    Mutt's is close to home and we have loved eating there for lunches and dinners, so when we decided on a BBQ buffet for our wedding we knew it should be Mutt's. I emailed Randy and he put us on the calendar saying we could come in at any time, speak to any manager, and make sure everything is set. We came in later that evening and confirmed the details. We were able to add salad to the order, which isn't advertised but not much extra. Will update after the wedding, but so far so good. :)

    Mutt's BBQ was the best! They were so friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer any questions you had before the event. They have an option to upgrade your plastic ware so it's more wedding appropriate (clear plastic, no sections). They got to the venue when they said they would and had everything set up perfectly when the reception started. It was the best wedding food I've ever had! Everything was still hot when you ate it too! They also provide drinks and kept the drink station replenished the whole time! I can't say enough about them! Would definitely recommend to any bride for an easy & affordable option!

    Mutts was wonderful! They were very professional and communicated with us so well while planning our wedding. We were even given the silverware early so I could wrap it in twine! They were so flexible & easy to work with. Great value & fabulous food!

    They were wonderful! Absolutely delicious BBQ, and they even made sure that we had appetizers and drinks while the family and bridal party photos were being taken. We certainly got our money's worth and they made it extremely easy!

    Mutts catered our Friday evening wedding and it was great! The value is right along with any other bbq place, but their service was excellent. They were there right on time, set everything up and used nice warming trays for a better look. The catering came with a free hour of a staff member to help ensure food is stocked and everything is running smoothly. We did not think to have to go containers for the leftovers when it was time for him to go, so he waited for someone to go buy some and come back. He was very willing to wait leaving him to stay over an hour later. Very nice and friendly employee, very fresh and good food, will definitely use them again.

    Discouraged

    We had Mutts cater our wedding in Nov 11, 2018. We were starting to eat when our photographer brought us a chicken leg that was undone and still had blood in it. Almost as soon as she brought that to us several other guests came over to us showing us extremely pink chicken. There were at least 8 pieces of chicken that they had gathered. I went and their caterer George grabbed me and said he was so sorry that he didn't recall this ever happening with him before and that he was extremely embarrassed and told us to not eat the chicken. The other caterer that was with him took a picture, which management now says doesn't show anything. George used that caterers phone to call Randy, the owner. When he handed the phone to me Randy was no longer on there. George told me that he'd have Randy call me at 10 am the next morning. Around 4 pm the next day there was still no call from Randy. We went to the restaurant and spoke with Michelle and John. Who told us they were sorry but that was all they could offer us that we'd have to speak to Randy and that they'd have him call me Tuesday or We'd morning. That they were at dinner with Randy the night of our wedding and were trying to figure out how that could have happened. I waited on the phone call from Randy until a few minutes ago at which point I called the restaurant. Upon speaking with Randy he argued with me about the chicken. Said he went the restaurant that night and went through all that chicken and that it was lightly pink because it was smoked. I told him that the chicken I saw was very pink and there was blood in some of it. Then he told me that he didn't speak to George the night of the wedding and also that he was out of town. Yet, he went to the restaurant and went through the chicken. When I told him that Michelle and John had said he was at dinner with them that night...he got very upset and told me to get money from Michelle and John then and hung up on me. I've read some of these reviews and see I'm not the first customer he's done that too. Keep in mind that I just paid this man $1230.00. He also informed me prior to him getting upset that he'd talk to me in a few weeks that he was too busy right now. So, tell me as a paying customer why in the world am I not more important than that? That shows me he doesn't care about his customers. Randy, I don't need your money. I don't want your money but as a business owner who provided a paid for service you'd think you'd want to make this right. You have my number on my catering sheet. I will wait a few weeks for you to call me before I move forward with this. This could have already been taken care of.
