Where to begin. They are the most kind and thoughtful people to share such a special time with. They were always there to answer any questions, and trust me there were a lot during the planning process! There was a slight mix up in booking in the very beginning and to make up for it they gave us $1,000 off the venue on a Saturday in late September and allowed us full use of the cabin the day and night before the wedding and the night of the wedding to stay the night in free of charge. Nobody else would ever do this! She also works with other vendors at which if you mention that you are getting married at MFMR they will give a discount. We used Willow Key events, which is who MFMR uses and her prices were much better on many of her decor items. Debby was always keeping me up to date, checking in, and would always be willing to let me come up to the venue to set some mock tables up and create my layout for the ceremony outside and reception inside. I am so beyond grateful for this family and the special day their venue gave my husband and I. Everybody had so much fun, we had around 180 people and there was plenty of dance floor space! Besides all of those extra features you will not find anywhere else, you will not find prices like theirs either!! Most venues are easily 5k and above and with sooo many strings attached, like having to pay for their catering, food and drink services, and security if you have over a certain amount of people. MFMR was a set price regardless, and you can provide food from wherever you wish! I recommend them to ANYONE, you will not be disappointed! She is so hands on with you if you have any questions, please call them!!!
