Monique was suggested by a friend of mine and I’m so glad she was able to help us plan our day. Her experience in the wedding industry showed in her knowledge and attention to detail. We felt like we had an ally in the process with her monthly check ins and open communication along the way. Day of, she was professional and fun and helped our day run so smoothly.
We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a fun and knowledgeable planner to help their big day go off without a hitch! -

Monique is the one!!!! Not only does she organize and execute your vision well but her personality is super dope! Our very first meeting was what sold us. Monique was genuine, funny and about her work! Her love for coordination shows through her hard work and dedication. She is reliable, communicates well and absolutely is a joy to be around! On our wedding day I had a concern with one of my bridesmaids and Monique said "I got it." I don't know what she did but she worked a miracle! Her team is also amazing and made my husband and I feel so supported. I would recommend a million times over, and will definitely have her for my future events. I absolutely LOVE Monique! From day one, our first conversation, we clicked. She listened to every idea I had. I trusted her direction right from the beginning and my wedding day came out just how I envisioned it (flawless). Everything went so smooth on the day! I was at such an ease because I knew I had such an amazing planner. Everyone loved her from my bridesmaids to the groomsmen’s to all my vendors. Monique was there every set of the way and did not let me down not one bit. If there was any hiccups on my wedding day I swear I didn’t know because Monique & her team was on it!For my next big event she will definitely be my planner. Her team is EXCELLENT! Having Monique Hamilton and her amazing team for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our initial discussion, we knew we were speaking with a complete professional. Monique has been a true consultant and collaborator for us – encouraging our ideas, providing recommendations that would reflect our love and also helping us be accountable to all of our deadlines. On our special day, Monique was by our side (by 6am!) and supported us throughout the day through every small detail making sure the wedding (and bride and groom) looked great, and that we got to enjoy the moment. Monique is the most detailed, organized, and responsive person to be a wedding planner. She thought of everything and delivered a show-stopper wedding. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Monique advised us every step of the way. She had our complete trust from day one. She put together an all-star team. Even when something went wrong she kept her cool and made sure that we were comfortable. Monique will be planning all my future events. -

I can't say enough about Monique and the care and attention to detail she brought to our wedding day. I became overwhelmed with the wedding planning process quickly, and once Monique came on board every question I had was addressed. Monique put our vision for the day first, There were certain traditions like the bouquet toss that we didn't want to do and Monique let us know that modern weddings can include as much or as little traditional aspects a you want. Advice like that was valuable and helped us in the decision making process. I was grateful to have her there and her great itinerary. On the day, unforeseen things happen but because of Monique's planning help these hiccups were small (like the flowers falling off my dad's boutonnière on his suit) which didn't phase me because Monique was there with a safety pin to fix it. A lot of what Monique does happens before the day and behind the scenes so that I could fully enjoy my wedding day.Monique Hamilton Events's reply:

Monique was AMAZING! Attentive, calming, organized, and comical. She kept all vendors and family/bridal party on track with our timeline for the day, she calmed my nerves as the bride when tiny dramatic things popped up, her knowledge in the field is so strong, and she gave everyone a great laugh. All our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great she was and I have already given her information to others for their weddings. HIRE HER YOU WONT REGRET IT!!Monique Hamilton Events's reply:

After our first phone call I knew we were a match and that this was somebody I wanted to work with and I could not wait to book her. She helped me with every aspect of planning the wedding of my dreams. Monique and her staff were professional, thoughtful, helpful, and fun they were really the Dream Team. From helping me choose linens to table settings Monique was there every step of the way giving me great advice and lending me her expertise. She made what could have been a hectic stressful day a wonderful, memorable, fun filled day and took every weight off my shoulders I wholeheartedly believe that my day would not have gone so smoothly without Monique and her team there I will be booking her for all my future events. If you're reading this and trying to decide if you should book her do it she is going to make your most special day one to remember and you want to have her in your corner on that day.

Monique truly went above and beyond to help plan and execute our dream wedding at the Bronx Zoo. When hiring a day-of coordinator, we thought we’d have to do literally everything leading up to the wedding and that our coordinator would just be there for traffic control for the event, but not Monique!! She met with us periodically for several months leading up to the wedding, making sure we had every box checked and offered inspiring suggestions that made our big day even more special. She is so kind, considerate, positive, motivating, and efficient, and helped us plan this wedding with as much genuine care as if it were her own wedding. We are so thrilled with Monique’s work and would recommend her services to anyone planning an event of any size. -

Best money spent!
My day absolutely would not have ran so smooth without Monique. Monique and I started working with one another about 6+ months out ensuring I was on track of everything related to wedding (from vendor contracts to my earrings). She was more than a planner, but a confidant I could bounce ideas off of. We worked on my day of timeline which was HUGE to me as I wanted a day free of rushing and stress. I did not feel ANY of those on my wedding day. My hair stylist and make up artist were blown away by the excess time we had. My photographer was excited because we were able to knock out LOTS of photos which ensured we enjoyed our cocktail hour. Monique also ensured anything I needed on my day of was taken care of (getting straws so I didn't mess up my lipstick, cleaning up hotel room after getting ready shots, finding someone at venue to adjust lighting for photos, I mean anything that was needed, SHE WAS ON IT). Those little things make all the difference. My wedding day was literally perfect and I owe so much of that to her. Thank you for everythingMonique Hamilton Events's reply:

Amazing and Exceptional!!
I booked Monique as my Day of Coordinator for my wedding celebration. She starts working way before the day of the event. Monique is kind, fun and personable. We had several meetings to discuss my desired flow of the day and she created a schedule to ensure I was able to do everything I wanted. She got in contact with all of our vendors and ensured everything went smoothly and it did! On the day of the event, Monique was involved in everything! She and her assistant were on-point! She went back and forth from where we got ready to the venue several times. Things had gotten so busy so she stepped in herself to get me dressed! On the day of the event I didn’t need to have any concept of time, Monique was on top of everything! I truly got to enjoy my day, I didn’t stress or worry about anything. I felt like a princess inside her own fairytale. She was there for me and family. My bridal party and I discussed how we wouldn’t know what that day would have been without her! She is truly amazing! Thank you Monique!! -
