  Mark and his team were the absolute best videography team we could've found. We always enjoyed every conversation we had with Mark and truly felt heard and valued. The day of was just such as easy and fun experience. We opted to get an Instagram sneak peek of our day of video and were so blown away by the quality and the speed it was delivered to us. I truly cannot wait to have the full video and relive our special day again. Thank you, Mark!

  Don't overthink, just go with Mountain Fresh Films!

  We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding, and we are so happy that Mountain Fresh Films was able to film our special day. For the busy couples who need a TLDR: Mark provides attention to details, communicates well, is very kind and understanding, and will take his time to ensure that he understands your expectation for your special day.
  
  Attention to details: This is totally unnecessary on his part, but he notified us a few days prior re: weather conditions up in the mountains and whether or not there will be road closures so that we (and our guests) can be prepared in case of any detours. You can tell that he really cares about his clients.
  
  Communicates well: He made sure to schedule an introductory meeting with both me and my husband, PLUS a follow up meeting closer to the wedding to make sure that all the details are ironed out. We were able to reach out to him via email, phone, and text especially closer to the big day. And he was also prompt with his responses, and is generally very easy to talk to.
  
  Kind and understanding: He worked with us in creating a package we really wanted. My husband was very particular in what he wanted captured, and Mark was kind enough to create an individualized package that was excellent and fair in pricing. We are so thankful for him, as budget is one of the more stressful areas in wedding planning!
  
  Overall, don’t overthink it and hire Mountain Fresh Films for your big day. Mark has years of experience, and he will surely help you through one of your most special (and stressful) day.

  Quick and to the point review for those who don’t have time to read a lot:
  Mark Cade, of Mountain Fresh Films, is awesome! He is a wonderful videographer and person overall! Working with him was both easy and stress-free. He is polite, patient, and professional from beginning to end. And he is PASSIONATE about what he does. The second shooter he hired for our wedding was also very polite, patient, and professional! By the quality of staff he hires, this just showed us how much Mark values good work and serving his clients with the best. He is exactly what a bride and groom needs on their special day. My husband and I are SO lucky we found Mark and we have absolutely NO regrets. Go with Mark and you will NOT be disappointed. Wishing whoever is reading this a stress-free wedding and happy marriage. :)
  
  Detailed review for those that want to know a little more:
  Contacting and communicating with Mark was very easy! He responded to my emails pretty much immediately and never kept us waiting. He always let us know if he was going to be away at any time and couldn’t respond right away. Even with that, he responded quickly. What we loved about him was his very clear communication. I am a planner and I like to ask a lot of questions to make sure I get every detail. From my first email inquiring of his services to the day before the wedding, I was asking him questions and he was responding to them all. Never did he ever make me feel like I was being a bother and that I should just stop asking him questions. He is welcoming of any questions you have and will answer all of them patiently and kindly in a timely manner.
  
  On the wedding day, he and his second shooter were on-time, professional, and they never got in the way of our family or guests. They blended in the background and on the sides while taking video as to not interrupt conversations or the ceremony. He never asked anyone to pose or fake something for the camera. He is all about capturing the real and organic stuff, which we like. He was polite to our family and guests. To this day, our families talk about how polite and nice Mark is.
  
  Because COVID was still lingering and vaccines were still pretty new at the time, we asked if he could wear his mask for the entire wedding. Without hesitation, he said yes. On the wedding day, both he and his second shooter wore masks for us the entire time. We really appreciated that because asking others to wear a mask can be quite difficult as a lot of people are opposed to it. This just shows that Mark really is all about making the couple feel comfortable and that he would do anything needed to not add further stress to the couple’s special day. Don’t be afraid to ask him for what you need or share your concerns. He is seriously such a wonderful and caring person. He not only was our videographer, but he was also a supportive friend.
  
  From our experience with Mark, we learned that he LOVES what he does. He loves videography and capturing the beautiful moments in weddings (or in any event). With that combination, he is able to produce FANTASTIC work. And it showed in our video. Normally, I would try to find samples of what other couples do and request for similar things that I’ve seen others do. However, I didn’t do that with Mark. Through talking with Mark, I felt that I didn’t need to “direct” him and tell him what he should do to capture my husband and I in the most real way. I felt that I could just let him do his work his way without worrying that he would miss something. And my feeling was right. When we watched the video for the first time, we were so impressed!!! When we watched it, we didn’t feel like he exaggerated what we or the day looked like. He kept it as real as the day was and he captured moments that we could watch for the rest of our lives. I have a hard time seeing myself on camera or in pictures without cringing. But there was no cringing when we watched the final video. There were a lot of tears and smiles, but no cringing. Don’t know how he does it. BUT HE DID.

  Amazing Experience

  Working with Mark and his team was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he took my ideas and thoughts and helped capture them beautifully to bring our wedding video to life. Working with someone who lets you have some creative input was a dream. He captured moments from our day that I would of not seen otherwise and brought me to tears. Working through a pandemic was tough enough but I am so appreciative of his kindness and patience and willingness to do all he could to help us through all the changes we had to deal with because of covid. We are beyond happy with our film and can’t thank Mark enough! We would recommend him a million times ❤️

  Mark is amazing!

  Mountain fresh films was our videographer of our wedding in May 2023, my family works in the wedding business so growing up I met a lot of videographers. So of course for my wedding I had to choose the best! And that’s why we chose Mountain fresh films. Mark put so much effort and time into our wedding video and it really showed in the videos we got back. He was able to capture so many moments that I wasn’t able to see myself.
  Mark himself is One of the kindest people I’ve ever met, if you don’t book them as your videographer you’re definitely missing out.

  Amazing Videographer!!

  Mark Cade with Mountain Fresh Films was the videographer during our wedding on July 24, 2020. Due to Covid, we had to downsize our wedding from 200 to 20 people, so we decided (pretty last minute!) that we wanted the ceremony recorded for all our guests we couldn't have in person.
  
  Even though we reached out just a few weeks before the wedding, Mark was incredibly accommodating! He scheduled two calls for us in advance so that we would know all the details for the day of the wedding. When we met him in person, he was very kind and congratulatory. He interacted well with my mom and our families as well. He made us feel special and overall so happy that we went with him!!
  
  The video itself was incredibly well done, and btw he worked super hard!!! He emailed us at 4 AM after the wedding saying that he just finished the editing for our "rough cut", and by 6 AM he sent us the link with the video! We requested a quick turn around time with little editing so that our family could watch it closer to the wedding time, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Literally we could not be be happier.
  
  Personally, such a kind person. Professionally, he was hard-working, cordial, and overall incredible! Everything you could ask for in a wedding vendor!!

  This man is legit

  My wife Stephanie had her eyes set on Lake Arrowhead for our wedding and we were referred to Mark Cade from the venue. When I first contacted him he was working in Australia. Despite the time difference we had no problem communicating and he was very professional throughout the entire process. We negotiated a very fair price for his services and he showed up early with his team and left late on our big day. He even set up a web link so my wife’s family in the Philippines so they could watch our ceremony that same day. The highlight film was CRISP!   Amazing wedding videographer!!!

  I am so happy I hired as my wedding videographer. As everyone knows planning a wedding is expensive and everything adds up. However, skipping on a wedding video is NOT the way to go. The day goes by so quickly and there’s so much going on it’s easy to miss things. Having the video is so helpful to see all little moments of the day. It wasn’t until watching the video I really heard the toasts that we’re given at my wedding and truly special they were. Mark did such a great job on the video. I seriously do not have any complains. Again, so happy I hired Mark, he is the best!!

  The footage that mark took of our wedding was remarkable, highly recomend the drone .Mark was very professional and pleasant to work with.

  Have to say if anyone is looking for a videographer Mark and Mountain Fresh Films is the way to go! My husband and I eloped so decided to do a video for all the loved ones we left behind. This was by far the best purchase we made with our wedding! We both fell in love with Marks energy immediately! He was pleasant and calming to work with we feel he really went above and beyond to help make our day and the memories magical. We did not feel we were working with a vendor but a friend who truly cared, which really made a difference! The video turned out more amazing than could have expected, he really hooked us up! We are so pleased with his service and the end product will definitely continue to go to him in the future!

  Mark is such a pleasure to work with. I loved him, my (now) husband loved him, and all of our family and friends raved about how much fun they had interacting with him as he did his thing. He definitely did not have to do that, but he did, and we got some amazing shots because he did! If you want an amazing videographer, he's your guy.   I couldn't be more pleased with Mark, his team and my beautiful wedding video. He gave my husband and I a wonderful treasure to hold onto for a lifetime! Mark is very professional and super sweet, all he wants for his clients is to be ecstatic about the final product. He gets an A++ in my book!!

I cannot get over the incredible work Mark did on our movie. It's stunning! It captured our special day in a way that is unforgettable.   Mark could not have been more wonderful! On the day of our wedding he made everything so simple. He got some amazing shots (at very flattering angles) of us all getting ready without having to create any staged moments. He captured our entire wedding perfectly! The videos were impeccable. Perfectly packaged. My and my husbands entire family are in love with his perfect compilation of the wedding. Nothing is cut out, yet nothing feels like it drags on. The video truly accomplishes its goal: allowing us to relive our wedding! He chose shots and music that were simply perfect for us as a couple. We are a little quirky making that truly impressive. And finally, he is just the nicest more accommodating guy which means the world when you have someone videotaping you on the day of your wedding. My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his work. You should just hire him! You wont be disappointed!

  Mark is a wonderful down to earth, nice buisness man!! He is amazing at what he does! My husband and I were so excited to have him film our wedding! From the moment he arrived on site he was trying to help me try to calm down after my Wedding coordinator was MIA. He explained to me that, that is what he and the rest of the Vendors were there for to pick up the slack of what the others were not doing, so in the end the day turns out just the way you always imagined it!! I will never forget that !! With Mark and the other vendors helping the distressed bride, the wedding did turn out just the way I have beed planning. He was a single man show that carried the video with him as he moved around the wedding and the dance floor. I would ask hey can you capture that, and he was right on it!! Mark told me when he meet my husband and I that we would not even know he was there, and he was so right!! We are very pleased with the way our wedding turned out and happy to say that he was apart of making this day so special!! THank you for all your patients and for being so nice and offering such kind words, we can tell you absolutly love your job!! This is what anyone would want to hire someone who loves what they do!   I was getting married at the Bridges Auditorium in Claremont, CA, and wanted to find a videographer that was reasonably priced with good quality work. I was also planning my wedding from afar on the East Coast and needed someone who would make my planning process stress-free and uncomplicated. From the get go, Mark made it a very smooth process for me from a videography standpoint. He really went beyond my expectations when it came to my wedding day. He arrived on time to my house where I was getting ready w/my bridesmaids. During the whole time he was very pleasant to talk to and got along really well with my dad. He managed to capture some really great shots yet never got in the way of our flurry of activities. He really places importance on creating the best possible piece of work and stuck through the whole day with us, while maintaining a great positive attitude.
  
  When I got my wedding DVD back, I was really blown away by how professional everything looked and his ability to capture live movement; there were some gorgeous sweeping shots of me walking down the aisle, people partying at the reception, my dance with my dad, and the list goes on. He also made sure to match up the music I had in the wedding and put it into the video, so I felt like I was really reliving my wedding over again.
  
  Thanks Mark for capturing one of my most memorable moments in my life --- my husband and I are going to be watching this video every year when it comes to our anniversary!

  Although we never had the chance to meet in person prior to our wedding, he fit right in when the wedding day came. He was very friendly, flexible, and most of all, it never felt like he was in the way of anything. He was even kind enough to stay longer than we agreed on contract, and at no additional cost! We're still waiting for the finished result, but we're confident that we chose the right man for the job!

  Mark at Mountain Video service was absolutely wonderful. From our very first meeting with him, we knew he would make sure we had an amazing video to forever document our special day. He was there early to get interviews, stayed late to make sure he captured all the great moments, and put together a great soundtrack for our wedding video. We felt he went above and beyond what was outlined in the contract, and we would recommend him to anyone we knew that was getting married.

  Mark was our videographer this past November for our wedding in Lake Arrowhead. He did an amazing job. He has a wonderful personality so it is very easy to be yourself around him while he is shooting video. He is professional, caring, prompt, and hardworking. He came early and stayed later then agreed to our wedding, which was amazing because he was truly able to capture the day in its entirety.   We hired Mark as our videographer for our October wedding. I was kind of unsure in the beginning because I was getting mixed reviews from my girlfriends. Some said a videographer was a great idea, and others said it was a waste of money. After successfully having the best wedding ever, I could not agree more with my friends that said it was a great idea. Actually, I think it was one of the best ideas we did for the wedding. We had a photographer as well, but nothing compared to the wedding video that Mark produced. It was like a true movie of our wedding. As soon as I got the video I put it in and to my surprise I laughed and cried the whole time. The movie was phenomenal. It was beyond my expectations. It took me right back to that special day and I am able to relive it over and over. Everyone at my wedding raved about Mark. They all thought he was very professional and personable. Everyone loved his attitude and great spirit. I still get compliments about him til this day. He was one of the best gifts that I could have had on my special day. Thank you Mark.
