  Monique is the best!

  Monique helped us every step of the way. From planning our engagement shoot, helping finalize our day of timeline to even helping at our rehearsal, Monique’s experience really made our big day go by as smoothly as possible. Our pictures came our beautifully and were everything we wanted and more.

  ZERO flexibility and kindness

  I do not recommend Monique. I found her pushy, rigid and heartless. I had hired her for my wedding and engagement shoots. My fiance was in the US on a work visa and got laid off due to Covid-19, he had to return to India and has not been able to come back. We decided to cancel our plans to get married because we don't know when this will be over and when will our families be able to come to SF to share what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. Monique kept messaging us asking when will the events happened (pushy) after I told her our situation and that I would like her know when we knew what was going to happen. She kept messaging us. After thinking over a lot we decided that it was best to just gift the two sessions to my sisters that both live where she lives. She wouldn't have to come to SF, pay tolls and parking. I messaged her and she said that she would cancel our events and that she would give my sisters a good rate. I thought this meant she was going to return our money due to the extraordinary circumstances, but no she was just planning on keeping the money (because it was it says on the contract) and she thought I would recommend her! Dealing with her is like dealing with a lawyer, she is heartless and won't work with you, even though we lost our jobs and each other. She won't accommodate you and support you. She doesn't treat you like a human being, you are just a contract and a number to her. I am in the events industry as well and I have accommodated people in difficult situations because I am a good person and it literally cost ZERO to be a decent and kind person. It would've also costed her ZERO to allow me to do a nice thing for my sisters. Please think it over many times because you won't be treated with kindness. This is the most horrible time in my life, I've lost everything and she did not care.
