She was so helpful and made alot of suggestions without being pushy. I will definitely go to Mullins for all my future rental needs. -
User1914478 Sent on 11/10/2014I contracted Mullins Special Occasions to rent ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, and linens from for my recent wedding. Working with them was easy- all the staff were very professional, and their showroom was beautiful!
The delivery on the morning of our wedding was prompt- someone forgot to load one certain tablecloth on the truck for us, but the delivery worker immediately returned to get it.
Mullins was also very flexible, allowing me to change the number of ceremony chairs I needed practically up until the day of my event! -
User1697574 Sent on 07/06/2014We used Mullins to rent chaffing dishes for our reception, a hear shaped table for my Husband and I to sit at at the reception, and several different other pieces for our wedding. We were extremely pleased with the service we received when we went to pick up and take back our items, as well as with the quality of the items. Everything was great, and made our wedding day that much better. -

The staff was wonderful and thorough. We rented table cloths and white chairs from them. My only issue was many of the chairs were dirty upon arrival. Some of them had bird poop on them even 🙈. Honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. They helped our day look so gorgeous and I’m very thankful for their service. The tablecloths were wonderful also and the staff delivering were so great!Mullins Special Occasions's reply:

User1185890 Sent on 06/03/2013When booking Mullins, they were very willing to accommodate our odd requests and helped us keep costs down (we had our rehearsal dinner in the same venue as the wedding so we used some of the same equipment). However, when it came time to drop stuff off for the wedding, the workers dropping off did not want to stay for set up even though we paid for it. Apparently they did not originally see the 'set up labor' charge on the bill. This was a huge annoyance since we used a ton of pipe and drape which is not easy to put up. One worker ended up staying behind to help set up and was obviously just a high school student on a summer job who had no idea what he was doing. Also they were about 15min late for pick up and were very slow on pickup. The products they provided were fine and reasonably priced but I would recommend calling day of or day before to verify set up if you payed for it.
