We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mike and his assistant. From the moment we first met, he genuinely listened to our wishes and concerns. His warmth and kindness made the entire process into a delightful and memorable experience, adding a personal touch that truly meant the world to us.
While we wish we could say our wedding went seamlessly, we face numerous challenges and emergencies. Despite this, Mike and his assistant, remained accommodating not only to us but also our vendors, ensuring that everything ran smoothly as possible. Their tireless dedication to capturing the moments we requested, without interfering with our other vendors, showcased their exceptional teamwork and commitment.
Their professionalism and adaptability were evident to everyone, including our vendors and guests, who all praised their ability to manage the constant changes gracefully. For instance, when technical issues prevented the fog machine from producing the desired effect for our first dance, Mike and his assistant still managed to capture the moment beautifully. Even those who watched the video later couldn't tell there had been any issues.
Moreover, they delivered our video on time as promised and were always prompt in their email responses. I would love to collaborate with them again and wholeheartedly recommend MP Wedding Films to everyone I know. They truly captured the magic and enchantment of our beautiful day, leaving us with memories we will cherish forever. -

We booked Michael in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing our wedding 2 times for the sake of everyone’s safety due to the size of our guest list being very large. Flash forward to 2022, we finally had our wedding. Thankful for Michael for being so patient all each time we postponed. On the day of, he arrived on time and immediately went to work. He is very professional and never seemed bothered by the craziness of the day as things were going on left and right. Every shot he took you can tell he had a vision in mind. Michael made us feel so comfortable and it was so easy to work with him. The final product was so beautifully done. It brought tears to my family and myself when we relived that day all over. My sisters and mom have admittedly watched the videos multiple times after they’ve received it. We cannot thank Michael enough for capturing our day! Also, the hard drive came in a beautiful keepsake box! I’m a sucker for customized things. Thank you so much!! -

Mike and his team are awesome. His work is so high quality! He is creative but still perfectly captures your day. He communicates well and is organized. If you have any doubt about using a drone, don't. If you're looking for someone who uses a drone, he's your guy. That footage is some of the coolest in our videos! His work is worth every penny. For such a large expense you want someone you can trust and someone who will deliver - you will get that with MP Wedding Films. -

We just got our trailer and feature this past week, exactly within the timeframe of our contract as promised, and we absolutely love them. We are so glad we chose MPWeddingFilms as our videographer for our wedding day. Within the first minute of watching our trailer for the first time, I was emotional and brought to tears of joy. My husband and I couldn’t stop smiling as we watched the trailer together. We’ve even had family and friends reach out to us and tell us that they loved our trailer and that they were brought to tears also. We are so grateful to Mike and his team at MPWeddingFilms for their hard work, and we would highly recommend them!
Throughout the entire process, Mike was helpful, organized, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He was always willing to answer any questions we had along the way, and he always responded to us in a timely manner. He also assisted us by thoughtfully explaining all of our package/payment options so that we could stay within our budget, and after everything, we are certain that the quality of our videos was well worth the price!
We also really appreciated Mike’s thoroughness and attention to detail. It was great that he took the time to stay in close contact with us and ask us about all the important information about our celebration. He sent us a questionnaire and made sure that he was well aware of all the details of our timeline of events, so that he would be able to capture every meaningful moment. We also loved that he encouraged us to make song choices for our videos — his video edits matched our song choices in a way that was so meaningful.
We are also grateful for the passion and compassion that Mike puts into the work he does. When things got stressful during the week and day of our wedding, Mike’s positive personality, understanding, and professionalism definitely helped us get through those challenging moments. There was also a moment during our wedding where the DJ played a different version of one of our requested songs, and Mike was able to edit the music/sound in our feature video, so that we will be able to hear the right song version whenever we want to watch footage of that special moment.
The best part was that we actually enjoyed spending time with the MPWeddingFilms team on the day of our wedding! They were supportive, positive, professional, flexible, fun, and creative! They even worked really well with our photographers, so that neither of them were ever “competing” to capture a moment or getting in each others’ way. Mike and his team actually ended up coming up with some really creative ideas with our photographers on the spot, which we now realize really helped us get the most irreplaceable pictures and videos from our special day. We really believe that working with MPWeddingFilms helped us have a more joyful and unforgettable celebration! The trailer and feature were put together and edited so well that the videos really brought us back to all the emotions and feelings from our wedding day, and that’s how we know MPWeddingFilms was the perfect fit for us.

Ren Sent on 10/07/2013At first i was skeptical on hiring videographers. Not only they are expensive, but i was also not sure if i'm going to be satisfied with their work. But when my husband and i met up with Michael Papilla, all that changed. Not only he was affordable, he was also very professional and funny. For me it is very important that you also have a good rapport with your videographer. He made us feel comfortable. I would definitely hire him again. -

I hardly noticed that he was there but yet he captured the most priceless moments of the day. I could not imagine my wedding without him. The memories that we have from that day will remain forever.
