Nathan and Vivian were the most amazing experience for our proposal! My fiancé contacted them to document his proposal to me and I can not begin to describe the amazing effort that was put into it. The attention to the smallest detail to make sure it was perfect was incredible. They went above and beyond giving my fiancé options on where and once he decided they went to the spot multiple times not just with my fiancé but on their own to make sure everything went smooth and perfect. Not only was their efforts amazing but so were the video and the pictures, it is something I personal do not believe anyone else could have done a better job and we now forever get to watch that amazing moment and relive it as many times as we want, which is a lot. Thank you's will never be enough for the work of Nathan and Vivian. -

The first time I met with Nathan and Vivian I knew they were the ones for my wedding! They asked all the right questions and just made me feel at ease with the whole process. On our big day they did everything to capture all the moments. They even helped me fix the zipper on my dress! Everyone loves the photos, which were ready in a week. Sometimes you just need a beautiful scenery with beautiful people. That's exactly what this wedding was in all the perfect ways.
The ceremony overlooked a gorgeous pond with nothing but trees all around it. As soon as I arrived, the ideas just started hitting me left and right. Not to mention, Kristy and Barry were so easy to photograph. They just wanted to have fun and smile. It's nice to focus in on those moments and then when you show them the back of the camera, they just start smiling all over again like nothing ever stopped.
This wedding was so much fun, my wife and I even took the property owner and his wife for a ride in our Tesla. (haha after the wedding of course) Some things are not meant to be too businessy. Sometime you just need the right people and the perfect energy to make a day beautiful.
Kristy did mention the zipper issue, but we all refused to let it ruin the day. After about 20 minutes, we all finally won the battle against that zipper. I could see the stress in her eyes, but I knew things would turn up in a positive way. It just has to... It's your big day!

Highly recommend. Nathan and Vivian are great duo. Nathan has equipment to get shots that non seasoned photographers most likely do not have. Given their experience working with models across the country in unique atmospheres, I felt they knew what looked best for us. Even when I changed our location from city to wooded, you could see their brains working to find the best possible shots.

What a great vendor to have on your special day! Working with Nathan Phillips Photos was so easy and comforting. They made me feel at ease with their professional work style as well as walking me through what to expect on my wedding day and beyond. They have some awesome technology to capture some unique shots. Memories I will never forget like my dress hanging in my mother’s house over the stairwell next to her beautiful chandelier, as I got ready for the big day. Another favorite moment they captured was with my mom as we exchanged gifts, defiantly something I will never forget. They even were a hit with the wedding party! Everyone loved them, telling me how nice and fun they were throughout the day! It made me feel like I was partying and celebrating with family! When the day was done, I know I had made the best decision to have them as my vendor. Nathan was quick to get back with me and show me sneak previews along the way. Their excitement of the video had me on the edge of my seat. The video captured all the amazing moments, that will last a lifetime. My husband and I watch the video every year on our anniversary and I always to show it off if someone is looking for a great vendor for their wedding. If you are looking for someone to capture your special day or event.... Nathan Phillips is where is at! He has this amazing eye for videos and photography! They are affordable, reliable, creative, thoughtful, personable and will make sure it is all about what you want. As well as provide ideas, tips, and advice to make your vision come true! Blair and Ryan was one of our first weddings we had the privilege of shooting video for. We had so many ideas we wanted to bring to life, so we started off by making it a documentary style video that introduced the couple with an interview of how Ryan proposed. Definitely added a unique touch that made even more of an emotional impact. Ryan did awesome with the proposal. Props to you man!
Most wedding always have some kind of hiccup to throw the day off course or delay that special timeline we all work so hard to make perfect. This wedding was actually smooth from day 1 and all the way through to the end of the night. Most of that thanks goes to Blair. She literally had everything laid out professionally and kept it up to speed. Luckily my wife (Vivian) and I are the same way and always aim for smooth and anything far from basic.
The day was beautiful and went off without any issues. Just amazing moments and lots of laughs! Thanks so much to you both and hope all is well... We miss you both! -

Wonderful!
Vivian and Nathan were so amazing to have shoot our wedding! We felt so comfortable having them capture all the special moments on our big day! They captured moments with our daughter that were just perfect and now we have forever! It felt so natural to be around them. They worked with our crazy big family as if they were apart of it and made sure all of my husband and Is needs were met and got the pictures we asked for! They also did our videography as well. It’s amazing I was able to leave a personal message for my husband at the end that he had no idea was there and he loved it! For them our wedding was the first one they did and I couldn’t be more blessed to have them as the ones who captured and shared the special day with because now they are apart of our life and they have now watched our daughter grow. We plan to use them again to do family sessions and hopefully even more!
