  Service was great, they were very helpful and they help me pick up the perfect color! I really recommend this place, is not so expensive and very convenient!

  Greg at the Mountain Brook location was wonderful to work with. He made sure all of our groomsmen who were from out of town were taken care of.. including last minute alterations.

  Mr. Burch really came through for us. The groom and all six of his groomsmen live out of state, but were still able to send their measurements to Mr. Burch and get their tuxes there. All of the tuxes came out perfectly.

  We rented my husband's tux from Mr. Burch in Trussville and were extremely pleased with it! My husband is a very laid back guy and siuts are definitely not his forte, Denise took our plans and helped us find the perfect tux for his personality and build as well as our ceremony. He was so pleased with the fit and feel that we had a hard time getting him to take it off! It fit like a glove and Denise was GREAT to work with!

  Renting from Mr. Burch was a great decision. The selection was great and they were easy to work with. We had several groomsmen who lived out of town, however, Mr. Burch made it easy to submit information and make payments. I wouldn't suggest emailing them, but phone or in-person communication was great.

  The suit pants we were given were completely different than what we were shown in the store. Everyone's pants were either too long or too short. They sent the incorrect color of suits. Once that was straightened out, they had left out the tie's. We had groomsmen late to pictures because they had to make their THIRD trip to the store to receive their corrected suit. Nothing was done to reimburse for THEIR mistakes. Horrible.

  So I rented a suit for my friend's wedding. My friend had a previously bad experience with them, but I was optimistic. Upon getting fitted for the suit by Cynthia (I believe that was her name). I noticed that it was a little snug when she tightened the straps. It had been falling down and she stated that I needed to tighten the belt to allow for a better fit. She assured me that it "looked good". That evening as I was at the wedding I reached over to pick a fork off the ground and the pants split up the back. Needless to say, this was very embarrassing. I had to go the rest of the night with split pants. On top of that, I got a very unprofessional phone call from Cynthia (yes the same Cynthia that had improperly fitted my suit). She asked me what happened and stated that the boss was mad. Not been a suit store employee, I had taken her word for it that my suit was properly fitted and had (mistakenly) assumed that I could bend over in them to pick up a fork. She stated that it was not the sizing that was the problem. Interesting how she would say that, given she is the one that sized me. Now I need to pay 100 dollars to replace the pants. I was so frustrated with the conversation that I am going to pay the 100 dollars and be done with it. However, I feel as though I should give other shoppers a head's up. Stay away from Mr. Burch. They are unprofessional, and it appears that their suits are made of paper.
