Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but with MBW events by our side, the entire experience was transformed into a wonderful and seamless journey. From the very first consultation, she listened attentively to our vision and budget, and then went above and beyond to make it a reality. MBW Events planned our wedding as if it were her own and turned our dreams into wonderful reality and we can’t thank her and the team enough for that!
Vasso’s expertise and connections were invaluable. She helped us find the perfect vendors who fit our style and personality, and ensured seamless communication and coordination throughout the entire process.
MBW events is not only incredibly professional and organized, but also warm, friendly, and was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns. She truly cared about making our wedding day a dream come true, and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication.
We highly recommend MBW Events to anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding planning experience! -

Best wedding planning experience we could have asked for!
I could not praise the team at MBW more highly. They really went above and beyond. We worked together for a while as our wedding was postponed from 2021-2022 due to covid and we had initially started all the planning in 2020.
Throughout this whole period Vasso and her team (Stella was her principal assistant on my wedding) were fantastic.
In terms of communication they immediately responded to queries/emails/whatsapp questions, even out of hours. They were very good with chasing me when I forgot to reply but also weren’t too insistent, nothing was stressful with them and it felt like an easy flow. When eventually I did start to get wedding jitters and was stressed about various things (also wedding things that weren’t their responsibility) they even made time in the evening to call me and help me work out what was stressing me and providing solutions until I felt reassured and relaxed.
I am so grateful we went with MBW events because they made a great effort to get to know my husband and me and to really figure out our individual tastes and styles. They were also flexible every step of the way, adjusting plans according to exactly how we wanted things. The end product truly felt like us and we are over the moon! They are a creative bunch. When we had to cut down the budget a little they were able to make cheaper changes that still looked fantastic and didn’t damage the end product.
They work with excellent vendors - we were so satisfied with every aspect of the wedding from the tableware to the flowers, the catering, the DJ, the lights and the whole flow of the wedding.
Honestly we are so grateful and couldn’t have envisioned a more magical day.

Absolutely fantastic!
Vasso and her team at MBW Events were absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience of planning my wedding! From the other side of the world (me based in Australia and the wedding in Greece), I had complete confidence that my wedding was going to be as incredible as Vasso had envisioned and it absolutely was.
I gave the team creative control and they planned my wedding from start to finish better than I could have imagined! The attention to detail with every aspect of the decoration and planning was incredible.
Along with their amazing planning and execution on the day, everyone was so friendly and lovely to myself, my partner and every single one of our guests.
I would definitely use MBW Events again without hesitation and I cannot recommend Vasso and her team highly enough.My Best Wishes Events's reply:

SIMPLY E-X-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-A-L- MBW Events exceeded expectations; creating a sophisticated, personal and FUN wedding planning experience. From our first skype call one world away to meeting in person and organically feeling that we’ve known and trusted each other for a lifetime! Vasso and her team, the kind, hard working and creatively beautiful team build a wedding experience that not only my husband and I will cherish; but both of our families.
Our wedding was created from a blank canvas. We chose one thing, the location which was on the iconic island of Sifnos in Greece. MBW Events dreamed up our whole event(s); helping choose the locations, caterers, waitstaff, cutlery, dj, makeup and hair, transportation, all interactions with our exquisite vendors.
The wedding was beautiful and most importantly for us, elegant. Thank you MBW Events for everything; but most importantly for making the day ENJOYABLE, not stressful and UNFORGETTABLE.
MBW Events, you love what you do, you do it with the utmost professionalism, and you do it with SO MUCH LOVE; thanks for sprinkling so much of that love for Josh and I!

I will not write about the obvious, which is how unique and magical MBWE’s weddings are. Everyone can see that from their photos! I will write about how they made our wedding planning seem more carefree than a walk in the park! Vasso (and her team ofcourse) is the perfect combination of the professional/friend that you want to have by your side every step of the way. When she tells you “You just worry about looking pretty and feeling happy” you know that she means it! Even when we had some issues with the venues that me and my husband wanted, Vasso was always positive that everything would be perfect no matter what (and ofcourse everything WAS perfect!). There was not a single moment that me or my husband were stressed about anything because we knew that everything was under control. I wish I had examples to share with how MBWE managed to avert crisis (which I am definitely sure there were a lot) but we never heard or had to deal with anything! Seeing Vasso and her team waiting for us when we arrived at our wedding party, was one more reason to be even happier! Vasso, a simple thank you is just not enough... we love you! xxx -

Carla Sent on 03/13/2018Vasso and the extended My Best Wishes events team planned and designed my wedding in September 2017. We gave them such a hard task with the location (rural village on an island) but they surpassed our expectations on all fronts. Everything was beautifully and professionally executed. They thought of every problem/solution ahead of time. MBW events were a dream to work with from start to finish (especially as we are based in London). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone planning a wedding in Greece.

My wedding took place during the first days of the impose of capital control in Greece, in an island far from Athens (Ikaria), and still everything was very professional and without any issues.
