  MUGS Party store was a perfect match for us! We were able to pick and choose what we wanted included on our bar menu. Our bartender was professional and respectful to our guests. All of our drinks were exceptionally made, and our best man enjoyed them so much he didn't even notice he twisted his ankle until the next day! They were the perfect addition to our wedding!

  Very professional and friendly service

  Mugs was so great at our wedding, they were professional and genuinely seemed to enjoy serving our guests which helped make the whole experience of the day that much better. They were very reasonably priced and would definitely recommend!

  The bar selection and pricing was amazing!! They were so fast with setup and teardown and were incredibly professional through the whole evening! top notch service!

  The bar was a big hit! They provided a refund for anything that wasn't opened, and the bartenders were friendly and good at what they were doing! Plus they have worked with our venue many times before, so everything went smoothly :)

  MUGS provided bar service for our wedding and they did a wonderful job. They accommodated everything we wanted, Melissa was thorough and communicated clearly about everything. The day of the wedding our bartender Jordan was great! Everything went exactly as we had hoed and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Mugs Party Store! They bartended our wedding on May 12 in Zeeland, Mi. To say that I was impressed with their service is an understatement. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with and made you feel like part of the family! She showed her genuine excitement for our upcoming wedding every time I talked to her. She was beyond accommodating for our demands for the wedding, I even texted her the morning of the wedding and she threw on some extra stuff that we wanted. The bartenders did an amazing job, making sure everyone had everything they needed and were super professional! They were also super quick to return the portion of our payment that we didn’t end up using. I would highly recommend Mugs Party Store for any wedding reception needs!

  Mug's provided the bar service for 2 weddings in the past 5 months. They did an EXCELLENT job! They are extremely helpful with planning what is needed, offer an excellent value and went above and beyond our expectations! Thanks for all your patience with our "coke requests":-)

  UNBELIEVABLE how amazing this place is for all of your beverages needs. Melissa was fabulous to work with, our bartenders we're amazing and when we got the bill the next day we were speechless about how cheap it was. I would recommend this place full heartedly for anyone.

  Was able to book alcohol and a bartender about a week before the event, and was still able to get a couple pony kegs of founders and angry orchard there. Reasonably priced, the service was good and everything was ice cold. The only real issue we ran into was the bartender arrived and set up earlier than intended. They were only booked to be there after the food service at the reception, ended up there before food, so alcohol started being poured early as well as the soda they brought was used rather than the soda purchased by us. Both issues were quickly taken care of though, and we weren't charged for either issue, which is a big plus. The only other hassle was communication. When I initially tried to book on a weekday at 2pm, I was told the person I needed was out for the rest of the day, and to email. The contact form on the website was busted, so I had to email direct to book. After the event to pay for it, I had called in the morning the Monday afterwards, and the person that did the billing took the invoice home with them, meaning I had to follow up the next day. Neither are big hassles, but you'd think they'd make it easier to book and pay. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend.

  It wasn't bad but it wasn't very spectacular. We specifically discussed that the bar would open right after the ceremony but for some reason the bar was opened before my wedding? So in turn, in the middle of our pictures we were told that we were almost out of beer. Which didn't make me very happy because the bar was NOT suppose to be open. We also asked for a "signature drink" that would be served in a big pitcher, they made it once and then never made it again so I never got to have any ( it was pretty much gone before my wedding started- you can understand my annoyance SINCE THE BAR WASN'T SUPPOSE TO BE OPENED) In the end I guess it is what it is, I wasn't very impressed.

Bar tender labor went from 18.00hr for 4 hrs of work to 35.00hr for 14 hours! I know from the beginning with the unanswered emails, poor customer service, and outlandish price jumps, I should have found a different vendor. Not to mention they are charging for ice to cool the beer I'm purchasing from them! Insane!! My worst fear is after all is said and done, MUGS will not show up to the reception. I will be amazed if they are just late and screw up all the beverages!! I am not recommending MUGS unless your running in the party store for a punch in the face!!
