  Couldn't have done it without her

  Monica was beyond amazing and helpful on my wedding day. Despite the weather and other hiccups in the wedding she never missed a beat and made sure my day went as smoothly as possible.

  My daughter was married this past weekend, and from the beginning when we started working with Monica, she always had a very calm approach to everything. When planning a wedding there's so much to think about and a lot of planning that goes into those few hours, it can be a stressful time. Monica just approached things calmly assured us everything was on schedule, she truly took the stress out of planning the wedding. She met with us when we went to the rental company for all the linens, dinnerware, silverware etc. and helped facilitate that (since my daughter and I had no idea what we needed). On the day of the wedding you don't want added stress with making sure everything is where it needs to be, etc. A month before the wedding we met, we walked through the venue and talked about decorations we wanted to use, games we wanted set up, all the vendors we had etc. Monica took notes and when we showed up at the venue 3 hours before the ceremony everything was done, we didn't have to worry about anything! Monica was a joy, smile on her face and a calm disposition made for a stress free day! It couldn't have been anymore perfect!

  Absolutely wonderful!

  Monica was ontop of all the little details, all along the way of the wedding planning process. She saved us so much stress and ensured everything went as planned! Monica did an amazing job decorating the venue and setting everything up perfectly, and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole evening. We were so lucky to have Monica as our coordinator and could not have been more happy with her services!

  Monica is amazing!
  My daughter got married at Shady Wagon Farm and Monica was our wedding coordinator, but she was much more than that. Not only was she 100% professional and thorough, but she was a joy to work with. She truly loves what she does and it shows in the way she handles details with care. She helped my daughter create the atmosphere she wanted and gave suggestions and ideas that helped pull the details together. Every vendor she recommended was fabulous and she worked with each of them to make sure every item was covered. She went above and beyond in more ways than I count and when the weather dictated that we move the ceremony inside she made that transition so seamless that we didn't have one minute of stress about it. She took the initiative to coordinate with the florist about ways to use the outdoor decorations in the indoor setting and the result was absolutely beautiful. I live in another state so I initially had concerns about helping my daughter plan from a distance, but Monica made it so easy. I was able to enjoy every step of the process because I felt total trust and confidence in her. While I know she plans many weddings a year, I am grateful for the way her organization, commitment to excellence, and kindness made it seem as if our event was her only priority. Thank you Monica for all that you did to make the day so perfect!

  Wedding Planner

  Monica made our wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined. She was on top of things throughout the process, and so calming about everything. She was flexible with what we wanted and worked with our schedule to make things work. Our day went so smoothly, everything was so beautiful, and we have Monica to thank for that. I highly recommend her for wedding planning!
