  My Daisy Catering

  I had a short 6 weeks to plan a wedding for my son. I contacted several caterers and went to several tastings. The 1st tasting I went to the food was clearly from a freezer.. Another tasting I went to the vendor never contacted us back. When I contacted My Daisy Catering she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed my worries were over. I felt so confident in her abilities after speaking with her that we did not even do a tasting before the wedding. The food was absolutely amazing our guests were so happy and we couldn't be more glad that we went with My Daisy Catering!

  Fantastic Catering Experience

  I have been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, primarily with high end restaurants and luxury resorts. This means I have higher than most catering expectations. HJ with My Daisy Catering was recommended to me via the local wedding and event industry. I was expecting to interview 2 or 3 caterers before making a decision on the caterer for my son and daughter in law’s wedding. Due to HJ’s responsiveness, professionalism, catering guidance including menu recommendations, I did not need to look further. From planning to execution the catered event was seamless, including EARLY arrival for a 10am ceremony, HJ and her staff DELIVERED! The presentation of the brunch buffet was delightful and stylish while the food items were all delicious. The team of bartenders/servers were gracious, attentive and helpful. I really can’t say enough about the process of working with My Daisy Catering and the end product she provided.

  Excellent service

  The food was priced fairly, tasted wonderful and the service very professional. HJ and her team arrived early and stayed until she was sure we were comfortable. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and I will definitely use her again.

  Amazing is the best way to describe My Daisy Catering. They are always personable, professional and accommodating. I have used HJ Temple with My Daisy Catering for many catering events through the years. All food is fresh, delicious and the table decor is always beautiful. HJ works with me to customize the perfect design and menu for my event. I never need to worry about a thing. It is always perfect to the last detail!!!!

  Excellent recommendations on menu and prompt return inquiries and service prior to event and the day of. The food buffet table that she prepared was very visually appealing and she supplied plenty for our small party of 15 with everyone having 2nd's in most cases. HK also assisted us in advising set-up on the day so the reception area and worked quickly with us to get everything set perfect. Event was at 1906 in Whitesboro so she is very familiar with that venue. Will use her services again in the future and grateful that she helped so much! Would highly recommend!

  Absolutely Fabulous!

  My Daisy Catering has catered events for our church and most recently our daughter's wedding. HJ and her staff are wonderful to work with and they make your guests feel welcomed as well with their friendliness. But that's not the best part....the selection of food items My Daisy Catering has is top notch!! The ingredients, freshness, and quality of her menu is outstanding. HJ says it best...."I am a personal chef who happens to cater!" She is so right about that! Thank you, also, for the beautiful way you display your serving tables. Stunning!!

  A pleasure to work with

  Chef HJ from My Daisy provides top notch service and product. She has catered many successful events for us. She is collaborative and is great at implementing our ideas into the menu and presentation and she also brings her own great recommendations as well. I highly recommend!
