    Beautiful rooftop venue in heart of West Loop

    We got married on the beautiful, romantic, chic Morgan's on Fulton rooftop in May of this year! We fell in love this is incredible space from the first time we saw it. It was intimate and unique, yet modern and functional. Impossible to beat the location! The food at the wedding was excellent -- lamb, chicken milanese, scallops! Such a fun and creative menu. We also loved working with Kasey throughout the planning process. Kasey was kind, transparent, professional and communicative. She helped our vision come to life. Overall, 10/10 magic all around. Highly recommend!

    A dream venue

    One of the easiest decisions my husband and I made in wedding planning was choosing Morgan's on Fulton as our venue! We knew immediately it was the perfect place - we utilized 3 different levels for our ceremony, reception, and afterparty - each with a different vibe that made the day exciting and memorable! Working with Jena was incredible - the quickest responses, phone calls, answers to any questions (even the silly ones), and she always went above and beyond to help us make things work with the space, or connect with our vendors to prepare for the big day. I highly recommend MOF not only because of it's gorgeous views, amazing food, and versatility of space, but also because of how wonderful it was to work with the team!

    Beautiful Venue, Best Wedding Ever!

    Our wedding at Morgan's on Fulton was absolutely incredible, thanks to Kasey and her team. They were so accommodating with Covid as we postponed our date; at the new retractable roof made the postponement worth it! Kasey was wonderful with final last-minute details and working with us to have our perfect day. Our guests raved about the space and the view, and we would recommend Morgan's on Fulton to anyone planning a city wedding.

    Best rooftop wedding venue :)

    We had our wedding at Morgan’s this summer. We cannot say enough great things about the people we worked with (Kasey! Larry, etc.), to the venue itself. We had the most beautiful and fun evening, and can’t wait to keep hanging out at Marvin’s next door. The rooftop is incredible. Thank you, MoF!!!

    We chose Morgan's on Fulton immediately. It had the warmth, the intimacy, and the beautiful Chicago skyline we were looking for all in one beautiful location. They were also willing for our pup Morning to share our day with us! We worked with Keely from the beginning. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to give us recommendations of her favorite vendors and peers in the Chicago wedding market. She helped us shape our wedding. Trust the experts, and trust who they enjoy working with. I had been slightly worried about the possibility of the tent having to be put up. In the end it was a bit chilly outside and there was a possibility of light showers, so up it went! And I have to say: it was a blessing in disguise! The entire reception felt intimate and warm. It was never stifled, and all of our guests were still able to venture out on the deck to enjoy the fantastic view! My husband and I could not have chosen a better a venue or a better team. My many thanks to Keely and her staff.

    Where can I start the service and experience we had this past weekend for our wedding was beyond amazing at Morgan's on Fulton. I worked with Keely during the venue tour and selection process and she worked within our budget, even allowing us to do BYOB as the last couple grand fathered into the old policy since it was in place when we originally signed. She was flexible and amazing throughout our planning process and very responsive to any questions I had along the way. Once we were nearing the wedding day, we worked with Justin their logistics manager and he was super attentive and had flawless execution. The walk through prior to the wedding was easy and Justin was able to make sure our vendors including catering, florist and DJ had all the necessary information to have a smooth running event. Also, he was a warm and kind person to deal with in the days leading up to the wedding so that made the experience even more enjoyable. Justin was able to troubleshoot some layout plans we had a few days before the wedding and came up with good solutions to make me feel at ease with the final floor plan. The day of the event Justin helped our vendor team and day of wedding coordinator get everything perfect so when we showed up the venue was spectacular. Everything was even better than we had expected and we received so many compliments on how unique and beautiful the space was. If you are looking for an event space that is different, unique and with high quality staff look no further than Morgan's for your space needs.

    Getting married at Morgan's on Fulton was the best decision we made! From the minute we stepped foot in this stunning space, we knew it was going to be the perfect setting for creating a wedding that felt original, sophisticated, romantic and "so us". It is impeccably outfitted with such personality and allowed us to pull together the most magical wedding night. Our guests were beyond impressed! Keely was amazing from first phone call to final check in- so friendly, fun to chat with, responsive and accommodating beyond. Can't recommend this space more highly.

    "Best night of our lives!"

    We picked Morgan's based on the 5-star reviews it got. Seriously. We did! ... From the excellent reviews about the staff, to the response time and FOOD.

    Then, when we took an initial tour of the venue, we fell in love immediately. And now ... here's OUR 5-star review ...

    Our guests responses:
    "The steak is the best I've ever had"
    "Your venue was perfect"
    "The vibe was amazing"
    "That rooftop looked like a movie set"

    And we felt ALL of that for being true!

    Lots go into a wedding ... but the venue could be the single most important piece to the day. We worked with Jena ... who was so knowledgeable and responsive. Seriously, over a period of a year of communication and planning, we never had to wait more than a couple hours to get a response to a question ... and it's not like Jena nor Morgan's didn't have anything going on ... they have something every weekend (and it feels like every other day.) She was busy, but never made us feel like she was too busy to answer any question .. big or small!

    At Morgan's, we LOVED the retractable roof and the views and the "vibe" of the rooftop ... so we wanted all of our "main" events of our day located there ... meaning....the ceremony and the reception/dinner, etc. Jena didn't blink with those requests. Told us we would just need about 60 min to flip the space appropriately, so the venue would escort our guests down one level to the loft room. Equally as cool of a space, and for us, worked perfectly for a 60-90 minute cocktail reception while the crew worked to flip the rooftop from a ceremony space to a dinner/reception space.

    The loft room was big enough for our 120 guests to mingle and socialize, have appetizers (which were amazing) and drinks as well as entertain themselves with a 360 Photo Booth. Perfect size!

    Morgan's then was able to escort our guests up to the rooftop seamlessly ... honestly, we got ZERO complaints about the movement piece of our night.

    So expect all of that with Morgan's .... versatility with the venue, and the different rooms you can choose from .... the friendliness and effectiveness of the staff ... and the incredible menu.

    Honestly, the menu lived up to its billing. A perfect amount of appetizer choices, entree, dessert and even "late night" bites choices. I mentioned about the rave reviews on the steak ... how can a chef cook 60 steaks perfectly? This chef did! ... Also, we have a gluten-free and vegan family, and we felt very satisfied with the choices on the menu that accommodated EVERYONE's dietary restrictions.

    One note that could help the next client.... Morgan's does have some furniture and room decoration choices for your event, which would not be an extra cost; however, we felt like those choices were very limited. We wanted table linens for our dinner and cocktail reception, as well as copper mugs for our signature "Moscow Max" drink, (named after our pup pup) ... and all of those things we had to pay extra for. Morgan's did make it easy for us, in ordering the linens, transporting them, taking them down, and they allowed us to provide our own copper mugs. Super helpful with that service. However, if you have a budget, make sure you ask some of those questions beforehand. Take a look at their rental choices on their website and ask about costs for linens, extra chairs, even specific glasses or mugs.

    We lucked out ... the weather was perfect on a Sept night for our wedding. The rooftop was perfect. The food was perfect. The service (led by Jena) was top notch.

    It led to the best night of our lives. Thank you, Morgan's!

    I wanted to be able to score Morgan's on Fulton with a 5. The start of our experience with this venue was great. Keely was great to work with. She was very communicative and professional. She was happy to answer any of my questions and wanted to be sure our wedding day was special. The entire process, up until the day of, was great. Luckily, I have a sister-in-law that has planned many events, that I was able to rely on the day of the wedding. We had a banner we wanted hung in the middle of the "aisle". I gave explicit instructions for this, but I am guessing that instruction was never noted. She had to almost argue with the staff on site for where we wanted it. If she wouldn't have been there, no idea what they would have done with it. We also wanted to make our own playlist and not use a DJ. We asked several times about the quality of the sound and how a playlist like his would work. If it wouldn't, we would have hired a DJ. The sound quality outside was not great. On top of that, the staff on site wasn't too well versed in how the software worked with Spotify. I wish they would have been more up front, previously, on how their system worked. We could have planned way ahead and stopping and playing music wouldn't have been such an ordeal. I will say, if you want a beautiful venue with a great view. This is the place! Just be sure to ask a lot of questions. As I mentioned, Keely does what she can, based on her info, to solve any problems and answer al questions. To me, our wedding was beautiful and the above were just the few wrinkles that happened that day. I'm a low maintenance bride and the above may become a bigger deal to others.

    The space was the only thing that lived up to expectations. The staff was rude, defensive, unhelpful throughout the day/night. I loved my wedding, and everything was perfect, with the exception of the venue staff and situations that arose involving them.
    1. The wrong chairs were set up on the rooftop for the reception. What should have been a, "our mistake, we'll fix it as soon as possible" issue, Keely got very defensive, tried blaming me, and finally conceded to changing the chairs to what was originally promised only after a tedious discussion.
    2. Air conditioning was not set low enough in any of the spaces.
    3. During the after party event (11pm-1am in the Studio), there was sewage leaking into the basement bathroom from the bathroom above. After searching several areas of the building and still unable to locate anyone from the venue, the maid of honor located the staff member in the sidewalk area outside of the building.
    4. The DJ had attempted to get assistance with the sound and light issues in the basement before the wedding ceremony began, but the problem was not addressed by venue staff until well after the “after hours” party began.
    b. I actually thought that one of Morgan's staff members was a guest, because he was standing around mingling on the platform on the rooftop.
    c. There were several instances where, because the point person from the venue was nowhere to be found, catering staff resulted to asking the bridal party and guests for direction as they did not know where things needed to go.
    d. General staff attitude was rude and defensive.
    5. Communication issues throughout the entire process. Keely was very slow to respond to emails, and usually didn't until I followed up first. There was a lot of back and forth communication on the floor plans, resulting from Keely not listening and not even having the correct information about my wedding.
