    Perfection

    Melanie of Mystical Rose Flowers wonderful to work with. She listened carefully to what type of flowers and the design style my daughter wanted for bouquets and centerpieces and ceremony arch for her wedding. She showed us various options and discussed the best options for us for the time of year we would need them. I was clear to me when we first met that she really knows her flowers and how different flowers will look when paired together. The proof of her knowledge and artistic skill was evident when she put together flowers which were unbelievably beautiful. They were the perfect match for my daughter's style, the wedding venue and time of year.

    Words and to be honest, pictures can't do justice to how lovely they were. We were able to bring home many of the bridesmaids bouquets and enjoy them for a full week before we reluctantly composted them.

    On another happy note, we made a slight change to our original contract/order about 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding and we received a refund since not as many flowers were actually ordered. Her honesty is refreshing.

    I highly recommend Melanie for flowers for any event.

    Mel did an absolutely fantastic job for the flowers or our wedding. The bouquets were simply stunning and the table arrangements perfect! I sent Mel some ideas from Pinterest and she took them and made exactly what I was picturing for our special day. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mel as she made the entire process easy and simple and was one less thing that I had to worry about. She is a gem and I would highly recommend her to any bride!

    I had a great experience with Mel as my florist! She made my bridal bouquet, my bridesmaid bouquets and a few corsages. She was very responsive and really worked with me to help me stay with in my budget and pick out my dream flowers. She was patient with me as I went back and forth until we found the perfect combination. The final results were just perfect, she did a wonderful job! And all that great service for such a reasonable price. I really appreciate how great and easy she made this part of the wedding planning process.

    Mel did an outstanding job with my bouquet and the flowers for the wedding party. From the initial telephone consult, she was patient and helpful in discussing different flower types and colors to match my vision. She delivered them to my house the day before the wedding with tips on how to keep them fresh for the big day! The arrangements were well done and the flowers lasted all day with no wilting. I would highly recommend Mel for your big day!

    Working with Mel was an absolute breeze! The arrangements were beautiful, service was excellent, and the most affordable florest I came across who delivered top notch flowers for our special day. I sent photos of what I wanted and she delivered better than I could have dreamed! Thank you in helping to make our day complete!

    Working with Mel from Mystical Rose Flowers was awesome! I came to her with a vision of exactly what we wanted for the wedding, and she made it happen. By far the best priced florist I could have worked with. We bought vases off a wholesaler website for her to set up. Mel is so sweet and kind, and clearly loves her job. She is enormously talented, the centerpieces looked even better than the Pinterest photos that I gave her! I would absolutely recommend :-)

    Melanie has been a delight to work with so far! She has been great about conversing with me via email, Pinterest, and phone to get a good picture of what I envision as my perfect wedding flowers! She has also been amazing about working within my very small budget to create my vision. Her passion for what she does and making weddings affordable for all brides is so wonderful. I can't wait to see the final product on my wedding day!

    I LOVED working with Melanie and Mystical Rose Flowers! Mystical Rose Flowers perfectly executed my grand floral vision while staying within my budget. Melanie's business model allows her to produce amazing floral arrangements at a price point that is much lower than traditional florists. To save money, she even allowed me to purchase my own vases instead of purchasing them through her. My husband and I had a wonderful time searching yard sales, thrift stores, Ebay and Goodwill for unique vases.

    Mystical Rose Flowers created all of my wedding flowers but the piece that left me speechless was my wedding arch. It was absolutely beautiful!

    Melanie is very responsive and helpful and she provided great guidance as my vision for the wedding changed. She was also one of the few vendors that I worked with that understood the difference between a wedding and a marriage. Melanie gave me a lot of great advice for starting off the marriage right. I truly appreciate Mystical Rose Flowers for the beautiful and affordable floral arrangements and I truly appreciate Melanie for being a beautiful person.

    Mel was amazing we totally did this last minute gave a budget and gave an idea of what we wanted and she pulled it together got the contract to us we filled the contract out all the centerpieces were there and there was no hassle at all. Further they were incredibly beautiful and I hear from my wedding planner that other guests saw the beautiful centerpieces and asked for the card to the florist.

    Melanie's flowers for my wedding were gorgeous. I showed her my Pinterest board and she told me about the different flowers, their cost and availability. When I saw the bouquets I was super excited, they were exactly what I was looking for, for less than half the price of other vendors. It was also great to be able to support a small home based businesswoman!

    From the minute that we found Melanie Cameron of Mystical Rose Flowers, she went out of her way for us -- from meeting us at a diner for our initial consultation at a convenient time, to taking us along on a trip to the floral warehouse so that we could look at flowers, to using her creativity to stay within our budget and achieve the look we wanted. She had suggestions about types of flowers, colors, and was flexible when we wanted to scrap a few items (like a garland) close to the wedding. In the end, the bouquets were gorgeous, my husband LOVED his boutonniere, and we got lots and lots of compliments on our centerpieces. We had requested the inclusion of some elements like succulents and ornamental kale, and she knew what other flowers to suggest to make it all come together. To top it all off, her costs came in at less than half of some of the other florists' estimates.

    Mel did an AMAZING job with my centerpieces. She pulled off the vision I had and I received many compliments. My venue had a vintage Victorian feel and the floral arrangements pulled off an elegant look.

    Incredible Beauty provided cost-effectively

    The flower arrangements, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and crowns that Mel provided were each one exquisite. Mel's advice about the reception flowers was invaluable, it looked fabulous and was manageable financially. Mel worked with us to help us find a way to have all the flowers that we wanted. We got a quote from another florist and were only able to afford bouquets. Mel helped us to find ways to have flowers at our reception and the wedding for the same cost. Each bouquet and arrangement was beautifully created and lasted for days. She has so much wisdom to share on making a wedding what you want it to be when you don't have a huge budget. Thank you, Mel!

    Mel really helped make our flower visions comes to life for our wedding. I cannot say enough great things. Her expertise in the market really helped provide valuable suggestions and she worked with us and our budget. The flowers exceeded my even wildest expectations.

    Her business is really growing rapidly, and I think in an effort to help as many couples as possible she ended up having a number of events on our wedding day. However, she worked with her team to make sure that everything was in place and delivered the flowers on time and within a very limited delivery window from our venue.

    We received countless compliments on our flowers and I truly feel they pulled the wedding together. Thank you Mel!!

    Mel at mystical rose was easy to work with and my flowers were amazing. I simply showed her pictures of what I liked, she ordered them in bulk and saved me a ton of money. Also, they came our even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I rated her a 4 on responsiveness because there were a couple times where I emailed her and didn't receive a response back and my planner has to hunt her down. Overall it was an easy process, well worth the money and more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend Mel at mystical rose!!

    Mystical Rose Flowers provided the bouquets and boutonnieres for my September 2014 wedding. The bouquets exceeded my expectations - they were beautifully done and the flowers were fresh and lasted for weeks! My only complaint is that the florist would not deliver my order so I had to pick it up the night before my wedding. I was given no instructions on how to keep the bouquets and boutonnieres fresh so the boutonnieres did end up wilting about an hour into the wedding.

    Just wanted to say that our wedding flower arrangements were beautiful. We had centerpieces, bouquet, boutonnière, and two large sprays for the altar. All of the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and even better than I imagined them to be. I loved the hydrangeas on the large spray arrangements. Our guests commented on how nice and elegant they were and Melanie delivered them on time.

    So I picked this vendor for the value, since I paid about 600 total. Ms. Me was originally pretty responsive and on her game however I think as the wedding season busied up she was slower with the responses since she was busy. She also runs St. Anthony's Bridal so that may be part of the reason. We ordered the centerpiece flowers, corsages, bouquets and lapel flowers from her.

    The bouquets were beautiful, however the stems were too long and not completely wrapped in floral tape and some of the pins poked me thus I had to readjust them. My groom stated that the boutonnieres were somewhat hard to put on due to the amount of floral tape used. She, unfortunately forgot the centerpiece orchids, however luckily one of my friends was able to pick them up from her house. Additionally she had a last minute commitment come up a week before my wedding and thus requested that the flower delivery time be changed, which did give me some panic. Overall if you're a more laid back person, this vendor would work out perfectly, however if you're kind of an anxious perfectionist like myself then you may have some heartburn, still at the end of the day the amount that I spent for the quality of flowers was worth it.

    Mel was a recommendation from a friend. We were unaltered really excited about having Mel as our florist. Unfortunately, there were months where we didn't hear from her. When we finally did hear from her we decided it was a fluke. On the day of the wedding she arrived at the venue and had forgotten all of the men's lapel flowers. She had plenty of time to go home and get them but was already too concerned about another delivery. I was so disappointed that she wasn't focused on rectifying her mistake of not bringing any of the men's flowers. Thankfully my wedding coordinator made arrangements and the flowers arrived on time.

    I’m still pretty upset with this vendor, so here it goes. We booked Mystical Rose for our wedding because Melanie was willing to work with our budget and after seeing some of her work, she seemed fit for the job. We were so detailed and precise with what we wanted and how we envisioned our centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres to look. Melanie was aware of our wedding day timeline and having so much experience with weddings- I figured she would prioritize her time wisely. On our wedding day, she was on time to our church but literally just dropped off our bouquets, boutonnieres and flowers for the pews, when she was supposed to stay and decorate the pews. My now husband, called me when he arrived to the church and asked why Melanie was not there. When I called her, she told me that as she was trying to decorate the pews, our priest asked her to leave. This should’ve been a red flag for me, I later spoke to our priest about this and he said that he never asked anyone to leave. Per our wedding day coordinator and maid of honor, Melanie was late dropping off the centerpieces, she blamed traffic but after seeing the centerpieces, she so ran out of time and rushed to finish. Our wedding coordinator was unable to decorate our cocktail hour with floral arrangements because Melanie was so late. My sister mentioned that when Melanie finally arrived, she had a nasty attitude the entire time she was helping set up centerpieces. A couple of the centerpieces were smaller than the rest and to top it off, our head table had 3 tall centerpieces, 2 out of the three were baby’s breath arrangements that were to sit on top of the vase but instead the flowers were just shoved into the vase. Melanie never reached out to a least apologize or to talk to me about what happened on my wedding day. I planned our entire wedding and it was so much work, you can only imagine how sad this still makes me. I’m not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but I felt it necessary to leave this one.

    The wedding planner was the bride's sister, also a bridesmaid in the wedding party. Serving as wedding planner while serving in the wedding party is discouraged across the industry.
    Church delivery: 12:30pm
    Florist arrived: 12:15pm
    Priest indicated the 12pm Quinceañera was late, so florist began to install 8 pew bows.
    12:30pm, 3 pew bows done. Priest instructed florist to leave church as the Quinceañera began. The florist did not know how long the ceremony would last. Florist left instructions on pew bows. Called the Groom, delivery contact.
    Bride's team made multiple reception delivery time change requests the week prior to the wedding.
    Times were not confirmed, no written record.
    In the contract, Bride agreed, “The Florist must be notified of any change of requests at least two weeks in advance, for scheduling purposes. If less time is given prior to the event, the Florist cannot guarantee availability to make changes or to complete the project.”
    Florist Installation goal: complete designs and evaluate any areas for improving.
    “Containers provided by bride” is written on every quote for this client. Previously agreed, vases will be 100% ready when the florist arrives so install can happen.
    At install, vases were not filled, and were wrapped in saran wrap.
    Florist offered to help with fillers.
    Sister of the bride accepted the help, no instruction given.
    The florist asked for help getting the clingy saran wrap off 16 centerpieces. The Bride’s team refused. Time added: 35 minutes.
    So, “smaller” designs had no time to fix.
    The client paid for 16 trays and bricks. 2 baby’s breath designs were not ordered on trays.
    The florist exercised professional assertiveness and boundaries of the contract, which were clear, but of which Bride’s planning team were not willing to consider.
