  My family has used Mr. Stache Photo Booths for both of our recent events! Both times they were awesome! Replied to emails, and helped make the logo for the photo strip. They arrived on time even as the weather was pretty bad and stayed a little longer so that the line of guests could get final photo booth pictures! We had a great time and everybody enjoyed the photos! My family enjoyed looking through the album the day after!

  These guys rock! We had a last minute cancellation at our wedding for another company we hired and luckily Mr. Stache had an opening. They were able to come out and setup with only a days notice. The quality of the photos were great and the props they brought were amazing, we were able to get some good photos. They were able to give us a great deal to keep us in our budget and we really appreciated all the work they did for us. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photo booth at their next event.

  We were very pleased with the quality of the photos as well as the variety of props. Our guests had a lot of fun! Joshua (the owner) is very nice to work with and cares about his customers. He was great at keeping the props and booth area organized and was available the entire time for us and our guests. We have used and experienced many other photobooth companies at other weddings, and we feel this company exceeds every other booth we have used!! We would definitely use them again!

  Very happy with the service we received from Joshua he was very professional and friendly to my guest as they took pictures making memories for our photo album that we can go back to and remember our special day. He even provided a video of the picture taking that was very unique and fun to watch. We will recommend Mr. Stashe Photo Booths to all our family and friends.

  This company is AMAZING!!!! Josh and his staff were on time, and came armed with an amazing array of props! They don't just set up and sit down either. They interact with your guests to make sure they have the best experience possible! Let's be honest...stellar customer service is hard to come by, but Mr. Stache Photo Booths offers amazing communication, and customer service. I used them for both my wedding and my daughter's third birthday party, and have already booked them for my newborn's 1st birthday party! You and your guests are guaranteed an incredible experience if you use Mr. Stache!

  I'm not sure what was happening with Mr. Stache and other weddings recently, but I can say they did a fantastic job at mine. We found them on groupon and got a great deal with them. They were really responsive throughout the process. Also, I loved that they had an open air photobooth so we could fit more people in the pictures. As an added bonus, they asked us for our monogram. When we said we didn't have one, they took our invitations and made one for us that was awesome.
  
  I had so many people that came up to me on the day of and said they were glad we had a photobooth and they LOVED the props Mr Stache brought. They made it so you could print out as many strips as you wanted for the number of the people in the photos. We're still waiting on the flashdrive with pictures, but we got the guestbook already. The guestbook was so awesome. They brought silver pens so guests could write messages with each of their strips. It's honestly one of my favorite things we have from our wedding. Thanks, Mr Stache!

  As others have mentioned before me. He was responsive at first, but stopped all communication a 2 months before the wedding. I read all the reviews and realized that he is probably no longer in business. I had to scramble to find a new vendor and lost my $200 for the deposit.

  I would NOT recommend Mr. STACHE. Initially he was very responsive by email. The closer it came to my wedding date, he was NOT responsive at all. I emailed with no response and called. I always got his voicemail and left a voicemail with no return call. I finally got a response days before my wedding and I replied immediately to ask him to call me. I needed confirmation and to discuss details due to the other poor reviews I read about him no showing to recent events. He never responded via phone or email. I posted a warning to all Austin area people in a facebook group to which he saw and responded and said that he would not show due to the comment. He said he would refund my money and now again will not answer emails or phone calls. I will definitely take legal action and suggest you not worry yourself with such an unprofessional company.

Following the day of my event I've been calling and emailing, and i have not gotten a call back or any kind of response, not even an apology for taking my payment in full and not showing up for one of the most important events of my life. Initially when i inquired, josh was very responsive via email and phone, he even emailed me my contract very quickly and accepted my payment in full, however the days leading up to my event he became nearly non existent, with responses like, I havent gotten back to you because I'm so book up with other clients, and then followed it with "i could be charging you for these additional services."
  
  Long story short, I am still waiting on my 460 refund which i have yet to hear about. The only thing i can say is this company is nothing short of fraudulent, and if you are looking for someone reliable I urge you to keep looking, because he may show up or he may not... he may just keep your money. The only thing i regret for the day of my wedding is choosing this vendor.
