone else but her with my own wedding. She showed so much love through out the entire experience. Our vendors loved her, our family LOVES her, and we couldn't be happier!! The photos captured more than just the day, they captured our hearts, our words, & our excitement. -

The wedding planning process is typically stressful and one of the first steps is vendor selection. Choosing the right vendors is critical: especially the important ones like photography.
I want to demonstrate through my review of how Monica was able to make our lives better before, during, and after our wedding. She is nothing short of world-class and I want to go over the details during each step of the process to exemplify this.
Phone call – Monica was out of town when we first contacted her, but immediately checked her schedule for her next available timeslot she was available. Throughout the entire process Monica was fantastic in emails, text, and phone calls. Having such a reliable photographer made the wedding planning process much easier!
First meeting – Monica is a genuine person and it is so easy to talk to her. During our first in-person meeting, she was an active listener and was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns. She was very straightforward of her artistic style and thoroughly went over all her service packages.
Engagement session – We have previously done photo sessions with other photographers and it felt tiring after 20-30 minutes of shooting, but it was fun when we were with Monica. Her bubbly energy and personality is contagious, and we were able to breeze through an hour engagement session like it was nothing. She is extremely meticulous in using natural lighting as well as positioning to get the most crisp and vivid pictures you can imagine.
Day of Wedding – Monica and her second shooter were able to capture both the most important moments of the wedding as well as little details that you would never be able to remember unless you see the picture. The day of the wedding went super smooth even when we made a few last-minute modifications to the schedule. Monica and her assistant helped take away stress from the day.
After the wedding – Monica took less than 6 weeks to turn the entire album of close to 800 beautifully curated pictures around. She gave us a sneak peek during the waiting period as well. Words cannot describe how happy we are with the finished product and we will cherish these pictures for a lifetime.
