Horrible management that violated our contract one day before the wedding. They extorted my husband and I by threatening to not hold the event if we didn’t pay thousands of dollars that was not agreed upon. Management wouldn’t even get on a call to discuss. Horrible people.

We were fortunate enough to work with Judy, Nesha, and their team at Montauk Lake Club. From our very first interaction to the end of our wedding weekend, everything was seamless. Judy and Nesha are such a pleasure to work with and made things simple and very fun for us; we felt like we were working with good friends from the start. They were accommodating, flexible and so amazing to work with. Everyone at MLC is warm and welcoming and helped to make our wedding weekend very special for us and all of our guests. It was a perfect wedding and if we could, we would do it all over again! We could not recommend MLC and their team more!

It was an absolutely perfect day! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding--and the MLC was so helpful getting it all planned (I was planning by myself). They catered to everything I asked for, and made really good suggestions for things I had not thought of. Everyone was very kind, the set up was absolutely beautiful and the setting was gorgeous. The chef was very accommodating and the food was excellent and lots of it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I picked the lake club for its location and how the club is set up to have your family and close friends stay all in the hotel portion with you--it felt like all our own--which was personal and just what we wanted. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy it as a get away. It was not too much of an issue for me--as most people planned early on, but it is quite far, so keep in mind it is almost a destination wedding unless you are from Long Island.

Overall, I had an incredible experience and highly recommended the MLC. I would do it again in a heart beat, and I am looking forward to returning to enjoy the MLC for years to come with my husband and share the memories forever!
