I’m a wedding photographer in California who got married in Costa Rica. Our schedule did not allow time for a trial which I’ll be honest, made me a little nervous. But from the second Nadia and her team arrived I felt at immediate ease. First, I love that Nadia brought a team. There is nothing worse than making your friends wake up at the crack of dawn to start makeup. Nadia and her team were super fast and efficient.
What I really want to talk about is Nadia’s talent. I cried when she showed me what I looked like. Actually cried!! I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. I have had my hair and makeup done countless times, even by elite artists in LA, but I’ve never looked better than when I was with Nadia. My skin was glowing, eyes bright, eyebrows were perfect, and she even styled my way too heavy extensions into a perfect messy pony that looked both effortless and elegant.
On a personal level, I simply love Nadia. Her energy is so wonderful and I want to make her my friend, haha. Next time I come back to Costa Rica I will find a reason to get dressed up simply so I can hire Nadia again and feel as beautiful as she made me feel on my wedding day. -

I am SO HAPPY I booked Nadia! She was hands down one of my favorite vendors I hired for my wedding. I never looked and felt more beautiful than on my wedding day with her help. She did such a fantastic job with my me, my bridesmaids, and my mother. Our hair and make-up looked stunning - I had never seen my mother so beautiful. Nadia was such an asset to have and so sweet. She did an excellent job maintaining timelines while being laser focused in a hectic wedding environment. I had a veil that was capped and attached to my dress that everyone forgot about, including me but not Nadia, she was so detail-oriented, she attached it right before I walked down the aisle.
Nadia also knew exactly how to style my hair and makeup when she saw my dress. I didn't have a hair and make-up trial but I didn't need one because of her high-quality work and artistry. I have super curly hair that she and her assistant blew out and styled. She even helped consult me on my purchase of extensions over Instagram messager while I was at home in the U.S. My wedding was my first time with extensions in my hair and I was so impressed with the results. She gave me the most beautiful glam look. My makeup was waterproof and stayed on all night, matter of fact, it looked even better as the night went on - something that I didn't know was possible.
I highly HIGHLY recommend Nadia and her team to any bride getting married in Costa Rica; she is without a doubt, the best. I wish all my friends in the U.S. could use her on their wedding day.Nadia Cambronero's reply:

Nadia was a stellar addition to the vendor team for our wedding. Without a trial she absolutely knocked it out of the park. The number of compliments I received on both hair and makeup were too many to count.
I have mid length very fine hair and did not leverage extensions. By working her magic Nadia created a stunning take on a French twist that lasted the whole night - from the ceremony and pictures on the beach through a night filled with dancing.
I tend to not wear much make up and wanted a more natural look for my eyes. She captured exactly what I wanted and I was thrilled with the results. The make up lasted all day and night and still looked perfect as I went to wash it off before bed.
She also did a fantastic job on my mom’s hair and make up. My mom looked glamorous and felt fantastic. Her hair and make up lasted all night. Nadia was very accommodating and made some last minute changes when my mom wanted to adjust the style.
I highly recommend using Nadia for any of your events or wedding needs. Her work is incredible and she was very professional. I loved spending the day with her and truly felt like a princess. Do not wait or hesitate get on her books! -

The most INCREDIBLE Hair and Makeup
I am SO happy Nadia did my hair and makeup for the wedding. I did a trial and I was so nervous because I have a lot of hair that’s very long and frizzy. She took my lion hair and transformed it so beautifully. My fiancée was in love with it! She also took the time to talk with me and get to know me and without any pictures did my makeup the way she felt would look best and I am SO happy how it turned out. Nadia has an amazing story and is a great person to work with. I can’t recommend her enough and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her. -

Nadia and her team exceeded expectations in bringing my wedding day vision to life! Everyone looked FLAWLESS. The getting-ready process was not only efficient but also incredibly fun with Nadia and her team. They remained focused while we enjoyed House/EDM music (Nadia's also a fan!)! Each member of the team delivered exactly what was requested, and despite the CR heat, my hair held up perfectly, and my makeup stayed flawless all through the night, even after taking a dip in the pool! Bridal hair and makeup
I booked my destination wedding in Costa Rica, and was given a list of vendors to choose from for hair and makeup. As soon as I came across Nadia’s instagram it was very clear that I had to have her for my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better experience the day of my wedding, Nadia is a total sweetheart and hilarious. She made me feel like a princess with my hair and makeup. It was hot that day and my makeup and hair lasted all afternoon and night long. I could not have been happier! -

Dreams wedding
Nadia made me feel like a princess, I've never felt so pretty. My hair and makeup held up in the heat and at the end of the night it looked perfect still.
I was having some issues with the resort and Nadia even reached out to them for me.
I would 1000% recommend her for your wedding. You won't regret it.

Nadie was the best makeup artist I could've had for my wedding!
Nadia was recommended by the wedding planner and she did a phenomenal job! I am still speechless at the amazing work that she did on my wedding day. She made me feel like a princess and she gave me exactly the look that I wanted. She also paid so much attention to detail with everything. The curls in my hair remained throughout the entire night. Nadia also had a very calm, sweet spirit that helped to put me at ease and calmed my nerves the day of the wedding. She also played some of my favorite worship music while putting on my makeup. Having Nadia as my makeup artist was definitely such a blessing! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! -

You NEED Nadia & her team
We planned our wedding in Costa Rica for almost two years, and Nadia was the first of our vendors that we booked. After many what’s app calls, she was even able to tell me the perfect extension color by just seeing my hair on a video call. She did my H&M trial, my day of H&M, my bridesmaids, 2 moms, and a sister in law. All while staying right on time!! They all looked so stunning. She is AMAZING and wedding day nerves are always overwhelming, but she knew how to keep the good energy going and we even had a few dance parties. My hair and makeup from my trial and the day of lasted all night long through sweat, tears, and tons of dancing. She knew my personality and how I wanted it to show in my hair & makeup, natural & beachy. I can’t get over how great she did. I never felt more beautiful than I did after working with her. HIGHLY recommend. -

Nadia did my bridal hair and makeup and her team did 5 bridal party members. They were on time, super friendly and very professional. All the bridal party looked stunning and were very pleased. My hair and makeup was natural and flawless and lasted the entire day of being outside including being on a boat, and swimming. Being an outdoor wedding, I sweat a lot and this makeup did not budge! I was so happy, thank you so much! -

My husband and I eloped in Costa Rica in November 2023 - hiring Nadia was one of the best decisions I made during our planning. She is wonderful. She is professional, communicative, and goes above and beyond. Honestly, just her calming presence during the chaos of getting ready was so meaningful. I looked and felt fabulous thanks to Nadia. I also appreciated that she gave her honest opinion/advice about what to do with my hair based on its texture and the weather that day. Due to us eloping, I did not have a trial, which made me a little nervous, but after meeting Nadia that morning I was not nervous at all - I knew that she would help me look and feel my best. You will not regret hiring Nadia for hair/makeup, I promise. -

Best choice ever! My hair and make up were exactly what I wanted, and I didn’t even give ideas or pictures for make up, I said you know best.
She absolutely nailed it. My hair was exactly as the photo I sent but better.
Nadia and her team are a fun group, to help lighten the day, they joke and had fun as if they were just part of the wedding party.

The best experience
When I found Nadia I knew I had to book her for my wedding, and I was so so happy with everything! I wanted to be glamorous and she made me feel more beautiful than I ever had. She also stayed to do a second look for me, and while she stayed she came to the beach with us while we got our photos done, and was fixing my hair on the beach to make sure everything was perfect. I could not imagine using somebody else. 10/10 on everything! -

Perfect destination wedding vendor
My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Pinilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica all the way from NJ, USA. With the help of our wedding planners, Barbara and Natasha from 419 Weddings, we were recommended a few vendors for hair and makeup. Upon first glance of Instagram pages, and other publications, Nadia was already our most favorite. Two of the most important things for us was an artist and team that could pull off very effortless-looking, soft glam, and beachy styles and had experience working with people of all hair and skin types. We needed makeup and hair done for 11 different women. Our contract included a trial run the day before, which I took right before our rehearsal.
Her communication is impeccable. Her suggestions and the way she works with the looks you want to achieve are very on point as well.
Nadia and her team are amazing. They were able to accommodate each of the different hair and makeup requests perfectly and for so many different styles. We were incredibly all on time and they worked so in sync with us and the other vendors that came in for pictures and video.
She made all of us feel so effortlessly beautiful. The wedding was on a beach in the middle of rainy season and our hair and makeup held up so well in the humidity and heat for hours and hours. Her products are quality and good for very sensitive skin.
Even if your wedding is not in Costa Rica, I would 10000% recommend even flying her out. She is well worth it.
On top of it all, her amazing personality kept all of us from being stressed out. I've come out of this wedding not only with pictures and memories of when I've felt the most beautiful in my life, but also with a new friend. I honestly love her and her team. The vibes were immaculate. -

There is seriously no one else to choose from other than Nadia and her team if you want PERFECTION! Nadia was so so meticulous at both the trial and especially the day of my wedding. She made sure every single detail of my hair and makeup was perfect, and her team did a fantastic job on my bridal party and mom. My makeup and hair lasted the entire day, and looked SO perfect in person and in my photos ! I will forever be thankful to Nadia and her team for going above and beyond ! -

Nadia and her team were an absolute dream to work with! My most important aspect of my wedding was to “make sure I looked good” on my day & Nadia made that dream come true! I was nervous for not having the flexibility of having a trial due to having a destination wedding but no trial was even needed! My makeup was absolutely perfect! The best there is!
Nadia and her team were INCREDIBLE. It rained during my outdoor ceremony and my makeup didn’t budge at all. It stayed beautiful throughout the entire night and I got endless compliments on it. Nadia and her team were so fun and friendly, she listened to all of my concerns and made me BEAUTIFUL for my wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The best ever
Nadia & her team were amazing!
I recently got married at Dreams Las Mareas on April 28th, 2023. Nadia made me truly feel dreamy— I have never felt so beautiful, confident, and amazing in my life. She nailed my makeup inspo and blew my hair inspiration out of the water. I have never received so many compliments or been told how stunning I looked!
I mentioned to Nadia that I was nervous about darkening my eyebrows, she had me hold a mirror up and had me watch as she filled them in to ensure it wasn’t too much 🤣. I was sweating bullets ALL afternoon and night in the hot April heat and you could not see any oil or sweat on my face, it looked flawless—- I couldn’t believe it!
Can’t recommend Nadia & her team enough!

Nadia is simply amazing. She was referred to me by a local wedding planner (I live in the US and traveled to Costa Rica for my wedding). She emailed me before the wedding to understand what look I was interested in just to make sure she was prepared and make sure I was comfortable.
She exceeded my expectations -- she got my very fine hair to stay curled during a beach wedding, and the makeup she used did NOT MOVE AT ALL. She also suggested different colors than what I would have picked and I am so glad I let her pick because it ended up being much better!
After the ceremony, she even helped me buy some of the foundation she used on me because I liked it so much. Not only all of that, but she is so very sweet and friendly and if I lived there I would hang out with her! YOU NADIA for making my day so special :)
