  Absolutely beautiful

  This historic school house is perfect for a laid back rustic wedding. Mr and Mrs Dobson have done a great job renovating the space and can truly make it into what you want for your wedding. We can not wait to be married here in October.

  I cannot imagine any other place to have a wedding.

  A Historial Party

  We secured this venue for a engagement party/wedding shower in order to make up for the lost time from the pandemic. The second the bride to be walked in, she said why am I not getting married here...it’s perfect. Suzanne (the owner) made my hostess duties so easy. I was able to enjoy the guest instead of worrying about the little things.

  Wedding venue

  What an amazing venue! Beautiful backdrop for amazing picture options. All inclusive package. And the family that runs it will do everything possible to make your day special! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding venue, or even family gathering venue! Absolutely amazing!

  This event space is tucked away in the woods of Everett Springs, Georgia. Beyond the historical significance of the old mountain school, the owners Suzanne and Terry have transformed this site into a beautiful, picture perfect backdrop for your wedding, engagement party, retirement party, or even just family pictures! We have secured the site for our sons 1 year old pictures next month and cannot wait to have them done! The site is elegant and rustic, but with lots of charm! The uniqueness of what all is offered is what would draw me in as a bride. There are a variety of vintage vehicles for the bride and groom to ride away in, handmade gifts from local wood, and so much more including amazing local vendors! Definitely a one of a kind location! The owners work hard to make sure the vision of their clients, whether bridal or otherwise, are satisfied and that your vision comes to life! A great spot for sure!
